Ive often shopped at Vitamin Shoppe and I pay close attention to customer service. I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed any help. The African American lady on duty is very knowledgeable and professional. She let me shop in peace and when I was ready to check out she let me know they also ship if I ever needed that service and thanked me for shoppingWhich is good to know especially with Covid !!

I always go to the vitamin shoppe. And, I always try to go when Stephanie is there. She has been with that store, I believe, since they opened or shortly thereafter, knows all the products, and gives the best advice and service. She is wonderful! Everyone should see stephanie, as she is an experts expert.

I walked in to pick up my online order, and the guy that was working there on 9/24/21 at 11am, threw my bag on the counter. He didnt bother to say thank you or anything. Very rude! Ill just order my things from Amazon and have FedEx, USPS or UPS throw my package on my front door. I wont return here. Poor customer service. I refuse to spend my money where it isnt appreciated.

Get lots of my health products here. Off 340 in central mkt. They have great CBD, gummies also well equipped to handle your questions or concerns.

The reason i gave this place 2 stars is only because of poor customer service and lack of friendiness from 1 employee.... The african american lady that works here is very unfriendly, she never ask if she could help me with anything since day 1. She never greets me as a customer but reminds me everytime im checking out i can buy my merchandise in a case. Never say thank you for shopping with us, just down right unpleasant, because of her and shes always there when i go, i will never shop there again!! Thank God ive found a place to get the drinks i love, i wish people like that would leave public jobs alone and find home job, you make it hard for people to want to spend their money with the company!!! Stay home!!

The employees at this location are very lazy and do not care whatsoever about their sales or your needs as a customer. By the way if they are out of a product they are supposed to offer to order it for you. They absolutely do not care to offer that as an option at this location. I basically begged the woman to offer that to me as an option and she tried to make it seem like it was going to be some big deal for her to go out of her way and do that. If you dont want to do your job to the best of your ability I guess this is the place they want you working. I should have called GNC from the beginning!

The staff has always been very polite and knowledgeable. Ive been a customer with vitamin shoppe for almost 10years and will continue for another 30 Lord willing. Thank you for the wonderful service guys!! Keep it up.

Friendly staff. Standard Vitamin Shoppe so you get what you expect. But be careful, in the summer protein bars, etc. are often melted.

I was charged twice for a transaction. Went back today to get my money back. The store cannot give me my money even though it was their mistake. So disappointed! Their solution: call corporate office and wait for a check in the mail. Total bs! All because we were trying to get set up with automatic shipping. No rewards for becoming a regular customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere where I won’t have to be inconvenienced due to someone else’s mistake.

Went here looking for some pre workout walking in the staff on duty wasn’t welcoming got no greeting what so ever not sure because I was Mexican but other customers got greet walking in the door. When I was ready to check out the employee at the register was speaking with a customer and she proceeded to walk off to help the customer with an item so I waited another employee walked up didn’t even acknowledge me standing at the register waiting to check out another customer walked up to her and got checked out before me after that she proceeded to walk off and go speak with another employee on duty they both looked at me continue to talk about a 2 minutes or so later she finally walked up asking if I was ready to check out this staff was unfriendly unwelcoming and ruin my whole experience I usually order my supplements online but decided to try The Vitamin Shoppe unfortunately I won’t return to this store and will continue to shop online management should do some better training with their employees on what customer service is about if management reads this review I went 1/13/19 around 2:00pm my receipt has a checkout time of 2:12pm. One last thing customer their at the time and employees were all white!

I used to go 3 times a week. But the cashier the last time was so hateful. Ill never go back. Ive been a member for over 5 years. Save your cash order online and save the rude comments.
