Evergreen heating and air is very reliable and gets the job done. I got a quick appointment to fix the drain on my air condition unit. Mr. Craig is a very professional technician and knows his job well. He is an asset to your company. It was always a pleasure to see him and I’m always satisfied with the maintenance and repairs.

Quality of work and the knowledge of their technicians was amazing!! After hours customer service was absolutely terrible. I noticed after coming inside Friday night that the house seemed a little warmer than normal. I noticed that the thermostat was set on 72 but it was already 78 degrees in my house. Knowing that I would get charged an after hour fee at any point if they had to come out Friday night or Saturday morning, I decided to go ahead and call them Friday night to have someone come out. I called about 9:00pm to request someone to come out to fix my AC and the lady automatically mentioned an after hour charge, which I was fine with. She took all my information down and said she would contact evergreens dispatcher and have her give me a call to let me know when someone would be on their way that night. I waited up until 1:00am and never heard from anyone and when I tried to call, no one answered. I received a call from the technician at 8:00am the following morning stating what time he be here to make repairs. When I asked him why wasn’t he able to come out last night when I requested service, he responded that he didn’t get called until 7:30 Saturday morning. I’m just aggravated that the original lady I talked to Friday night understood I was wanting my ac fixed now and not the next day. I can understand if everyone was so busy and I was just on a list but that wasn’t problem. Not sure if it was the after hours person didn’t relay the message to the dispatch person or the dispatch lady didn’t want to mess with it until the next day. I bet if it was her AC and it was hotter than heck outside, she would of made the call. Again, the technician was great and I didn’t take him 20min to fix my problem. The problem is the communication not getting sent to the next place.

This company is the best! They were fast and courteous last year when they installed my new unit and again today for a service issue. I called early this morning and had service by mid-afternoon. It’s refreshing to call a business that cares about their customers and does their best for them even during the busiest season!

I called after business hours with a minor emergency and the service tech (Nick) called me back quickly on a Friday evening. Nick was professional and attentive. He went the “extra mile” to ensure all was well before he left. Overall very satisfied!

Our AC unit all of a sudden stoped working. I called Evergreen and they had the repair technician at my house in about an hour. Brent came in and checked the unit and found that there was no power feeding the unit. He diagnosed the problem to a loose fuse in the attic unit itself. He tightened that and made sure all the fuses were seated properly. Glad it was an easy fix. Kudos to Brent for finding and repairing the AC in a quick manner. I’ll most definitely use Evergreen in the future for my heating and AC needs.

I have an original 1998 system on the house and have been needing more airflow into the return vent as well as a better balance from different areas in the home. They were very helpful in working through different options for making these adjustments to the ducts and returns as well as quoting the different options for new units. Evergreen was prompt, friendly, and professional. They were also very straightforward and thorough. I was impressed by the warranties (both parts and labor) as well as their included service plans. I would recommend giving them a call.

Paid $75 for diagnostic fee. Technician was there only 10 minutes. Couldn’t fix it and only said, “talk to the office for diagnosis and price.” Office manager was curt. I paid the $75 and was given a three sentence diagnosis that was unclear. No part number, no time estimate, no breakdown. Was originally told they like to fix the AC the same day, but instead they said they had to order the part and the technician didn’t have time that day anyway. Told me it would be $673. I declined. Am getting the work done tomorrow for $350.

Our a/c stopped working on a weekend I rang to get on Monday’s schedule, but Logan answered my call and sent someone out to assess the problem and he even fixed it. So we had cool air in under an hour. Perfect!

Called because our system said there were multiple issues within the heating and cooling system after this recent cold weather. Lost electricity for several days. Person answering phone was nice and said they could have someone out Monday. Today is Friday. Could get someone out after 5 if paid over $100 plus fees for parts and labor for after hours call.. Said okay if I must as I need the heat if possible. Meanwhile my wife talking to a neighbor lady who suggested I flip the switch at the breaker box off/on. It worked. That fixed it and working fine. Wonder why lady at company didnt do the neighborly thing and tell me the same thing.

Great service - prompt response

Service was good.The financing was easy process but it was explained to us from the service guy the difference in the loans; interest free for 6 months was the one he said was best. We are getting charged interest from the start. The financing company said they cant do any thing about it and Evergreen said they cant do any thing about it. I know we signed the agreement, but the service guy needs to know the financing better if he explained it to the customers. unhappy we are wasting money.

On time, efficient and competitively priced.At a scheduled 6 month maintenance discovered a part that had some issues.Gave us the option of repairing now, or waiting for it to fail.With 100+ heat-we didn’t want to take a chance of being without our a/c, so we asked that they repaired at this visit.With their yearly maintenance contract, we saved money on the repair, too.

I’ve had a air conditioner unit that has been turning on and off since October which is eight or 10 months ago it’s been off more than on I had a low tech air conditioning guy come out and he helped it but he couldn’t fix it what is the air conditioner

I called at 7am on a Sunday morning after a holiday because my A/C had went out the night before and told them I was leaving for a flight out of town that afternoon. They had a technician at my house before 8am and my A/C was back up and running 15 minutes later. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable especially on a holiday weekend.

Claimed they would do a normal hours work call then was unable to reach me and couldn’t get to my home within time constraints so changed the rate to a non refundable after hours rate due to their miscommunication and ability to make it in time. This also made it too late for me to get anyone else out durning normal work hour rates. The unwilling to work with your customer on this issues lost them my business all together!

Heater died around 6 am. Called them at 6:30. They got back to me in 15 min and had David out at 9:30. Found the problem and fixed it best he could. I have an old system (22 years). Showed me a bunch of options on a new system. No pressure. Also checked my ducts. Instructed me on what to check for so we stay safe. David was very nice, knowledgeable and put booties on his shoes. I bought their maint. plan. Very happy with their service.

Very professional and easy to work with. We bought a condominium that had been gutted by the previous owner and needed two new custom air units and ducting throughout the unit. We called Evergreen because we were told they were very familiar with the building. I called a bit after hours and left a message thinking I may get a call the next day. Within a few minutes I got a call from Gary. He was great, very professional and obviously knew what I needed. He ended up meeting with us and with our architect several times and researched the custom units we would need and within a week or so had a proposal and had the units ordered. He answers my texts quickly and goes out of his way to be helpful. I highly recommend this company and Gary in particular.

I called Evergreen a few months ago, as my Air Conditioner was not working well. David came by and diagnosed the problem right away. He was able to get secure the coil and replaced it the next day! He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He also checked to make sure the parts were under warranty. The cost of Freon to the labor was literally 1/3rd of the price with Evergreen compared to LP!! I signed up for their bi-annual plan, and was able to apply savings to work that I needed without any issues. The only difficulty I had was after the work was done, I asked for an Invoice via email and called as well, but never got it. I will ask again in the future. 4.5 stars.

Impressed by professionalism, ability to explain what was wrong with outside AC unit and what our options are, rapid attention (called Saturday at 4:00pm when compressor stopped coming on, repair guy was here by 7:00pm). Quickly diagnosed and repaired ... yeh, cold air again. Hope no more issues for a while ... but I certainly know who I will call for repairs and replacement of new unit (probably before next summer). Gary was great during the quote process and came to my home multiple times to see the space before moving forward with the AC replacement. The crew that did the installation was polite and worked quickly. They also were very happy to come back to make adjustments to the system when the air balance wasnt quite right after the first week.

Love this company. Great customer service and prompt service. Our air conditioner lost free and Chris was able to fill it. Unfortunately it all came out again and the house is 85 degrees. The leak had to be fixed before it will work. Chris gave me business cards and I will be sharing than and telling everyone to use Evergreen.

The installations were done in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything before they left. I am completely satisfied with the job they did.
