First thing is I love the way Lochridge sends you a pic of the service person that is coming along with a small little snipit of personal information about them. Charlie (our service guy) was very nice and polite. Even though I couldnt see his face because he wore a mask I could still tell he had a genuine smile by his voice. He was professional, answered all my questions and showed me what the problem was. You could tell he knew what he was talking about. He told me they would get the part ordered and installed as soon as possible. I will definitely use them again.

Brandon came out and gave me an honest quote to repair a duct that was very difficult to access. The other companies were only interested in selling me a mini split instead of repairing/ replacing my duct. Brandon saved me thousands of dollars by giving me an estimate to replace my duct instead of selling me a mini split. I really appreciate that he took the time to do this and will be contacting them to do the work. No other company did this.

The install guys did a great job and every single one of them were professional and did a great job with the install. overall the experience was great from sales to installation.

I called to inquire about certain services offered through Lochridge Priest and asked for various prices. The lady I spoke with on the phone by the name of Kadi was very helpful and was a joy to speak with. She answered all of my questions with great knowledge. She was very witty, and had a great personality when speaking with her. When the time comes that I decide to need the services I inquired, I will definitely keep you in mind and call on Kadi to set up any services I may need!

I called Lochridge Priest after a very disappointing experience with a Lennox unit from another dealer. From the beginning, everything about my experience with Lochridge Priest was first rate. Laurie did everything she could to provide me with the information and quotes from several different companies and units that I asked about. Once I decided on a Rheem variable speed unit, they were out to install it in less than a week. The installation was completed in one day, and the technicians were very professional and thorough. I couldn’t be happier with my new HVAC unit.

They gave me a prise of 540 to fix a leaking pipe and add freon he spend all most 20 minutes fixing the problem and a hour speaking on the phone have him on camara ones he was done he gave me another price of 693 cuss he though that it was going to take less freon dude you did your gauge meater to check it and now you tell me that you didnt know and did not finish the job do to he run out of freon sounds like he is charging me for his return tomorrow not happy at all dont recommend to any one

If you need HVAC, Plumbing or electrical repair or replacement this is the place to call. They also can clean ducts & dryer vents... which they did for me a couple.of weeks ago. Had no idea how much lint was in the dryer vent. Also had new insulation blown in my attic. I could sure tell it during the snow/ice storm last week. I lost power and I truly believe it helped trap the heat in my house. They were very professional each time and knowledgeable both times and they cleaned up when done. Thank you LP 😊

We had the technician perform a regular maintenance on our HVAC system. He was awesome. Showed me 3 areas that I could quickly perform regular maintenance on that would keep our system in good working condition. We needed a small part replaced which he completed quickly. Nathan did an outstanding job explaining to me how my system is supposed to be working. He did a thorough job of inspecting the unit inside and outside and got me the help needed for my carbon monoxide detectors as well. Kudos!!!

They do good work, but unless you have money to burn, I suggest you get with companies that do free estimates before using them. They charge $89.00 just to LOOK at the problem. Didnt even show a break down of parts and labor on the bill. I looked up the part myself that they used to fix my pipe. It was about $10.00 yet my bill was almost $300.00! I complained so they did offer me a discount. Fees and greed was the bulk of my bill. I implore you. PLEASE RESEARCH AND SHOP AROUND BEFORE USING THEM. I couldnt afford what they charged me, but I had to pay $89.00 regardless so I went ahead and suffered the loss. God will provide, and he will deal with the greed in mens heart. I have NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT! HE will fight my battle. Live and learn. Praise God for my learning experience. And I hope this review will help someone else who may be financially struggling. I had Mr. Shawn Eastwood come to my house to install a breaker, wire and a cut-off for my mini split. The guy was a SUPER cool dude, very professional, REALLY knew his stuff/knowledgeable, and had some over the top work ethics. Although, Lochridge was not the cheapest around, they could fit me in before anyone else. However, Shawn did a very professional job and the work looks like it came with the house. If I were this company I would definitely give this guy a raise and I would absolutely have him back at my house to do work anytime. Very trustworthy person.10 stars to the technician 5 stars to the company (maybe 4 because they were a little steep on the price, but still a great company).

My A/C went out on Wednesday night. I called the home warranty company and they couldnt get anyone out until Friday late morning/early afternoon. I decided to cancel my home warranty contract and call Lochridge-Priest. They always have the best technicians, and the promised they would be out that day, even if it was late. It was 98 degrees outside and 82 in the house. Dustin arrived shortly after 3, and he was very kind and professional. He got my A/C running quickly and explained the problem to me. They do the job well, and they dont try to sell you something you dont need. Honest and professional - Just as it should be!

Came out and took pictures gave a quote but never called me back to set up an appointment for a new ac. I called them and emailed several times over 2 weeks and never got a reply. Do not use them

The only comment I would make is that I believe all your employees should wear a mask when on location. Where do I start! Tech came and quoted me $1700 to replace expansion valve. Brought it down to $1200 when I said we could use the freon I my friend had in a pink tank. This was on a Saturday and I was desperate so I agreed after he said he had the part and could fix it the same day. He gave me a military discount but charged me a service fee. 45 mins later he comes back to me and said he didnt have the part. Hell call Tuesday. Never got a call. I called them. Scheduled for Thursday. Wednesday they called and said they didnt have part and would reschedule. Customer service was rude and tech never called me back that day. I called another company, got the part in one day and fixed for half the price. Tech- you have no idea what you are doing! You took the part with you, left the pipe off letting moisture into my vents and broke a valve on the outside. And guess what! The freon leaked out! The other guy who was more professional fixed all your blunders. I am a Marine and I am being extremely nice on this review. I will never call you guys again.

My air conditioner went out early Sunday. I called Lochridge Priest for an after hours emergency tech to come out and fix the issue. Of course after talking to after hours call center I had to wait for a call back. Wesley called and immediately I knew this was a bad choice. He sounded bothered as if I was bothering him. He tried to talk me out of him coming out today. Said if were you I’d wait until tomorrow. Why would a tech who could collect a higher fee on a Sunday try and talk a customer out of a service call?! I need my A/C fixed today, not tomorrow. After completely sensing he did not want to help me, I told him to not worry about it, I would get someone else to come out. After thinking about it I called him back asking what his problem was and why he sounded as if it was an inconvenience to him. He said I just put my mom in the hospital and hung up on me. I get that that could be a personal issue, and I sympathize with that, but if you aren’t capable of doing your job that day, CALL IN! Send someone else?! Anything other than pushing the customer to deal with it. Poor service!

Feb. 13, 2020 Had heat pump problems caused by cold and rare snowfall. Requested Levi who arrived within 2 hours of my call. He checked everything and explained the cause. He solved the problem, was very thorough, gave clear explanations, and answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Lochridge Priest is a great company that hires personnel who are dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. Levi is one of their best service representatives. I wont use anyone else.

Great service from Chris and the company in general. We had our main water line replaced and Chris walked us through the process and gave us updates along the way. Always cheerful and helpful even though the job required a full day in the Summer sun.Edited because of some miscommunication with the quote and what work actually got done. Make sure you are aware of what repair means to them and to yourself. My review from day of service still stands, but needed to bump the stars down.
