Tommy Miller oversaw the installation of our Christmas lighting!! His crew did a GREAT job and we couldnt be more pleased. Theyve been very prompt with replacing burned out bulbs and they all really seem to love doing this work. Our light display has been the talk of the town!!!

While the company name may have Christmas in it, they can do much more than that and worked with us on lighting for our wedding reception! Kurtis came out to the Hippodrome theatre and worked with us on installing string lots across the very high ceiling as well as pretty wrap-around lights to make a railing look nice and add some much needed light to a dark indoor space. Their pricing was very reasonable and customer service great. If you need event or wedding lighting of any kind, I highly recommend them!

Tommy was so quick at responding to a very late request for Christmas lights and still made our deadline by 5 days. My customer then wanted more lights and he got that done in time. Very good service

This negative review is soley based on my encounter with the Office Manager Pamela Chambers. She is the only person who manages Christmas Décor for GGA Pest, which is unfortunate. I actually love their installers and their product, but Pamela is very unprofessional and shows a complete lack of customer service skills. I had to escalate to Dr. Huffman (owner??) to complain of her lack of communications. She called me today to insult me and tell me that I was forcing her to abandon her child at home to service me. Of course this is not correct, but apparently GGA Pest does not provide her a backup so she had to cover. I did not deserve her verbal insults or her attempts to guilt me as it did not work. If they provide a different person to work with I will remain a customer, but will not if I have to deal with Pam. I warn everyone that if you want good customer service then do not go to Christmas Décor and talk to Pam.
