Lol.... a polite young man replaced the battery in my car thingy. I got into a rousing political conversation with another customer and forgot to get the box of AAA batteries I had ordered. Guess I will have to go back! Batteries Plus is a great place to go! They are so polite, knowledgeable, helpful. You could never ask for better service or products.

The battery in my Pixel 4 XL was dying so I called batteries and bulbs at a bad time towards the end of the day and the person that answered the phone I believe his name was Chris was very helpful and very nice even though it was the end of the day. I came back in the next day in the morning after making another call and seeing if that was something they could fix they were able to they had one battery left for my phone and I went in and talked to David and he was very helpful very respectful and very nice all in all the pricing was good it was good customer service Ive never actually been a side of this store before but when I went in it felt very clean very organized and just good overall David was so nice and he was very knowledgeable and was able to make things very clear for me to understand in a very human way will definitely be using this company in the future

Needed a bunch of button batteries last minute for my halloween animatronics. Their price was much better than in my hometown and the guy behind the counter (Trace) was wonderful. Great attitude, knowledgeable and took his time to help me despite the spoiled bleach blonde Lady that tried to cut in behind me. Will absolutely go back.

Store associate was very nice and knowledgeable. No pressure to purchase anything. He also shared helpful information as to why my key fob battery died so quickly.At this time they were running a special on AA and AAA batteries, which I had regrettably already purchased from another store.From the time that I walked in to the store, to the time that I walked out it was only about 5-7 minutes. They had exactly what I needed and the replacement service was speedy.Something really neat is that they offer a lifetime battery replacement option for key fobs, which is honestly a no brainer considering my original battery needed to be replaced after 1 year.

Seems this is the only store in Waco with just the right things I need. Much more than just batteries.

I have purchased 2 Automotive batteries (1 for my Harley and 1for my daughters Toyota)this week. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, making each visiy quick and easy.

Avoid this store at all cost!100 dollars down the drain and my original issue still isn’t fixed. People are unprofessional and full of it.If I could go back and avoid this place from the beginning I would!In response to the reply... that absolutely untrue. If that were true I would not have had to return to you guys three times over to fix the original and added problems that your employees added to my device, messing up camera, messing up home button which lead to the screen being cracked shortly thereafter. Also, if you all weren’t the problem, y’all would not have been pushing feee items on me if it wasn’t wrong and an inconvenience to me.The list goes on but like I said, bad service and wouldn’t recommend at all!

Cashier was too busy doing nothing to browse thru the computer to order the battery that I needed. All good tho, I left and ordered 2 on my own.

Batteries did not work properly. Would only run my vacuum for 5 minutes. However when I went back to the store there were no other options for different batteries and was not offered to rebuild them. Given refund but was charged a restocking fee. Feel like I would not need to pay a fee for defective batteries. I have had good experiences here in the past but this time I was forced to spend my money online than at a local business.

Nissan dealership wanted $400 for a key and remote for my Nissan Rogue, Called Batteries Plus on Waco drive, They ordered it,, They called me a few days later saying they had it. Went to the store and they cut the key and programmed the fob in about 10 minutes and only cost me $166 which is what they told me it would cost over the phone, They were very professional and great to do business with, Don’t let the dealership rob you

I went in to get my battery replaced on my 6S. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions regarding battery phone cases while I the paperwork was printing. It was quick, easy, and affordable! I was even able to enjoy a smoothie next door during the 30 minutes is took for them to replace my battery and put a new sceeen protector on. Highly recommend!!!

I ordered a battery online and picked it up in the store and asked them to install it in my key fob and it was the wrong battery so he quickly gave me a refund installed the new battery. I came into the store for the first time to get a replacement battery for some work equipment. While checking out I mentioned that my phone had a broken charging port and Verizon wanted to charge me $200 for a replacement. An employee took my phone and with great care within 30 seconds (and a magnifying glass and tweezers) cleaned debris out of the charging port. And he didnt even charge me. My phone charges like new. Yall will have my business from now on. Thats $200 more that will go under the Christmas tree. Thank you.

Never go to this place to get your phone repaired. I got my screen fixed, and within 24 hours, my screen cracked. I did not drop my screen, I didnt put it under pressure. All I did was carry it in my jacket pocket, where it usually is. I went back to the store and they said warranty doesnt cover physical damages, which is fine because I knew that from the start. However, this was a fault in the screen itself, or however they repaired it. I asked for an explanation of how this could happen, and they said even the slightest brush against a phone screen could crack a screen, or my phone case could cause unnecessary pressure and break the screen. Basically, they were telling me I should keep my phone in a glass box. Next, I asked to see what type of screens that they use, and the employee told me oh dont worry we use the same screens as Apple does. Later, I called the customer service, and they told me Im sorry maam that is not true, we do not use the same screens as Apple. So the store had the audacity to lie, just to try to get me to just turn away. I have been trying to pursue this for a month now. Steer clear of this place.

Ordered online and picked up curbside. Very friendly and told us they owed us money and took our credit card inside to give us the credit. We are elderly and trying to stay at home and this was very helpful.

The folks are very responsive. I have been bringing them my old batteries out of my solar powered fence chargers to replace. They handle Ag Exempt. Far better deal for these batteries than the typical Ag stores that sell the chargers.

We bought a green light here a couple of years ago. It worked fine for the first year but then only worked intermittently no matter how often we replaced the batteries. Very polite employees. Very poor job attempting to fix my iPhone screen. After picking up the newly “fixed” phone I experienced all kinds of issues with my phone which, upon multiple revisits they were never able to fix. As I said good guys, not good at what they do in regard to phones though.

Went in and was told.that my.device could be fixed by a specific hour estimated time. When I went to check on this device they were very rude and told me they were too busy to get to my device. That would have been fine if they had let me know that before assuring me they could do the jobI wouldve happily went somewhere else, but instead, they were very unprofessional and rude with me.I dont recommend.

I was very pleased with the what was available. Such as another golf cart battery to use for the tournament tomorrow, while they check out the one we bought 2 mos ago. (they readily informed of the 2 yr warranty as well) But even better, Josh (i believe?) helped tremendously by programming the remote key that I bought for our new truck. He even helped with setting some of the other functions, that were confusing for me. A Big thumbs up!! :)

Husband bought a battery for over $200 at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Waco - it went dead, put another battery in the vehicle that worked fine no problems tried to jump start the other battery but it would not take a charge so he took it back having to drive 35+ miles from where we live to the nearest location & was told that they would have to keep the battery overnight to try & charge it to determine if it was any good. He told them about having to drive all the way there & they said that it was their policy to keep them overnight - the guy kept telling my husband that the batteries like the one he bought were good batteries & my husband told him that one obviously wasnt. Now its going to cost him another another 140 miles to get the battery back whenever he couldve got another one right on the spot at Auto Zone. When you have a defective part to something that detrimental you need a replacement right then not in a day or so. We dont know how they are on their other products but we definitely dont recommend buying a vehicle battery there.

Wonderful store staffed with great guys! My remote for my vehicle hasnt worked for quite some time. Took it to Batteries Plus and they found it needed not only a new battery but also needed to be programmed. They took care of it all in under 15 mins! Great service!!

My best friend and I went in last weekend to get her screen and battery replaced. She lives in west which is a 45 min drive to batteries and bulbs and they fixed the screen but broke her camera and micro phone we did not notice until that night once they were already closed. So we came in this weekend and tried to get the part they broke replaced and they said it would be done that day we left a number for them to call and they said theyd be done at 1. Well 3:30 rolls around and we still hadnt received our phone call so we went back up there around 4:30 and they said they had to order the part and it would be in the following morning and they could have it down first thing! We go in today at 1 to pick up the phone that was left over night and they hadnt done it still!!! They said the part would be in at five and I gave them my number to call to let us know when the part came in we once again received no phone calls!!! He finally got our phone fixed but it was four trips in from west and back!!! As we are outside waiting for him to finally put in the new part we waiting for go on now almost two full days one of our friend showed up she had come to get her key fab reprogrammed and new battery and they ruined her car. Her car wouldnt start and she still had to pay the full price. And now has to go to Nissan to get her car to work!!! They have messed up everything since weve been there and havent seen one satisfied customer.THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING FOR ANY REASON!!!

Excellent customer service We went to this location to get a bulb for our Stream Light flashlight. They diagnosed the problem as a bad switch and immediatly repaired the flashlight at no cost. Friendly staff and superior customer service.

Although some associates lack a little knowledge, they were very helpful and answered the questions i had.

After having a poor experience at War-Mart getting batteries for my three watches, I headed over to Batteries Plus Bulbs to try to find what I needed. When I arrived, not only did the gentleman promptly greet me, he also offered to change out the batteries with all new ones once I told him what I was looking for. When he handed the watches back to me, I discovered that not only were the watches functioning properly, but he also set the current time and date for me. I went in with my streamlight today, the button was acting up. I was greeted very cheerfully and promptly. They got me fixed right up. Awesome customer service on a Friday at rush hour.

I would give them a higher rating had it been done right the first time. They are very respectful and courteous, but somewhat inattentive. I dropped my sons iPad off to get the screen replaced, and was told this would be completed in 24 hours. Which it was, but they did not take the screen protector off the opposite side of the glass (the side that is inside the iPad) so I had to take it back and get it fixed again, with no acknowledgement of error on their part. I also did not receive a phone call either time that my device was ready for pick-up.

These guys are awesome! I had tried Walmart and Samsung and no one could help me get my phone back on! Within 5 min Alex had figured out the issue. Which was my battery...shutting itself down due to overheating when left in car. He recharged it ...reinstalled it and sent me on my way. .all free of charge!

There is a few staff members that are very knowledgeable, just look out for the ones that are only 5 tall.... they seem to be real confrontational, even when the customer is in the right. Buyers beware!!Example 1: I was called a liar till a replacement blew up on their shelf. They didnt believe me when I told them the same thing happened sitting on my work bench and had pictures to prove it. They said I knocked it over smh. I had to argue with them and finally let them test it over night till I was proved right. Then the replacement, that i didnt want due to lack of quality, blew up on their shelf 😂😂 I them finally got my money back. 5 day ordeal....Example 2: My father purchased a riding lawnmower recently that had a battery dated 11/18 from this store and they refused to warranty it even though it has a dead cell and to boot, the sold the previous guy a battery that THE + & - POST WERE MARKED INCORRECTLY OR WAS CHARGED BACKWARDS!!!!! Never mind the safety hazard or the wiring damage it would cause. Their only reason, he didnt make the original purchase... neverind the product is faulty and could be a fire hazard and is still well with their 1yr replacement warranty

The customer service here is the best!! My husband and I purchase all of our batteries and light bulbs for the inside and outside of our house here, they even replaced our sons iPhone screen and the key fobs for my car.
