Calvin is an extremely extremely amazing and extremely extremely extraordinary highly experienced instrumental sells person. Me and my mom and dad are friends with him and he even came to my dads memorial service. He is the sweetest person u will ever ever meet. There is no one and I mean no one else like him at all.

Its not your run of the mill mass stock store. You get personal service tailored to your individual needs with excellent assistance and advice. Highly recommended.

I’m reviewing my almost visit and cannot take any stars away for the store inside or the people, as I could not find it. I drove by where Google maps said it was to find a sign over an empty store as I saw it from the street. My first thought was that they close or went out of business, but they didn’t after I decided to call just in case.They answered and said they were down several stores in the same strip center. I never knew and would only have known had I pulled in and walked up to a very small printed sign on a regular piece of paper that could not be read from the street or your car if you drove by in the parking lot.When they answered, they said there was a sign and I said that I could not see it and thought they were closed and went out of business. They said that their sign had not yet been moved and I suggested they consider a much bigger sign that could be read from the street because I promptly went over to Tarpley’s.I’ll try again another day and review the store inside and the people, but I dropped 1 star for the fact I could not find them and the person who answered did not seem too worried I could not find the store.

Very disorganized. There were twice as many broken or dysfunctional guitars than working ones, and the effects pedals appeared to have ridiculous asking prices.The only good thing about this store is the amplifier selection. Lots of cool Peavey, Crate, and odd brand amps that you wont see in a Guitar Center. Didnt get to play them because they werent plugged in (I was too freaked out by the atmosphere to ask for an outlet), but their asking prices appeared to be reasonable.If youre looking for a cheap guitar amplifier thats a little different, this might be a decent place to look. Otherwise, youre better off visiting Guitar Center or Tarpleys; both of which are much better and close by.

I was told I would have my sons trumpet back from cleaning in one week. Didnt happen!! I picked up his trumpet one week later and nothing was done to it. Not good business!!

I wish i could give negative star ratings. It was horrendous, creepy vibe. Filthy dirty guitars layered with dust. When we walked in he remained seated on a old couch having a casual conversation on the company house phone. Although he asked if we needed help, yet never stood up. There was used guitars there that jesus couldnt save. Its narrow walkway and clustered equipment made it hazardous to move through. Too much clutter. 10 minutes of my life il never get back.

Horrible. I waited 7 weeks for guitar tuner keys? Still arent at the store. He wants to avoid you, bad quality. Bad service, I am never coming there again!
