So I have had boost mobile off and on for id say maybe 6 years now and a person would think that the reason I keeping going back is because its a good company, very reliable and good prices right ? Well the service is not the best but better then the average . The prices for plans are food but the phones are usually more expensive then some people can afford up front. Now the company ... i have applied there and did my training (which I was told id get paid for) that was bout a week or two it was very educational. I learned alot bout the phones and processes.... customer service though was not something I had little to none training. So for the most part I understand why some workers are horrible at providing it but to me common sense and respect for the company a person would atleast smile maybe greet people or not have the audacity to try to steal from customers. Yup I said it a worker dared to try to steal money from me . Long story short (because I noticed how long my review actually is). I went there was told I had to make two separate transactions to buy a phone and to pay my bill. So I choose a phone and hand $200 to the worker and she says hold on answers the company phone saying (hello..... no .... k bye...) already shifty customer service over the phone. Give me a receipt printed I get $86 in change. Goes go hand me the cash and I tell her hey ima just give you another $100 bill could u go ahead and put my change and the $100 toward my phone bill she looks at me with a dumb founded face and asks all of it?I said yes now like I said I had training there so there was no way I could understand why I had already been standing there for 20 min waiting for my phone but I noticed she kept talking but not to me. When she told me to hold on I hear her then say no more cases you would like I think their all ugly and you wouldnt like them then I realized she was on a video call with a friend while taking care of my transactions so I let her know I would go to the market next door to get a drink she said ok . Not even 5 minutes later he comes into the market hands me my phone and box with it says ok your all done. I said thanks thinking it was weird that she came to the market instead of waiting in her store. When I got in the car I went to put gas on my car n realized she never gave me a receipt.. made me feel even weirder so I check my account online n instantly drove back to the store. Walked in and told asked her before I went to the market I had asked you 2 put my change and gave you another $100 bill and asked you to put it on my account for my phone bill correct ? She said yes, so I then said so why is there only $100 in my account? Shs said kuz u only gave me the $100 I said I gave u $100 I never grabbed the change from your hand n I literally jus confirmed that with u n now u are denying it. she gave me attitude went back n forth with me denying it until finally she says u know what ok your good .... then repeats your good u can leave... I said I want my receipt first . So then she goes on the computer does it hands me my receipt and I take notice there was an additional $3 added to the bill in which I never paid..... sad right ? That experience is the reason Im looking for another phone company.Oh on top of that I was interested in buying the Samsung s20 when she was on the video call n completely tried to shut me up bout it saying we dont have that phone, we not going get the phone u want it go online n wait for it, jus buy this phone da ting good, I not goin remember to call u if we get the phone in the store, u can go to another store ask them if they get the phone I not voin call around for u.Ruined my whole experience with boost.
By far the worst customer service ever, no professionalism. By far the Rudest agents I’ve ever came across. Do not waste your time.

There are very few places in Waianae that I can truly be unashamed as well as kinda good feeling not drudgery to go in and fix service issue..consistantly since I became customer of boost aug 2014 .There # been two managers I am aware of.this manage hasnt been there quite a year shes always got a smile. And determination awesome!!!!
