We’ve had cricket for a long time, but we just went in to upgrade our phones, I got the only 12 Pro Max they had, and then my husband got got the XR…a couple days in my husband wanted the 12 Pro Max also but they did not have anymore, a few days go by and they got one on, and Cheri called us to let us know that another came in because she knew we wanted it. Go see Cheri, she even helped us choose a new phone for my SIL, and got us going with the mobile hot spot. Always friendly, and always helpful.

Ever since(EBB)Emergency Broadband started I have qualified for it but still didnt take affect to my Cricket bill.i went to the store and even called ..said that it would be done but it hasnt....no doubt I love the customer service at the Nanakuli cricket their customer service is amazing but having this (EBB)program will defenetlyhelp me alot... Mahalo......

They were very patient with me I am 75 years old very forgetful could not remember passwords that I needed to keep my number they went out of their way till they got me my same number that that was most important to me was keeping my same number and they didnt have to do that but much mahalo to the ladies that was working Saturday May 8th at 3 I cant remember the names but thank you

It was a weird experience, The Reps was kind sassy, I wanted to Port in from my current carrier. when I told them what carrier Im currently with, I got attitude like why am I with my Current Carrier? There going out Of Business? When I told the Rep I was with My carrier for a Long time already, She was like oh But There closing! I felt like they were lying, Not just on My carrier But on the Other Carriers they told me that was closing! If thats Crickets Sales Pitch, Something is Wrong. Your reps Represent your company! And if thats how your training your employees? It tells us How the Company actually is! Sad.

This place is full of rude people, im not sure because its in this certain area? went in to inquire about porting in from Metro and they gave me attitude and just no sense of lies! like all i needed was a new phone and to port in my number. Rude people and just Not educated!!
