I went to Capital Powersports wanting something new for once. I’ve had many old bikes and figured it’s time to upgrade, When I got there Keagen was ready to help me out. He helped me put a deposit down on the bike I wanted and was very knowledgeable about the process. During these particular times acquiring new vehicles is difficult and shipping can get delayed, which it had been, but Keagen always kept me updated on what was going on. If I had any questions, he had answers. When the bike did come in I was ready to see it! I asked if I could come by and at least see it even if it was in the crate. He had no problem with that and we opened it up so I could get a sneak peak. Two days later the bike was ready for pick up! I went to go pick it up, and the experience was great! Everyone was helpful in making sure I was understanding of the process and paperwork and made sure I had everything I needed! They even stayed after close so I could get on the road that night. I would certainly recommend Capital Powersports and will be shopping there again.

This dealership is the best in the area! No I didnt purchase my bike from them. Only because my extremely rare bike was cheaper on the west coast so I had it shipped. But the staff is wonderful! Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Fair pricing and negotiations. If I could do 4.5 out of 5 I would. The only reason for 4 is that it took almost 4 hours to do the paperwork on a non-finance deal. Thats literally my only complaint. Keagan was as helpful and knowledgeable as a sales person can be. Spoke with Mike, April, and Keagen when looking for a Honda Rebel 500 and were all very friendly. One Rebel had just arrived so Keagan walked me through all the steps to make the process easy and was very knowledgeable. Staff also went through how to maintain and protect it, which was a plus since this is my first road bike.

We recently brought our four wheeler into Capital Powersports in Wake Forest. I have brought my ATVs to many locations before and some of them two hours away. I wish I brought them to Capital Powersports first. Justin and the parts team have been amazing and the prices have been great and actually the lowest! When I receive the machine back I find out all of the repairs were covered under warranty and the machine runs better then I could have imagined. Definitely better than new! On Friday, I contacted Capital Powersports of Wake Forest and asked about the Yamaha R6. I know this bike is discontinued, so I didnt want to miss out on it but couldnt make it to the shop to purchase it. I was able to put down a deposit over the phone so they could hold the bike for me. I just picked it up this past Saturday and I had a great experience. Robert Valentin went above and beyond by going over the basics of the bike with me since it has been over a decade since I last rode. I am so happy with my new bike and the customer service!!!

Was lucky enough to find the bike I was looking for at Capital Powersports. I spoke with Keagan over a couple days working out the numbers and he gave me a great deal! It was worth the 5 1/2 hour drive to pick up my new R1. The entire staff was great and was more than helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Most dealerships only worry about selling their products but it was totally different dealing with them. Keagan personally went over all the electronics, settings and modes making sure I knew the basics till I was able to read through the manual.

The customer service from Keagan in sales was great. He knows a lot about the mechanical side of bikes! The final selling price was higher than I wanted, but I bought a Vulcan anyways, and Im super happy with it so far.

Used their site to get an offer to sell them my bike. Asked me to bring it in, only to tell me when I got there theyre not interested after one 2 minute look. They could have asked me to take photos, asked questions, anything - instead of handling a dozen better ways they instead chose to have me expend a lot of effort only to turn me away.Its one of the worst experiences Ive ever had from a dealership. I understand theyre a business and they have to make a profit but, again, there were far better and easier ways than wasting my time and effort. Based on the callousness of my experience with them, I wouldnt recommend doing business with them.

I had such a good experience buying my first motorcycle here! The wait on my Honda rebel was a long one, but Robert was great about communicating and giving updates. When it came time for me to come in and get the keys, everyone was genuinely so excited and it was overall a fantastic experience. I decided I wanted a bike after 7 years without one. I was looking very specifically for a V-Star and they had one in stock, but it had just come in. This transaction was pretty easy for me we talked over text messaged negotiated the deal the bike was already discounted as I had done my research prior. I worked with Mike Weaver and Greg they were both great had good communion with me. On the day I went to pick it up Greg made sure to have the bike looked over and inspected for safety I got all my paper work signed very quickly and I was out of there within an hour. I live out of state and never thought I would have bought a motorcycle from so far away. Capital had the best price on the model I was looking at though so I decided to go for it and Capital Powersports made the process as painless as possible. Greg was always available for questions or concerns no matter what day or time it was. He sent videos of the bike to verify it ran as good as it looked. There was a lot of paperwork steps that needed to be completed and Greg laid it all out very simply and as said earlier, was always available if need be. Cant thank him enough.

I was shopping for R1’s from Georgia to all the way to New York (I live in Richmond, Va) and this place had the best deal. The whole team had the bike and paperwork prepped and ready to go, however not once did we feel rushed. Greg introduced us to staff in service and parts who were also very friendly. At the end of the day, I am from out of their state and will likely not be able to return for parts or service, however I was still treated like my business mattered to them. Good job to everyone for making the experience awesome!

Cant say enough about Keegan Potter. This guy lives what he sells. With almost 250,000 miles in the saddle he is one of the most knowledgeable people I have talked to about motorcycles. I was looking to replace an FJR with a new one but no one had them on the floor. He suggested I come in and take a look at the new re-designed Tracer GT. Being a little long in the tooth I had thought about going lighter and, after Keegan went over all of the features in detail and set up a test ride, I took it home a couple of days later. I have 1000 miles on it now and couldnt be happier with its performance. Thanks for putting me on this bike Keegan!

Ive never had a sales team be so thorough on going over the features of a bike (all the how-tos from working the modes/features to even going over some basic care items that I wish someone had told me years ago when I bought my first bike). If youre a female, going into a dealership may be a little intimidating...not at Capital Powersports - they dont talk down to you, but they are very attentive to any questions you may have. Just took delivery of a new 2021 Deluxe Pioneer 1000. This is something I’ve wanted for a long time. Purchased it for both yard work and fun.The sales process was very easy and simple because my sales person, Keagan Potter who knew all of the details and configuration on all of the Pioneer models. Also because of the delays in shipping, due to COVID, he was always updating me on the status on delivery dates.I also need to comment on how knowledgeable the parts person Justin was as well.Two great sales peopleThanks guys

I purchased a very lightly used 2018 V Strom in excellent condition from Cap PwrSprts 2 days ago. My salesman was Scott Fisher, who worked with me over the phone/texts/emails before I drove down there from Suburban Maryland to the dealership. Thankfully it was not a wasted trip. Scott answered all my questions honestly, was very quick in getting me on test rides, and worked out a very good deal for me. It was definitely worth the 4 plus hour drive there. Very satisfied.
