I just recently moved to the Raleigh area about 6 months ago and since I had such a great experience the first time purchasing a new mattress for my daughter, I finally purchased one for myself. My daughter loves her new mattress and I can not wait to take delivery of mine. I was even lucky enough to have the same Sales Associate. I couldn’t ask for a better person to work with than Ricky. My husband and I ran to mattress firm today to pick out a mattress because my husbands back couldnt take one more week on our current bed. As soon as we arrived, Ricky was ready to help us find what we needed. We tried out two mattresses and ended up going with the first one he showed us (the Intellibed). We originally were going to go with a cheaper option, but Ricky went above and beyond to help us get the bed my husband NEEDS. He is a great sales person and incredibly efficient. Came in here on a whim to look at adjustable bases for our current mattress since they seemed to have the most brands and features available to actually see/use in store. The store was very clean & laid out appropriately so that it didn’t feel cluttered or empty. Richard helped us out, he was on the phone with another customer when we came in but acknowledged us, then he properly greeted us as soon as he was done. He was very attentive and polite, knew a lot about the multiple different bases the offered in their house brand as well as others. He knew all the current promotions and got us set up with an adjustable mattress base with delivery & set up in no time! We look forward to getting our adjustable base in 3 days. And will defiantly be back here to talk to him when we need a new mattress.
