Thanks for finally getting a team that knows what they are doing. I was hesitant returning to this location because of a bad experience I had last year, but this location has completely changed. The team made us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions. My biggest surprise was the manager actually came over to make sure we were doing ok compared to in the past never being there. I encourage everyone to go visit this location and their staff.
So grateful for Dominic for helping me upgrade my phone. He was friendly and easy to talk to. The staff helped me upgrade my phone and understand the differences between my options. They were so friendly and fun to be with during a normally tedious task. Thanks a bunch!
Wake Forest AT&T has really improved their operationsTheir staffing has increased. Staff is most knowledgeable and helpful with a most positive attitude.Enjoyed my visit and will gladly revisit this store in the future.
Noah was an awesome rep to work with. He greeted us immediately at the door and provided us with excellent and quick service. We transferred 5 lines from sprint to at&t with purchasing 4 phones.

Nick was just wonderful! He was very polite and friendly, and he also knew his job inside and out! I was in for a phone upgrade. When I told Nick how much my bill was just for me, he reviewed my account and was able to save me some money. While he was helping me (he was the only employee at the store), other customers came in and he politely greeted them. I’m visiting from Florida and I have to say Nick runs circles around the employees at the Largo FL store! This was the absolute best experience I’ve EVER had at an AT&T Store.
Employees were great but had to wait way to long on the store equipment. I pad battery kept going dead. If that issue was corrected this would be over 5 star. 10 star. Employees need better equipment.¹
This store (Wake Forest) is about 10 stars above the one on Capital Blvd at Spring Forest.A young man Nick was probably the reason. He answered all my questions, was extremely helpful and went beyond to give good customer service. The AT&T employees at the Capital Blvd/Spring Forest Rd could really learn and benefit from this young man.As a business owner for 48+ years I have seen the (BEST) customer service at the Wake Forest store on Retail Dr and the absolute (WORST) at the Capital Blvd/Spring Forest store.
Dominic and the staff were great. They definitely helped us upgrade and lower all of our AT&T bills. Highly recommend them, customer service like this is few and far between.
Great Staff!!!! Dominic took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. The manager even let me daughter watch Frozen on their tv while we were switching from Verizon.
The guys were nice enough but LIED to me. I am in a 3 year contract. Cant change now because I cant get the value of our trade-ins back. Corporate will do nothing because I should have verified the terms on the website before I committed to the lies the store told me.Buyer beware!!!!!

Nick is the MAN for personalized service seek him out in Wake Forest at the Retail Dr Store!!!It was time to update from my old iPhone 7 and Nick walked me through all of my options, the cost, their benefits and the pros vs pros of each. He updated my plan, synced the old phone’s data to the new and sent me on my way with a smile on my face. What more could you ask for? Go see Nick!
I can’t say enough about the smooth transition from our old providers to ATT. Jerett and Nick were nothing but amazing. They are very knowledgeable and help until you are 100% satisfied. In our visit today we met a new team member Dominic, he was amazing came out and played with our boys while they waited for us to finish up trading in phones for credits towards our new account. We just purchased a new iPhone from the Wake Forest store and Adrienne was most helpful. Although the process was long and frustrating because of the wireless connection at the store (not the fault of AT&T) our overall experience was excellent. I had to go back to the store today, to complete the transfer of my number and once again Adrienne and Trevor provided great service and had me out the door in a flash!
At first we thought we had a great experience with Brian, that is until our first bill arrived. It is nowhere near what he told us it would be and now I get to go spend hours of my time to go back to the store to see if they will make things right. It’s one thing if it’s $50 more but $300 more is absolutely unacceptable!! Might wanna make sure your customers are made aware of the actual details of what their first months bill is going to be before they leave and not just be concerned with selling them on what’s new, especially since every transaction, regardless of how small it is, takes hours to complete! Will update review if things are fixed and if not, you can guarantee I’ll be calling corporate and more because this is ridiculous!

The ladies at the AT&T store were extremely helpful in helping me set up new phones and transfer service. I had started the process online, but ran into complications. They got it all straightened out for me.
This store doesn’t even honor what the att website says they do after scheduling an appointment online with them! And then the employees in the store try to act like you don’t know what you are talking about and try and talk down on you like you are a child!
This location has awesome sales reps Who care truly about your overall experience than just closing a sale. MK was the person I dealt with and she was excellent!!!

Had a great experience here the other day. Susan was very helpful and made the whole experience very enjoyable. We were also there right before close and she did not seem to mind at all. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
Terrible management, god awful lies about how much your phone bill will actually be. DO NOT GO HERE or Louisburg AT&T. They will force you into accessories and you originally should be walking out with only paying $40-$60 out the door. Manager Brian will put an extra $175 on your final receipt. He will tell you that you’re getting an extra $100 or so off your bull every month but you won’t get that for another 5 months and you WILL NOT be reimbursed. DO NOT GO HERE!

Kobi thinks hes slick. Im assuming the manager Bryan is in on it. Long story short, I went in there to get my free phone and lo and behold, 2 weeks later my bill was bloated by 200 bucks. Dont trust this store, go in there with your guard up if you have to even go.

I went in there to get iphone which was on sale, weeks later I got my bill, it was up by $150. I got my bill with full price for the phone. NEVER TRUST THIS STORE. I would say when ever you go to att store, record everything they say, it will be useful to defend. I would suggest never go to any ATT store in your life. I faced this problem with almost every att store.Ive been calling the store for 2 months and manager Brian never responds.
