Excellent service, friendly staff.The other day I clumsily dropped my phone and cracked the screen. I thought I could live with it but as the days passed, the cracks were getting worse and the glad was chipping away. I decided to take my phone to uBreakiFix.I walked in and luckily they had a screen for a Pixel 5. The staff clearly explained my options and warranty. They were able to fix it the same day, within a few hours.Prices are reasonable.I hope I never have to go back, because I dont want to break my screen again. But should it happen, I wont hesitate to bring it to uBreakiFix.

As far as service went, I would like to give an but my initial call to set up an appointment had some details left out and even later, my appointment was moved to a different time. After calling back the next day, the attendant who spoke to me was much better and helped get me situated. They are very busy it seems because they can get a backlog of repair request but I suppose that is due to the quick service they provide.(Summary: Service has a minor hiccup the first time I called but it was immediately fixed the following day and they were quick with repair.)

Most affordable mobile repair spot in the triangle. Theyre severely understaffed and still managed to be extremely professional and helpful, while repairing my phone in a timely manner. Ivy is a particular gem and didnt fail to be of great assistance.

I HIGHLY recommend Ubreakifix in wake forest NC. You guys ROCK. Not just professional but friendly as well, the one with the deeper voice (wish I had gotten everyones names) makes you feel right at home. They were able to help me get the information I needed from an old cell phone (that wouldnt charge) within a reasonable amount of time. The price was affordable too. You guys are the best.

I accidentally broke the screen on my new iPhone 12 Pro. I’ve never broken a phone before so this was my first time trying to get something fixed. The staff was very attentive and seemed knowledgeable, they were also very kind. They were able to quickly diagnose how to fix it and then give me a timeframe to come back to the store when it would be repaired. My phone looks good as new and works like a charm. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the repair was very expensive but that was because my phone was so new and an apple product. When I was there they quoted another customer a repair on a laptop, which seemed like a good deal. If you need something electronic repaired this seems like a well run business.

I took my sons PS4 slim to the shop because the website said they fixed PS4s. The people working there were professional and nice but said that they could not fix the system. The drive will accept discs but not eject them.

I came in for my iPhone to be fixed and got the best experience. Ivy took care of me very well and gave the grandest experience. Look no further, they always get it right.

Brought my Apple Watch in after I broke the screen at work, they told me they had to order the part and itd take 3-5 business days to get the part in and a few days after that to get it repaired. After about a week and a half I got a phone call saying they broke something in the watch and they’d have to replace it and itd take another 3-5 days to get the part in. Got another phone call around a week later and they broke something else in the watch and they’d have to replace it again. After about a month finally got a call saying it was ready to pick up. At first glance looked alright but after having it for a couple days I noticed heavy damage on the power bottom and my watch would show signs of the power button being stuck because it would show the power off screen and call the sos feature by itself. Was able to get it to stop for a day or 2 but it continued again and did it 3 more times during class.Update: went back and they are going to fix it under warranty, they were super helpful and made it easy

No appointment. Went in, my claim for a screen replacement was active so they immediately got started on the repair. It took slightly longer than anticipated but still very reasonable. Their location makes the wait worth it. Lots of shopping. Take another phone so they can contact you or youll just have to guess and check back every hour or so. Total time for me was 2 hours.

My boyfriend brought his iPhone XR in and it was ghost touching. They fixed the ghost touching but then the iPhone charging port was damaged after they gave me the phone back. So we they gave a wireless charging, were the phone has to lay on the charging pad.Then they still charge $200 plus even though they damaged it and not trying to take responsibility for it. So they fixed it but then damaged it. I do not recommend this place!

I had my iPad screen replaced in faster time than was quoted, less than a week. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I even enrolled in their monthly service plan that will cover all the electronics in my home if they break or get viruses, previously purchased and anything we buy in the future.

I visited the Wake Forest location after absolutely smashing my Galaxy S10+.The crew at this location were top notch!I was able to show up at opening (10am) and drop off my phone quickly, with people who really cared about their job and their customers.Under 3 hours later, I was reunited with my phone, good as new!I absolutely recommend this location, and will happily return if the need arises.

Spent $330 to get my screen repaired and after waiting 2 hours. I did not even have the new screen on my phone for 2 hours and it was already messing up. upon bringing it back in I was told I would have to wait even longer so they could fix the repair when we all know it does not take nearly this long. Will not be returning, especially if you are going to charge $300+ for something that does not even properly work. Should have been right the first time.

Phone works as it should, back to spec. Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. The only problem i encountered was that I brought my phone in the day before in hopes it would be done early. It was not, so it had to spend the night. My appointment was 2/6/21 at 10am and at 12pm I called to check the status...phone was on techs desk but tech nowhere to be found and receptionist had no clue what the status was on the repair. At 1:30pm I called again, because I had heard nothing since 12pm; this time the phone was finished and ready for pickup.Update: 2/8/21- I noticed the 2 screws near the charge port of the phone were missing, lady at the desk knew I had tried replacing the screen myself and said I brought it in that way. I know I brought the phone in taken apart, but I also brought a little baggie with all the screws I had removed-including the 2 that were missing. They replaced them for me at no charge which was great. Long story short, phones fixed and works great so 5 stars.

I needed an iPad (7th gen) screen replacement. I took it to batteries +, but they were going to have to send it away to their vendor to get fixed. I thought that was fine, but once they got through all the prompts on their vendors website, they realized their vendor didn’t have any 7th gen screens in stock. They suggested I go to uBreakiFix.So I called uBreakiFix and they said they have both white and black 7th gen screens in stock, and would have it done in 2 days (they don’t send them away). Took it there at 10:30am on Thursday and asked if I could pay extra to have it back sooner, and they said they could have it by 6pm the next day for $20 extra.I got a text at 9:30am the next day (30 min before they open) letting me know it was fixed!We’ll definitely be back!

I went here to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed because it was all cracked up, the customer service here is friendly and professional and their work is awesome. My iPhone 7 looks brand new for a very good reasonable price and it took them about 2hrs which is not bad. I highly recommend this place.
