Coffee is great but can’t believe that they serve all these people without masks when everywhere else it’sa requirement for customers to wear them. I’ll think twice about coming here and endangering my health again. There were at least 5-10 people who were in the store without masks at 3:30-3:40pm today and the girl working said they couldn’t give me a refill credit even though I had my cup from third’s morning. I understand that you have to get a new cup but they have been honoring my refill when I came back with my old cup before

Came in today after having a terrible day at work. I was instantly greeted by the woman behind the register (Lauren) who was assisting another customer but still was nice enough to welcome me into the store. Also when I approached the register she asked how I was doing and how my day was. It may not seem like much but that kind of employee makes people continue supporting that buisness. At times like this when everyones lives are crazy because of covid or whatever else may be going on kindness is priceless. Lauren definitely displayed that today.

Tracy is a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CASHIER. I have had great experiences when I come there.

The employees here are very efficient and extremely helpful. They gave me good directions when I was lost, and they kept the line of customers moving quickly the whole time. Its a friendly place with great customer service.

The services was terrible. I will like to talk to supervisor asap

Terrible service. I went inside last night soon after 8pm to buy a drink. The lady working the register was terribly rude and didnt say a word during our transaction. She was talking on the phone before my transaction and then continued to talk to her friend in the store during the entirety of our transaction. The friend she was talking to blocked the card reader during my transaction and would not move out of the way when I had to pay for my drink.

Their pumps dont take debit cards at all. So then I insert my credit card, and they keypad doesnt respond. Second pump has the out of service sleeve. Third pump I try has a sign that says this pump not accepting credit cards. Fourth pump, I insert my card. Same as first pump- keypad doesnt respond. The only thing worse than the multiple failures of the pumps is the fact that I gave them so many chances. Ill run out of gas before I pull in here again.

Does not have a non ethanol option

Customer in front of me not asked for ID when she is absolutely underage. Then me who well over the legal age was asked for my ID. Employees lazy to follow policy
