Absolute worst CVS or pharmacy experience ever!I am reporting and sending a 9 minute long video to corporate about the actions that took place in their store today at the hands of their front store manager Michelle (pictured). I had a prescription sent over on July 30, 2021 from my doctors office and attempted to pick it up the evening of only to be told they were slammed (understandable) could I come back another time. I returned the next day on Saturday to be told my prescription still had not even been started, could I wait. I proceeded to go home and decided to come back Monday August 2, 2021when again I was told my prescription wasn’t ready. I have called and returned numerous of times since all with failed attempts at receiving my medicine. Finally today August 24, 2021(ALMOST A MONTH LATER) I had enough and started to question what was going on to only be harassed and antagonized all the way out the door. The “manager” Michelle even at points getting in my face and attempting to intimidate me like she was going to push me out the store. They took it as far to discriminate and talk down in front of myself and many other store customers about the type of insurance I have. Do yourself a favor and avoid the whole store. Everyone except a sweet girl in the front needs customer service training starting with their manager.I will be filing a complaint for discrimination.

I called and asked if my medication was ready. I also asked if they take walk ins for the covid shot. The lady said yes but she prefers an appointment. I said I dont know what time and she dismissed me. So maybe she is part of the problem turning people away. I wish I had gotten her name.

My husband returned packages to UPS here and the old lady working the register was rude. I am glad it was him instead of me because I would not have been as nice as my husband. Hes such a nice guy. FYI: If you do not like your job quit!

They MEVER answer the phone. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to ANYONE about your prescription. Very unprofessional. This is one sorry sorry place business.

My husband broke his ankle and I went to this store for a KneeRover. I encountered the most amazing employees ever! Nellie was my cashier, Darlene the manager and Scott Campbell the Care Concierge. They were so kind and helpful! Scott went above and beyond helping me to understand the different features on the KneeRover and helped me load it into my car. These people made quite the team! Thank you to CVS Wake Forest!! I will come back again!

The telephone system at CVS 245 Roosevelt Rd Wake Forest NC 27587 is out of order. If one wishes to talk to someone, one is told the call is being forwarded and it then cuts off. This occurred three times before I tried the physician’s line. That also cut off at the same point.

It is sad the day you cannot even get one cashier employed to help you. They have a sign on the counter saying to use the self-service. Im sorry, but I loth self check out they are the worst, and I refuse to use them. If they want my business hire a cashier. I get times are heard, but this was unacceptable.

Worst customer service Ive experienced with a pharmacy. If you call and manage to get through the voicemail jail, you stay on hold for entirely too long before someone decides to pick up the line. They dont inform you of delays in your medication arrival and overall seem to be disinterested in helping you as a customer. Wont do any more business here.

Very disappointed in this pharmacy. Always a delay to pick up the phone. Ive been listening to that voice message now for over 10 minutes and still cant reach a live voice. I just recd a recall notice late today stating one of the medications I take is being recalled by the FDA due to cancer causing impurities. Am trying to find out if my medication was filled from the manufacturer and lot number being recalled but cant get anyone to answer the phone. Also their drive thru line is ridiculous as the canister tube on the right is broken (been like that for over one month). Forces you to go into the store while they are COVID testing. AM switching to Walgreens tomorrow. This group is unprofessional, unethical, and a disgrace.

This CVS has 2 drive-through lanes. The one on the right has been out of order for an unimaginably long time. That leaves you with the option of going in the store during a pandemic or using the COVID testing lane. I wonder how many people in Wake Forest have contacted COVID-19 because of this CVS. Ill bet its a lot.

Visited this location for the first time ever today and called back with a question for the pharmacy. I spoke with Hunter who was very rude and demeaning over the phone. He argued with me that the previous pharmacy rep had verified my info with me after I repeatedly stated she did not. His response was yes she did because we always do. Omg. I guess he believes his job is secure during this crisis and that anything goes!

Ive personally never had a problem here. Its in a nice, convenient location and a good place to go if you need medicine pretty quickly. Ive had a prescription here and got it filled quickly and without any issues. The staff is generally friendly, though sometimes a little grumpy.

Don’t go here. It’s slow ALWAYS, I’ve waited 45 minutes before when there were 3 cars in front me. Then, after I pulled up to the window I’ve had to wait longer for someone to ask me what I needed. Very disorganized inside, my business will go to Walgreens.

I have used CVS pharmacies in at least 15 states, and I continue to use them because CVS is generally good and they have my records. However, this one almost never gets anything right. They repeatedly call the wrong physician for refills, they fill prescriptions that do not need to be filled, they charge the wrong amount for prescriptions, etc. I am going to continue to use them, but I hope they will figure out how to run a pharmacy. I recently visited this location and I must say I was extremely touched by my visit. I was printing pictures to make a photo board for the passing of my neice. Nautica was so compassionate and helped me through the entire process. I also returned the next morning and 2 other associates were wonderful as well. Thank you for making a hard process emotionally an easy one!

I have never wrote a google review before no matter how annoyed or disappointed I am with a service. However, I just left the store EXTREMELY frustrated because they made me wait an hour for medication they didn’t have in stock. I called this CVS everyday for 4 days to make sure they had the brand I was looking for and NOT a generic version of it. After waiting an hour, they gave me a generic version of the medication and I can’t take it because I tried it before and it didn’t work. I told them my concerns and they didn’t seem to care at all. They didn’t even say sorry. I asked them why they didn’t have the brand after they told me they ordered it, and the pharmacist (older woman blond hair) told me they must of discontinued it BUT THEN TOLD ME that a CVS in the town over had it. She literally lied to my face. Ashley, a young blond hair lady, is the lady who checked me out and told me it would only be a 15 minute wait. I use CVS pharmacy because I travel a lot and none of them give me a problem. I only have to call them once to refill the prescription and they have it ready. I left this CVS in tears from frustration and now I will be leaving the state WITHOUT a medication that I need to take on a daily basis. I already called a CVS where my destination is and they are filling in the BRAND name (that is not discontinued by the way) of the medication I need.

While the staff is friendly, it can take some time to get things done in the pharmacy. I was there twice in 2 days. Wanted the senior flu shot but the staff was way too busy to attend to me although I was waiting well ahead of others. Seems they could use another person.

Ive had to get a few prescriptions filled at this particular CVS and it has always been a fiasco. The pharmacy is sloppy, to put it nicely. Any prescriptions that are liquid have been spilled on the outside of the bottle, customer service is seriously lacking. I was checking out one day at the front counter and the girl working rudely questioned some of the products I was buying (whats this for, etc). You have to search the store for someone to help you and more times than not Ive been standing at the checkout counter scanning the store for someone to come ring my items up. Its no wonder they have a lot of theft. Store is not well stocked either.

The women who work in this pharmacy are so rude and snooty. I went to the drive thru to ask about my prescription and instead of telling me it would be a while, she asked me to come inside and wait. So I came inside and waited for at least 15 minutes while watching her tell several other patients that they should come back, as their prescriptions would be about 15 minutes. I would have appreciated the same courtesy instead of being ignored while waiting. No one smiled, said please or thank you, or offered me any additional help (i.e. asking if I had questions, etc.) As soon as my prescription was (finally) ready, it was handed to me and I was rushed off even though no one else was waiting. Next time I go to the doctor I will be switching pharmacies.

I came into this cvs like I occasionally do around lunch time to buy some snacks and was approached by a manager who told me I had to leave because I was in the store yesterday morning stealing, and that I was drunk and wearing a red hoodie. Not only do I not own a red hoodie, but I had not gone to cvs the previous morning, and when I asked him any questions or tried to express that there was no way it was me, he told me he would call the police, and that I was not allowed back in the store. No worries there! Absolutely horrible customer service and a very embarrassing experience.
