Customer service is not a thing here! I know its early but geeze....as much as a cup of coffee cost a smile from the employees would be nice! And lets not talk about how long it takes to get a warmed up sandwich. Wont be going my first choice to go

This is the Starbucks we always go to. Of course were addicted so how can I give an anything but five stars. I order head on my app, I never have to wait. I always always have to confirm that my coffee is decaf. When I do the employees do not give me a hard time, or insist I look at the sticker on the cup like other places do. There are reasons I have to doublecheck this, and they understand every time. Great place

Drinks order was not make properly also mobile order take forever. Need to be more careful with custome order. It seem like only o r employee are working.

Very clean atmosphere. Needs soft chairs back for senior guests because hard chairs are a little uncomfortable for them.

Best thing about this store is the bathroom. Service is hit or miss as is drink quality. Floor is usually in need of sweeping, area for drink prep often needs to be cleaned, and overflowing trash isnt unusual. I accepted a weak drink because of stores condition (just wanted to get out). Even though I questioned the quality of the drink, the barista insisted that it was correct and did not offer to make it again. Weak customer service. Regional manager: take note of stores QC, stores general cleanliness, order accuracy and customer experience when beverage is incorrect. Thank you!

This starbucks used to be a goto every morning. Now the drinks are bitter because the barista is either talking 2 a coworker or just doesnt care! Hope fully they will get this store together and re train the baristas!

Loved my service and drink, but didnt like the new point system.

Today. They couldn’t keep up with the amount of customers. I give them credit for trying.

Nice baristas and drinks are as good as any other Starbucks, BUT the wait time for a drink is absolutely ridiculous. No matter what time of day. PLEASE hire more staff because the few that are working at any one time is not enough to keep up with the demand. Expect to wait anywhere from 20~40 minutes for a drink.

The service was lacking today but the coffee was excellent as usual

Badly made drinks. Long wait times. Baristas make drinks out of order (people who order after you get their drinks before you). Narrow store design means people waiting for drinks block tables, bathrooms, doors etc.

The drinks are always great at this Starbucks but the service is always slow. They need another person or two working, as getting your drinks always takes 12-15 after you order.

Youre always greeted by the friendly energetic employees. Its Starbucks...need I say more.

Horrible place! I ordered no fat wet capuccino and I got a full cup of milk without expresso. The barista made another one and the coffee was cold and tasted like old coffee. Definitely I wont stop at this place. The attendents wont nice at all.

This is hands-down the slowest Starbucks that I have ever been to. Staff seems lost and disinterested. Incorrect orders are commonplace.
