The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. They fixed my computer in no time despite needing parts that were hard to get in the pandemic! I 100% would recommend them.

They were super helpful and extremely kind from begging to end! It was super refreshing to have awesome customer service.I went in to purchase a charger, because Best Buy was too expensive. They made sure it was the correct one and that I wasn’t getting a bad product.Would highly recommend supporting this smaller business over BestBuy any day of the week!

Just came from the place. I went there due to the good reviews on google. So I have to agree with the people on this business. The guys in there are nice and fair priced. Even during these times when small businesses seem to be hurting. They didnt price gauge or anything. They were upfront and honest and delivered quick service. It was really relaxing to be honest. Because its just them and no third party. Ill definitely go again. Go support small businesses.

For Charles County personnel the only place for computers sales and service. Staff very knowledgable and efficient. Sales and service are above the rest.

These guys are good I needed a what seemed to me a pretty significate upgrade, and they assured me it wasnt that serious and of a fix. A power supply replacement BIOs reinstallation and a ram upgrade, in no time at all and a really good price. There my go too guys now.

Wife and I went here after replacing the ram and hard drive on our Mac desktop for more memory and faster speed at home. Only problem when putting back together was that the screen was blank, but actually very dim an no backlighting after turning on. Talked to the guy on the phone and decided to bring it on a Saturday for him to look at. Turns out it was a minor installation error on my part when installing one of the connectors, the pin was bent. The straightened it back up and problem solved. Charged a very fair price. 301 computers saved the day.

To All, I only gave 4 stars due to my review not reflecting this current time. Want to make it known that I have not had any current work done by them for quite awhile now (Decade) BUT I will say that when I did need work done THEY were TOP NOTCH! Not sure if John is still there (Always came through for me) - Reading the current reviews of this day, it would appear they STILL do GOOD Work! Right Ownnn 301 Computers!
