The worst customer service no knowledge of products, the store is never open when they say so from store hours listed, Since the last owner left it seems as if they do not care about customers needs I will never shop here again my advice run dont waste your time plus you can find better deals online rip off rip off rip off!! Be aware of this guy Keith Silverman shady!!

I dropped my computer off on August 13th. I knew Id be away from my phone for a week so I asked them to email their diagnosis. I didnt get a phone call or an email that week. I called them on the 23rd to check the status. She had no information so the woman who answered the phone said shed call me on the 24th with news around 3pm (they open at 11). No phone call. I went in the on the 25th to demand my computer back as they obviously hadnt touched it yet. Tanisha sent an email to the tech to inquire on the status and then called while I waited. Miraculously they had fixed my computer and I could have it the next day. Great!!! Whats was wrong with it. They had no idea. Turns out while they did remove some spyware and install a bunch of crap without talking to me, they never fixed my original issue. The only thing I hear is that they will call me back but never do. My computer is still broken and I need to pay someone else to fix it. Dont even bother going here if you want to deal with someone directly. Dont even bother going here it all. Not worth your time or money. Im still waiting for someone to call me back...

They have High quality CPUs & Laptops with better prices than any store in the area including wal-mart! If you need a Computer and you live in the area trust me this is where you want to be I got a Surface Pro for under $600 bucks with everything included, My mom got an all in 1 iMac for less than $300 bucks!! go check them out before you get duped at best buy or HH Greg.. they have very knowledgeable staff and unbelievable prices!
