That guy Steve is a joke!! Hes quick to tell you that you have insufficient funds but as soon as you ask for a refund he goes M.I.A. I went to the so called in shopping store as Google claims which ended up being their call center along with about 100 other companies. What I ended up doing was contacting Karen @ Tracy Lewis Performance where my actual part came from an she was able to get my refund. I paid $177.00 for this item and sending it back was another $15. My refund ended up being only $133 at this point im happy to get anything. People if you want to get a part that C6 Performance has on their catalog best thing to do is cut Steve the middle man out and go directly to Tracy Lewis Performance out of Florida to get the same part at a cheaper price.
Ordered an exhaust system from them July 25 to have it shipped to imperial beach CA, which is where I am staying at the moment, Aug 30th I got a call from my mother saying a big box showed up to her house 🏡. Texas. So I called and asked why they shipped my exhaust to Texas and not California the guy tried to tell me that they only ship to the billing address, I asked what am suppose to do with an exhaust in Texas when I am in California and he laughed and said it’s not my problem and that I should change my billing address and then I told him that i was military and that it’s my home of record and I have all my important mail sent to my moms house and responded it’s not my problem have your mom mail it you and laughed and hung up on me. I called back to speak to the manager and was told he was not their, I asked to speak to the owner and was told he wasn’t their either, but was given Steve’s email address that was it. I emailed Steve and have yet to hear back from him. So now I am pretty much out a $2400 exhaust
Don’t do business with these guys. They’re so quick to help you buy a car part and gain your trust. I purchased a car part that was eligible for a core exchange refund... I sent my part to them, but they claimed I sent it to the wrong address (I sent it to the one on the shipping label). After months of emailing and calling with no resolution, I give up. Beware, don’t go to these crooks!
Steve with C6 Performance has earned 5 stars from me! I had received an item from one of their vendors which was damaged. He went to bat for me and requested everything needed to process getting a replacement to me which is on its way now. His communication and diligence with my issue was top notch. Thanks again Steve & the C6 team!
I ordered a C5 part from this place and a guy named Steve said the part was back ordered but that he gets them in all the time. He demanded full payment in order to get on the list. 6 months go by and he never contacts me or answers my calls or emails. $350 out the door. He is a total thief. Look at his BBB profile. He makes a living off defrauding corvette people. STAY AWAY. Or better yet, find him and share a piece of your mind.
******Buyer Beware*******Horrible Vendor, will lie to you up front to get you to place an order. Purchased exhaust flanges for a 2011 camaro. I was told that they were in stock and would take just a few days to ship, well it took 2 months. In the meantime I tried to cancel the order as the car was sitting waiting for these parts and I wanted to look at other options. he fought the cancelation. parts finally showed up that of course they were not the correct parts. tried to get a partial refund through paypal and C6 is fighting that.
I bought an intake online from them. It showed up damaged and not as pictured. I called and Spoke with Steve the sales manager. He told me it was not damaged and that they must have had a typo in the description. I ended up getting hung up on after I asked to speak to his boss. I emailed him and sent him pictures of the damaged intake and inaccurate website description. He again argued that I got what I paid for and no return would be honored. I had to get my bank to reverse the $500 charge. Look them up on Yelp and the BBB. Dont spent your hard earned money here!

I ordered a part and paid for it to be overnighted over a week ago. No only have I not received the part but I cant reach anyone for customer support. Phone calls arent answered or returned and the same goes for email. At this point I just want a refund but cant even get that. Horrible customer service especially when spending $1500 on headlamps. Try Ecklers instead.
Ordered a grille to complete my set up. Waiting for part to install my bumper. Order June 30th. No tracking number or anything. Come July 6th, I call them, keeps going to voicemail during business hours. Then I email them. I get a response Due to a pricing issue your order was canceled and you were never charged. Terrible customer service. Could have told me earlier so I could have ordered from other vendor.
