Theyve got the experience to understand the common failures of many different cars and how best to remediate them. I had another mechanic let me know what was going on according to codes, along with my maintenance history, which was non-existent, and let me know I should expect anywhere in the neighborhood of 2-3,000 dollars. This for me, as for most people I imagine, was a nightmare and a mountain of stress. Before I came to Sergio with my car, Id learned nothing but horror from people talking about getting ripped off at other places.While dealing with a literal worst case scenario with my vehicle, I have to say Sergio was likely the best case scenario for my needs.I got to watch him interact with patrons who were just doing business, in and out, and not one that I saw while there looked unhappy with his service, and I share the sentiment.It took a little longer than Id anticipated, but I also didnt know enough to tell them exactly what needed to happen. Each day I came in, and Sergio took the time to tell me what theyd done, what they had narrowed out of the potential problems list according to the code. He kept me posted on what the cost of parts was looking like as he figured it out, and what the bill was so that I could keep track, and I was a little more optimistic each day.In the end, I spent about half of what Id expected to be shelling out, while also having my oil and filters all cycled, and put part of that to renting a nicer car than I intended from the enterprise across the street. Id also set up an appointment to get other necessary maintenance that Ive neglected looked at over there next month. They did nothing to my car beyond what I had asked without contacting me and making sure it was ok, and that gave me a great deal of ease of mind.Shorter summary;Sergio is VERY transparent about his work, and about your money, and while I cant offer perspective about other repair shops, I can tell you I could not have hoped for better treatment than they gave me here. Being a woman always brings a wave of uncertainty when bringing your car into any shop. My BMWs dealership warranty just expired and we needed to find a new home for our auto services. Sergio and his team were incredibly honest and respectable people that didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of for lack of knowledge- as most places, unfortunately do. I’m so happy to have found them. Would highly recommend 10/10 times and extremely satisfied with my new auto home.

Sergio and his crew went above and beyond for me. Took in my Panamera Turbo the afternoon before my track day to change the tires. He found the brakes pads too worn for a track day. Stayed after close and put extra guys on the car to get it done. They saved my track day and did a hell of a job.

Check my BMW 535I in because my cooling system had a leak very satisfied with the work performed at the shop they had quoted me a specific price when I went to go pick it up the price had gone down which was very satisfying to hear very satisfied with the quality of work that they’ve done I expect to bring my car back to the shop thanks guys.

Imho, one of the best shops around. i had a blown plug. seems a prior mechanic that worked on the car loosened a plug. the plug ended up blowing out the head, not a good thing to happen!carlos did a great job, repairing the head in place. most shops would have pulled the head, at a price that i would have junked the car.fast, honest, what more do you want? i am so happy!
