Dont do it!! He was the perfect gentleman until we paid him for the computer. He also took my old one to sell for me- minus his fee- but a year went by and nothing... He himself knows nothing about computers- when i complained about a brand new computer not working and waiting so long to sell the old computer - he was extremely rude- yelling and calling me names, kept charging me for mistakes they (his hidden staff of computer experts in the other rooms) made or for repairs after he told me that he guaranteed his work and it would all be free. Alan is a Total inefficient two-face unprofessional joke. Karma Alan.... 😊

They repaired 2 laptops for me (one CPU fan replacement, and one keyboard replacement). The prices were lower than I expected, and they went out of their way to be helpful. I would totally use them again.

Service is the best ever. They are very good.
