What an awful store!! These people are not interested in helping anyone. I had a desk lamp that went out after 5 months or so and they wont return it because it isnt in the original box even though I have the receipt. They obviously sell inferior products and they seem to be ok ripping customers off. We will never use officemax again. Dont waste your time here go to STAPLES instead! This store is seriously lacking leadership

Horrible experience. Went for a computer desk and found one I wanted to buy. Asked for assistance, but only free employee was on the phone. 30 minutes later another employee shows up and and takes the phone. The now free employee starts fiddling with papers, then grabs what looks like a box of printer supplies and walks right past me without any acknowledgement. I ask again for help and am told that someone on the phone wants a price adjustment for an online order and they are trying to figure out if they can do it. I’m told it’s complicated, so “it’s going to be a while” until someone can help me. Never going there again.

Super easy to order. A little annoying entering payment. Had to do it 6 times to get it right.Ready in 5 mins. And off we go.

Staff friendly and asked if we need help finding back to school items. Staffed store well with adequate number of staff. Most items in their proper place when they werent staff found them for us in the back or else where. Fast friendly check out.

I come here because of ease and proximity to my normal errands but the service is spotty at best. Not overly helpful or knowledgeable at times. I find things out of stock frequently. Sometimes long lines.

Big box office supplyThey have a good selection and so-so prices. I dont recommend buying technology items there unless you really know what youre doing. Frequently, the stuff on the shelf is last years version or older - and may prove useless.

During Black Friday sales shopping, the online store let me buy an item that wasnt actually in stock despite claiming that it was in stock at the store. When I went to the store, all employees looked and sounded miserable and one told me that they didnt have the most important item in my order as if that wasnt a problem and didnt propose any alternatives. He said that I wouldnt be charged for it, but I was. Be careful and check your credit card statement if youre ever in a similar situation. Personally, I dont plan on doing business with this company again as it was clear to me that many other peoples orders went partially unfulfilled that day based on which items were in the pickup area. But I guess I shouldnt be surprised that they would bait and switch to get people in their store after seeing the marketing e-mails corporate sends out.

Adequate parking. Easy to find off the freeway. Quick service. Recycles laser toners and ink cartridges at the checkout counter (up to 10 per month). Now affiliated with Office Depot.

Went to send a fax, which didnt end up going through. The reason for the low rating is that the employee kept saying to resend it and resend it (no other words) and then ended up charging me $6 for every time i clicked send without saying they were charging each time before hand (and i was following the employees directions on how to send. Technically, that constitutes as a fraudulent scam, but seems this is business as usual.

I dont understand the negative reviews! I bought a chair, they assembled it for me and everyone was helpful and friendly. They always have a good selection of back-to-school items and pens.

Horrible customer serivce. I dropped off a banner request on Friday afternoon and said that i needed it printed out by Saturday night. I called Saturday afternoon to check in on my order and apparently they lost track of my order, something printed wrong, and a bunch of other excuses piled up. In sum, i put them under a time crunch and i understand that, but no one ever called to make me aware that the lazy associate messed up my order in some way. If i had known i would have went to another store asap. I say lazy with respect to the associates abilities. So i asked if they could deliver my banner by the end of the day because i called at 12/1 PM and the store has a before 2pm policy which means that any and all projects submitted before 2pm will be created by the end of the day. So thats obviously false advertising because the second associate also didnt get my banner in time. Safe to say ill never come back and it was indeed a terrible experience. The ladies were both nice people, but being nice doesnt win you good service reviews. Their names were Linda and the other lady was older, had gray hair, nice French tip nails, light skin, light eyes, and she was rather tall for her older age. In sum, the least they could have done is communicated with me about the status of my order. But, they didnt.

Not much to say. Typical office supply store for all the everyday necessities around the office. Convenient location near the freeway, and easy checkout.

The store is well stocked, and merchandise is easy to find without assistance, which is good because even though there were several clerks in the store today assistance was not forthcoming.

Big box office suppliesIts a big store with all the usual stuff youd expect. I purchased a Wi-Fi extender here and found that it had sat on the shelf so long that it needed *two* firmware updates. Bottom line, I really dont recommend shopping here unless you are in a big deadline crunch. Amazon generally has better prices. If you have Prime, you get free shipping too.

Friendly associates quickly helped me find exactly what I needed and got me on my way.

I just left the store. I went into this office max with the intention of buying hundreds of dollars in office supplies for the physicians practice I manage but left with nothing. The cashier was apathetic as I entered which put me off from the start, I then went to the paper aisle which was a wreck. I found what I thought was a great deal, turns out not only was it damaged and in the wrong location but the correct location didnt even have a price. The manager Jeff (I think) didnt apologize for the inconvenience, offer to help me find a better deal, or even price match or discount my paper purchase. Jeff approached the situation at a snails pace and clearly hates his job. I will not return.

Better then Staples, but next time prefer if employees knew the product item differences on their own inventory

Having to beg for help from the four guys SITTING behind the shipping area is absurd at best. Then when I found a box, and finally told the guy I wanted to ship it. He said We are.the most expensive way to ship. Ok. I left. No more OfficeMax for us!

Staff was extremely helpful in Finding the desk I wanted and even helped get it out to the car.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The store is stocked or you can pre-order for pickup or ship to the store.

This Place has improved a lot in the past few years as I have shopped. I am sure the company is better off with out stupid customers like Sierra Cushing. All this person does is complain about everything.The entire staff is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Sierra Cushing must thing the staff is there to wait hand over foot for them as soon they grace themselves up on the lowly associates.If Sierra Cushing ever step foot in my business I would kick them right out!! Good place getting in and out of parking lot is a challege

I was at the office max on Sunday. That was the start of the new sale. The following day I went back with a couple people that wasnt with me on Sunday. When I walked in, the manager, Chris, told me I was not able to buy any of the items from the sale. Because I brought the people in with me on Monday, the manager said they wont get the sale either. I was ok with not getting the sale, I wasnt buying anything anyway, but because I walked in the store with them, they cant buy the sale items. The ad days 3 items per household. Do we need to start showing our IDs with our address on them to buy something?? This was wrong and the people I brought in should not have been penalized because I made them work a little harder the day before.

Very clean. Anything you need for office and home. Wish there was one closer to where I live.

What a bunch of lame people who work here. Couldnt even figure out how to print a FedEx receipt...was told, well you could always go to a FedEx store. What the hell would be the purpose of that since this is considered a FedEx ship location? One word - dumb!

Office Max had what I need and open late enough for me to get it. Store is in a odd location getting to it but was able to go around the complex to find it.
