Mechanics educated under European/Canadian standards are night and day difference to a lot of U.S. standards. My vehicle was in here for service. They didnt repair my vehicle. A number fuse box covers were missing and the cover for the air filter was damaged and had to be replaced at the Toyota dealership, my aftermarket K&N permanent filter was lost but eventually found. One bolt was missing and it fastens a tube holding a sparkplug in the engine. The plastic decorative Toyota engine cover was damaged and had to be replaced at my cost. I was educated to European/CDN automotive standards. The employees here had me quite worried about their ability to undertake the task of properly returning a vehicle to factory standards. I had to order new parts from the Toyota dealership to replace parts damaged at Navas. Their work ethic doesnt meet European/Canadian automotive industry repair standards.

Mario is the owner manager of Navas Auto Pro. New shop. Horrible liar. He will steal from you and lie about quotes. Do not buy from them. They will overcharge and rip you off. Horrible people. Just look at there 3 star yelp reviews. There review speak for themselves. They promised 500 dollars to fix an issue? Next day after you go with them they will change to 600 or 800 because of some *reason*.

Worst auto mechanic I ever experiencedTook my vehicle to get smog repairs ended up with a bent hood because while they drove it to another shop for some of the repairs, the hood was not closed all the way and it flew open smashing my windshieldThe driver first lied to his boss blaming the other shop before fessing up to the truthThey did have my windshield but my hood does not open easily, the turn light on the front is broken,The battery is dead, and it stalls when it should idle.All this when all i wanted was new o2 sensors and a catalytic converter installedWhat a nightmare
