I brought my 2006 Mercedes R350 in to replace my Intake Manifold. Had excellent service from Carlos. Carlos makes it a more personal experience and doesnt make you feel like just another dollar in his pocket. I also loved that he didnt come up with all kinds of repairs not necessary. Carlos is awesome. So I came to the shop cause my Audis drivers side rear passenger window wouldnt roll up and was stuck in the down position. I tried rolling it up manually but didnt have the strength to do it. So I need it to get repaired immediately cause Im not going to leave my car parked anywhere in LA with the windows rolled down. I didnt want to take to dealer cause I know dealerships are really expensive to fix minor things but also small mechanic shops might be cheap but could also be dishonest or sloppy since I drive an used Audi, I took a chance and was fortunate with Stuttgart. So I dropped by and in less than 3 minutes, Carlos knew the problem and helped push it up temporarily and said that I would need either need a new motor or window regulator but would it was closing time and they couldnt repair it on the spot without the parts. That was really nice of him to do that. So a week later, I bring it in to get it fixed and they showed me that the window regulator was busted but the motor was fine. These guys are awesome, friendly and honest. Thank you guys!

I just want to sing praises to Carlos and boys. Not only that they saved me bunch of money but they were even better that I could anticipate with quality of service and timing. I would recommend everyone take care of cars here because to be honest never came across to place like this. As soon as you see Carlos you will know what I am talking about. He is just good overall person.

You can trust Carlos & his staff for honest estimates & amazing service!!I always pay a lot less here compared to what the dealers quote.Absolutely, the place to take your car, get the job done & save a ton.Carlos even referred me back to the dealer when an issue with my car was still covered under warranty. Dealer inspected the car & wanted to charge me but Carlos already educated me with the issue so the dealer couldnt BS me into paying for something that was still under warranty !!!!!Carlos could have easily charged me for the repairs & I would pay it coz his quotes are always cheaper than the dealer.... This clearly reflects that they do business honestly & care for the customers !!

If you dont want to get jipped, take your car elsewhere. I took my car in once and this shop owner carlos trying to fix non-broken parts with high labor charges that is way beyond the estimated price. Service is extremely slow and did not deliver the vehicle on time. Horrible place. BE AWARE

I found this amazing shop on yelp and I couldnt be happier. Carlos and his team are very professional, and know what they are doing. I bought a car with lots of problems and Carlos went above and beyond to help me with this mess. I truly appreciate their help and will definitely keep them as my go to shop.

Usually when a mechanic tells me they are going to do a diagnostic test I feel like Im being taken advantage of, especially when its just for a hose thats leaking. Boy was I wrong they had my car pretty much all day and took the time to find every single thing that worried them about the car. The girl that works there I wish Id of remembered her name was constantly updating me and letting me know what was going on. She would let me know what they were fixing and what they were checking and what she thought I should look into fixing without being to pushy. The customer service was outstanding first time Ive left a mechanic shop feeling like I got what I paid for and not feeling ripped off. I will without a doubt be bringing my BMWs here and make sure that I recommend any one I know. Im so glad I came here I was almost discouraged by the 1 star ratings I saw, Im glad I went anyways.

Way too expensive and my Benz brakes still had a warning light! Called twice and did not give a damn!! Got that fixed again for half the price he charged me for not doing his job! Light gone! Never again! Save your money.

Totally useless. Charged me $720, and did very very little. His diagnoses was way off!! Complete with nasty attitude to boot! He recommended 3600 of additional work, was irritated when I told him I have to shop around. Ended up doing the work near by at HALF the cost!

Took my dads car there last year. Too expensive and arrogant to boot. Many other choices out there
