Very disappointed with my experience today here at Firestone. Drove in with a flat tire, was trying to get it fixed. Was asked if I had an appointment. Really an Appointment?? Like I could have anticipated this flat. I was then told I could get it fixed but I would have to leave my car there for the whole day . The whole day to fix a flat?? Needless to say but I went down the street to another tire place. Tire was fixed within 15 min. Firestone Im done with you... this is not the 1st time Ive had issues with this Firestone service. But I can honestly say today was the last time. So for this I only give 1 star. At least the gentleman at the desk was nice when he spoke to me.
Yesterday, Called at 4:30 to ask about a patch for a tire. Gave me a quote of $30. I went to get the patch at 4:45 - Curly hair guy says, not gonna happen today Like he was bothered I took a tire to get patched. Today, I just took my tire to MG tire on Valley in Walnut, they charged me $25 and did it in 10 minutes. Some other things besides that bothered me too, but Ill leave it at the review for disrespectful service.
This place was awesome. The service was great despite the crew being under staffed. My family brings all their cars here and today was the perfect example of why they do, the service and attention to detail. Thank you guys.

They are honest. They could have sold me a set of tires but told me the ones I have are ok. They werent pushy on services.
Not a good company, they treats employee’s badly I have seen it and has bad customer service and bad service in general don’t recommend this place at all they just take your money to do a poor job on your car, never taking my car to another Firestone ever again horrible company.
I had a nail in my tire and 30 minutes later I was back on the road again!
I greatly enjoyed the customer service, and honestly were it a retail business itd be a five star rating just based on how awesome the guys in the front were. (Especially Richard, thank you for all the follow through and that drive to El Monte for a part).So the reason this is a four star review is as follows: I brought in my small SUV knowing I was going to need rear brakes and rotars. Being good mechanics they did their own inspection, which I respect and also recommended a brake fluid flush. Danny on the front desl was extremly helpful and talked me around to that last part.Just after closing they finished with my SUV and gave me back the keys. As soon as I got in the brake light came back on. (Problem) I told them, they test drove it and said it didnt turn on during the drive but to bring it back if it happened again. Next morning, on the way to work, brake light comes on again then turns off after a while. Toward the late afternoon (by then I had called and been told to return Saturday) the light was now on solid.Saturday afternoon, I come in. Richard checked me in, and I asked if he could get them to replace some missing lug nuts for me (with ones I purchased and brought) while they figured out the light. They found that a floating sensor near the master cylinder was the problem, it appeared to be gunked up which should have been noted in the flush. They cleaned it but it turned out to be a bit too late, the sensor was no longer working. Also the guy who put my lug nuts on hand tightened them and had to be prompted by another staff member to go use a wrench. (Come on random shop guy, I could have thrown them on by hand!)So, had to do visit number three on Monday. They replaced the part, no cost since it was missed in the first appointment.So, the initial miss of that sensor and the hand tightened lug nuts worry me about some mechanics. . . But the customer service, the guarantee, the friendly atmospher, the clean waiting area all make me honestly not mind the three visits. The customer service folkes made me truly feel they were there for me.So yes, four stars though I really hope the hand tightened lug nuts thing was a new hire. Really hope so.
Do not think if you drop off your vehicle in the morning its going to be worked on first thing . I was there at 5:30 in the morning by 2:30 my vehicle was not even looked at.
I had some issues with an alignment that wasnt done to my liking and my wheel had some grinding after. I took it back and JR took it for a test drive, aligned it properly, topped me off with power steering fluid and they made me aware of a leak. The car runs quiet and is aligned perfectly.
Came here for an oil change and the process was super easy and quick. I was in and out since i had an appointment. would recommend
What’s the Big Deal of having an appointment if Firestone over books.I made an appointment at 10:30 AM for an Oil change, unfortunately when I called to check to see if my car was ready Jose said “Sorry, it’s not ready we over booked”. I said to him that Its 3:00 PM I need my car .The kicker was when I went to pickup my car, Jose said “ Is there any other day that that youll be free so I could make an appointment for you”I WAS FREE TODAY, JOSE !!!I JUST WASTED HALF MY DAY
Service of lifetime alignment, oil change, brake inspection, rotation of tires. With appointment made a week ago I was told it would take from 2 to 5:30 or 6. Didnt know I needed to leave car and I refused the work said to do only oil change. But they ended up doing everything with an attitude. Wont go back again.
Had them mount and balance 33 tires. Balance came out good, no complaints. Charged ~$65 which was a great price, less than what they quoted me on phone. They lost one star for the large greasy foot print on my floor mat.
They have the best service! Been going there for years.

Billy was honest! Had a battery problem, thought Id have to fix the wires to the battery or replace the battery itself, but it was just the tie-down hitting the positive side of the battery and the metal in the car.He took it off and told me it was all done. Again, appreciate the honesty.
Ever since I’ve been going there I’ve had more car problems than before. I thought it was total car care. They only take care when it breaks down where is there preventive maintenance. There not checking your car even when you tell them something is wrong with or tire . My spindle broke even when I had been in there 3 weeks earlier to get an alignment because my tire getting worn on the outside edge. Their inspection is pathetic.
Never ever get lifetime alignment with these pieces of crap. Ive never heard more lies about repairs needed on my car. Its one thing to recommend repairs that arent needed, but its another to REFUSE SERVICE to me because of these lies. Unbelievable. Just align my car and stop trying to squeeze money out of me. Literally the most untrustworthy company there is. Our entire family has stopped coming.
I took both my cars for an oil change and some new tires. I love coming to this firestone because of the level of service they have. All the employees are very courteous and very professional. Frank is one of the best at what he does, he is always very professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend my friends and family to come to this firestone center.

Had an appointment to get an alignment, but ended up waiting an hour and a half after my appointment was set for them to finally start working on my car. Not coming back.
Do NOT come here unless you actually know about cars or else they will try to take advantage of you. Was getting shaking in the steering wheel around 50 mph so i brought it in to get the balance done. $140 and a few hours later they told me that if its still happening then i need to get the struts replaced for $600. Of course it was still going on after, didnt have the money for that so i was waiting to get it done. Now i find out (from a mechanic at Ram Auto nearby) that not only are the struts fine for another 60k miles, but they are completely unrelated to the shaking. So not only did they not do the balance properly that i had payed for, but they tried to sell me a COMPLETELY UNRELATED service for $600, for a part that is completely fine. Absolutely absurd. Avoid at all costs.

A strange coincidence that I always seem to have a nail or screw in a tire soon after getting any service. This time, brought car in for a damaged tire. Said a nail in the sidewall and needed a new tire. Sure enough, have not even started the car after being serviced, i found a screw in a different tire! Even if its a coincidence, they dont even bother to check!Not to mention how much they wanted to charge for plugging in the computer for the check engine light. At their price I could buy a OBD computer myself.
Not very good with keeping appointments and going well over estimated times. My car didnt get worked on an hour and a half after my appointment, which wouldve been ok, but I wasnt told about it until they had it in the bay. That hour and a half just double to a 3 hour wait!

I am writing this as I sit here using there free wi-fi. I schedule a 10am appt for an alignment as part of my lifetime alignment plan. I was very specific that my car was lowered and rubbed with new suspension setup (i.e needed more negative camber). I waited until their tech who specializes in lowered cars was available.Appt 10am: I was told 20-30 minuted for the workCar on the lift: 11:05am: they were having trouble with the car ahead of mine so I had to wait12:15pm: go out to check in with tech and he indicates he is getting my camber set up almost to zero. This is bad. This means it will rub more!12:40pm: I am told rear camber is back to how it was when I brought it in. I advised them that it was rubbing at that setting, so that was really of no help to me. Please take it out further. Front is set as far is it will go I am told. Yet they have not touched to camber adjustment on the top mounts which I told them about. They said they would try...Going on 3 hours for something I set an appointment for and advised them very openly about my goals, and they just do not seem to get it. Its not even done yet, and I can almost predict I have wasted 3 + hours because I have a feeling its going to continue to rub anyhow...

I when there to get a tire on my car they didnt have the size but I had a way to bring a net tire with me they didnt have any problems installing the tire I brought and only chage me 20 to mount it and get a car inspection!!!
