I have question about my third phone line payment. After I visit this store, I add another line and lower my monthly payment, great deal! People here is very knowledgeable, efficient and nice! Go AT&T!
I waited to be help under 5 mins the environment is excellent and the best customer service a excellent team they all work together.
The service of the young man was great there plans suck. A 3 yr plan an d that mean you are paying for the phone.
Manager name Alice was rude and no sense of customer service when i inquire about opening a business account. I dont recommend for you to ome to this store.
By far this AT&T store is one of the best. I have been with AT&T back when they were called PacBell and I have been to several stores and the service was mediocre. I went with my daughter to upgrade her iPhone couple of days ago and I was provided with exceptional service by Favian Sevilla. He went out of his way to help us and made my day. I will definitely recommend fiends and fam.

Recently got my new phone here after my old phone would lose battery so fast. One of the guys really helped me out to decide within payment plans and each phone option I have. He really took the time to help me with what I wanted/needed in a phone!I recommend coming to this store, with their professional help and incredibly friendly staff.
I found the AT&T Team to be very friendly, engaged and very helpful. Their knowledge of their products and available options made it very easy to choose the most appropriate plan for my situation. I applaud this team in their ability to change a potential cancellation of services to a very positive experience.
Came in to set up my new phone and to get some new accessories. Staff was super wonderful and friendly, even with all of my questions. they kept assuring i was Not forgotten & were attentive even before getting assisted!! Definitely sweet!!

Dont go there, the reps all liars. I went there to sign up for my wireless service, and they signed me up for plans I did not ask for to get commission. I later went back to ask for the same rep, he no longer works there, so other reps fed me lies about my plan. I was looking for something $80 per month for 2 lines. When my billing statement came $198 and I went in to ask, he said because my account is a business account so Im being charged every 2 months. I went in multiple times regarding this issue and different rep fed me the same lies, when I saw my credit card statement being charged every month for $198, i called att and thats when they told me no account is being charged every 2 months.
Very bad shopping experience. The staffs attitude and service are very poor, especially the black girl staff, there is no smile on the face, before you give money, everything is well said, as if everything can be handled. When you give them money, they dont deal with any problems, and they are rude. If you have other options, dont choose this Att. I should just pay for a lesson.

Starting off with the manager Jeff! Amazing service by him while corporate was giving me a headache! He stuck through with their BS. props to this man with great work ethic. Only reason I didnt cancel the services today.
BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER had in my entire life. Matt the manager was so incredibly helpful and insightful on any question I had. Made this usual hectic and confusing process of getting a new phone such a breeze and he did it with such ease and patience.
Been at the store for for 30 min and counting. Only one rep working. After 45 min rep tells me she cant help me. I asked her 3 times if she would be able to do it and she said yes just wait... Thanks AT&T
They are the best, I just changed my new phone, but the network is not working, they tried to help me change sim card, but still not working, then helping me called tech, finally my phone works, thank you so much! Also thanks AT&T tech support, they are so helpful!
Matt has been extremely helpful in assisting with the changeover to various services. It would have been very stressful without his knowledge and expertise. He readily assists. Customer service is 5*! I am definitely returning to inquire about added service and equipment to my iPad and cell. I love the direct tv service also...both the new remote and graphics. So much easier!

So bad survive! They add 2 insurance without my agreement and I wanted 4G let they gave me 3G and cost me $180 for 3 line. When I asked how to pay, and I want to set auto payment they said there is $10 off with setting auto payment. If you do not ask they wont tell you anything. Open the new phone without my agreement.
