Have been going to this store since they opened. The last time I went in to switch phones as my Galaxy Ultra20 had issues. The associate Zoey was helping me and she clearly had no idea what she was doing as she had to ask another associate for everything. Anytime I asked a question she replied in the negative, seemed like she actually enjoyed saying No . Zero customer service skills. I left with the phones as it would take a couple of hours for the data to transfer. When it was done not all data had been transferred and my old phone went blank and wouldnt turn on. I went back to the store and Zoey came to attend to me and I declined her help and asked for another associate Jonathan to help me. I explained what had happened and pointed out that Zoey had messed up transferring the data. He had the audacity to tell me that they dont save the data before transferring unless the customer asks them to. I have switched phones numerous times and not once did I have to tell the associate what needed to be done,, I have been with T-Mobile for 17yrs. He was sticking up for his colleague Zoey. He said nothing could be done as the screen on the old phone was blank. I called Samsung numerous times, on the phone for hours,, made several trips to UBREAK IFIX stores and unable to retrieve important data from my old phone. All because the associate Zoey didnt know how to do her job. Hameeda Ahmed.

This store is helpful and they try variety of options possible, just wasnt doable or in the budgetYes they listened to us but it would expensive to get 2 new phones there unless we spent about 250 for our phones. No deal for me sorry.

Everyone that works at TMobile is excellent. They are very kind, and know what they are talking about. They are concerned about you and your service and make everything run smoothly. Especially Brianna, she is always there when I am coming in to pay for a bill and she is also on her A+ game no expectations.

I went with my wife to inquire about the Samsung Note 8 and available plans. There were three associates and another couple there when we walked in. We spent a good five minutes in the store and not one person acknowledged our presence or made eye contact with us. One employee actually walked right passed us and left the store.I really hope these people are financially independent because I frankly cant see how they can make a living. I guess Ill remain a Verizon customer.

You have this one associate that assisted me whom was more concerned with texting in his phone or talking to his co workers rather than focusing on their customer service. Didnt look like he wanted to even do his job and make sales or that he likes his job. As I left and said my thanks, this guy was just texting on his phone.I gave one more star because you had another helpful associate. Otherwise Id give it a one.

Coming from retail, this place has been really disappointing for customer service lately. I spent over $400 on new phones and plan setups, along with bringing two family members lines over from Verizon. First they offer us the free wireless earbud promotion with the new Samsung Galaxy S10E to get us to sign, then the very next day stated Sony just changed their mind I guess, it happens, so sorry. They also agreed to payoff the two old phones still with Verizon. Well of course there was a system glitch when they entered one of the phones, and now they wont honor paying that phone off. The lady manager in the store specifically stated to us in person that this was T-mobiles fault and they would take care of it, but to give them another week until 4/1/19 and a higher up manager would call us with the solution. Well of course 4/1/19 goes by and no call. So finally today, 4/5/19, my girlfriend goes back into the store and meets with the same lady manager from we dealt with earlier. And bottom line, our request (funny I thought it was their fault last week?) was denied, but theyll try and take it off the bill down the road at some point. But they wont honor the agreement they made. No apology, no nothing. its funny how if I dont honor the contacts I sign, they can send me to collections, but they screw regular people over and its oh well better you than me. I know itll mean nothing to the company, but they lost a $200 dollar a month customer today. It wont be tomorrow, but I wont be spending another billing cycle with T-Mobile. Hope this helps save someone a headache in the future.

Went in the other day to switch from Sprint to T mobile with the 3 for 4 lines deal. Sounded too good to be true when I heard it and of course it was when I walked in the store. The associate was robot like and didnt really feel throughout the whole experience like he really wanted my business. They do a hard credit check in order to even start up the process so when I walked out I messed up my credit, thanks T-Mobile. The associate tried figuring out my payments and continued to give me mixed numbers, which bothered me because I was trying to figure out my monthly to see if it was worth it in the first place. Secondly, when I told the associate that I wanted them to pay off my phone the guy acted like I was talking another language. He said if I did that then I would have to trade in the phones that I currently had, duh, I was there to switch. The last straw was when he asked one of his other associates a question and then told me that they were not going to be able to pay off our phones from Sprint and then I had to pay a higher deposit in order to walk out the door with the 4 lines which was over 400 dollars. Talk about a bad experience, I dont know if this is a corporate store or not but if it isnt then this owner needs to teach his associates how to deal with people better than just shrugging their shoulders and saying I dont know. Horrible experience doesnt start to describe my visit, Sprint will be keeping my business for now even if that means I will be paying 50 more dollars!

The service of this mobile phone shop is very poor. There are many billing problems. The reason is that after the merger of t-mobile and sprint. My original sprint contract has increased a lot of expenses unexplainably. The t-mobile response here is. My previous sprint Many of the discounts in the contract have been cancelled. So the bill has changed from $123 to $186. I have to call the headquarters to cancel those extra charges.
