Very helpful and knowledgeable workers. They took time to get things down from shelves, open package and to explain differences in products and terminology regarding bathroom vanities. Very, very nice patient people. I was not in a great mood when I went into the store, nothing big just one of those days but all went exceptionally well as the workers seemed especially sweet that day. Who knew go to Home Depot for mood boost!
This store is absolutely fantastic. One employee in particular named Chris in the delivery department is one of the kindest and hardest working employees out of any of the home Depot locations and Ill for sure be returning to this particular location for that reason alone. 15/10

My go-to store for houseplant supplies (supplemented by their website). They have a good selection of planters, soil, fertilizer, and houseplants. My main qualm is that they seem to never restock certain items like terracotta pots and bamboo stakes.
Still the best place for construction and alot of household needs.

Home depot is my go to store. I can usually find everything I need there. Been shopping there for nearly forty years. My entire home has pretty much been built by home depot. I will say tho, you def. Have to pick through the lumber to get the better ones.

A very well- stocked store. It is a mixed vibe on customer service responses. I give 4 stars because of the supply level. I walked in and found options for what I needed.
First of all, they charged me a floating floor removal fee with feedbacks from the measurement person.... this is a huge mistake which led to my carpet not able to be finished at the scheduled day. American Carpet came on the scheduled day (which is almost two months from my order) and told me they cant remove the floating floor because it is not floating floor; it is ceramic tile!! how did your measurement guy say this is floating floor!! They couldnt finish the carpet on that day due to the glueing process! I had an improvement event on that weekend with my room installed with pad only!! They said they dont know when they could come to install the carpet and then I had to insist with their boss regarding the necessary and urgency to finish this carpet within two business days as I have been waiting for two months and with my pad-room for the event!!! The carpet company is pretty good and they understood and helped me squeeze in... Again, Im very unhappy with this experience and I need my floating floor removal fee back! I cant pay something that never happened and caused so much pain. Thank you.

Its a Home Depot. Its location is its greatest asset. Plenty of parking too. The interior is a bit tired, and if you dont know where something is - well, good luck. Finding someone to point you in the right direction can be a chore in the evening. Does Home Depot have an app to help shoppers find things in the store? If they dont, they should. I do like the self checkout aisle.
Today Met bill from pluming and honestly I’ve had the best customer service from him I came in with a ring that hasn’t been able to come off for over eight hours and he without a doubt said he’d help me and he did everything he could to make sure I got this ring off my finger and I did I could not be more appreciative of this person thank you so much!!!
This isnt the home depot I go to on a weekly basis but I stop by from time to time. I have to say it seems to be run a bit more efficiently than the one in Watertown unfortunately. I might have to switch over to the Watham store, but for now since Im the loyal customer type to a fault Ill hang in there. I do advice others to do the same and switch for a few times and once you get past the I dont know where anything is here stage you might be shocked to see some pretty big differences between your regular store.Mike PessinHome Improvement Contractor
Typical home depot, nothing special about it to note. But they did cancel my online order the day I was coming to pick it up even after I called to let them know I was coming to pick it up. They even confirmed that there was a note in their system that I was coming to pick it up on that day. Not the end of the world, but rather frustrating.

Always have bn great although, I looked online for AC and ad stated 3 of my choices were available at Waltham location and 2 hrs later they had 3 pallets full of the same type AC, 1 choice.

This Home Depot seems to be well-managed. Stock is usually kept tidy (as could be expected) and refilled when depleted. The store seems to carry some items others dont. They have hand sanitizer and wipes for carts as you come in.
Nice place for your home decor. Parking is in abunda and employees are very kind here. There is self checkout area too for quick checkout. Its nice place to buy stuff for DIY. You can find Rust-Oleum paints too. Their nursery is pretty good for outdoor plants but I couldnt find plants that I needed for indoor. You can find lot.of things for Christmas decorations as well. Overall a decent place in Waltham.

We buy a lot at this store and its been good until we start getting tools. People dont try to help you when the product is not working properly. I understand that i cant get a refund but at least help us to contact the manufacturer.I bought a new miter saw $800.00 and after 2 months it started to shut off when Im cutting so i have to pull out the battery and put it back to make it work again.Before bringing it in, I did ask a couple stuff if i could get a new one or get it fixed. They said to me to bringing in and they would exchange it. I did bring it but then the guy that was suppose to be helping me said go grab another one and Ill do the exchange i when to get it, but they didnt have it, Id ask for help to see if they had any in the store, and they said that they dont carry it anymore. I when back to the guy doing my exchange and i told him that they didnt have it in store, and he barely make fun of me, and said ohh sorry we dont carry those anymore so i cant help you.Seriously home depot!!!!If you dont want to help. Just say it from the beginning, and thats it. Dont make people waste their time...
Found everything I was looking for. Check out was fairly quick considering amount of people shopping. At register check out person noticed I was missing something relevant to what I was purchasing and reminded me. Saving me a trip later

For Sale Cashier John, Ive been going to your store 20 years or more. You guys have a bunch of great cashiers. Ive never taken the time to write a review for a cashier. This guy didnt initially wait on me but saw that I needed assistance and ran to the back of the store for the code for a fellow cashier and helped 2-3 people within a span of 5 minutes. Very aware of his surrounding and very good at problem solving quickly. I would try to keep him employed. I even went back to buy chips just so I could write a review for the man. The employees were so helpful they potentially saved my life. I was attempting to push a cart of 21 bags of Portland cement to the front desk when one of the employees stopped me and asked what in the world i was doing. They fork lifted the cart to my truck and assisted me in loading it. Thank you home depot employees i will live another day!
Stopped by this HD today on my way home. That had the items I was looking for( the app is good for telling you what stores have) the people here are outstanding. Helped me right away. Showed me the right aisle and showed me a few other options to try.
Several employees are rude to the customers, which I experienced several times on the tools department. The feeling is that you are bothering them when asking for information. They are clearly understaffed. Id go to another store if possible.
The Watertown home Depot yesterday was understaffed. They are low on many items in the store. They must be changing shades because there were no roller shades or should I say very little. Had them call somebody to cut shades three times with a 25 minutes no one showed up. I had seven shades needing to be replaced. Both Watertown and Waltham had no shades that I could use. People moving in the apartment on Sunday very disappointed in the depot

I had home delivery done from this Waltham store. They did not deliver the complete order. I had to call store for refund of items not delivered. I called more than 3 times but I still do not have refund. Few times I spoke with the guy name Amir there and he promised me for refund in a few days. My incomplete order was delivered on 09/9 but I still do not have refund as of 09/23. On 09/14 I spoke with Manager name CHRIS, he promised me for refund in a few days. Today is 09/23 and I still do not have refund. Very poorly run store. I had clear instruction to call me before delivery but they never called me. Driver says it is up to the store to call. Driver do not take responsibility and store does not follow delivery instructions. This store needs management change badly. This happened to me few times with this store only. When I get delivery from other store they do a nice job of notifying me if they do not have my full order. Other stores call me and let me know the quantity short and refund me so that I do not have to keep calling the store. Not to mention the long wait to get to store associate when I call. They have a long wait time when you call store for anything. Again, lousy manager and customer service staff. They are incompetent and do not know how to refund.

Chris Ham is the worst manager that Home Depot employed. The worst attitude the worst customer service. First thing he said when he supposedly came to help is what’s going on here ?? Direct to me. You don’t talk to clients like that Mr Ham you first introduce yourself and you say how may I help you Mr customer !!!! I felt really discriminated against and disrespected especially I had my 3 years daughter with me that was screaming and so scared. Chris shouldn’t be a manager with that attitude not even an employee of Home Depot because Home Depot is all about customer service and I bought 1’000ssssss of dollars and never ever had an issue.

If I could give negative stars I would. I bought a brand new washer and dryer for $1600 and had them delivered to my house on Tuesday. My contractor told me today (Thursday) that they wont be able to fit in the space they go. We went back to home depot to look for another washer and dryer that would fit and found a pair. When I went home I called explaining how they do not fit, have not even been touched, and were delivered in the past 48 hours, so I would like to return them. They proceeded to tell me that they do not accept returns for appliances, yet when I purchased them no one EVER told me about this. If you go to a clothing store, A CLOTHING STORE, they tell you what can and cant be returned and within how many days. Yet when spending so much money on an appliance through a big company they fail to give you that CRITICAL information. The manager also said that I have to bring them back to the store and theyll charge me a 25% restocking fee EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVENT BEEN TOUCHED. So first of all youre not going to tell me I cant return these EXPENSIVE items and then youre going to tell me that I have to bring it to your store (as if I have the equipment for that) and youre going to charge me a fee because now they have to sell it at a reduced price? I will NEVER buy anything from Home Ripoff again and I have already let everyone know to never purchased from a big box company store that truly doesnt care about their customers and is only in it for the profit.
I wont be returning to Waltham Home Depot. I asked an employee where something was and he is making all these breathing noise getting an attitude. But he finally shows me where it is... Then I asked him again where something else was and again he starts the breathing noise and says Im trying to F@$$ing go home its at the end of the aisle. Im tired of spending tens of thousand of dollars at Home Depot to be talked down to. This doesnt happen at a lot of the other places they actually appreciate the business......
My experience with HomeDepot actually started off incredibly poor. I had a leak in my roof so I need spackle, paint and a tarp to stop the leaking. After getting the pain and spackle supplies I walked all over the store to find a tarp. I must have asked 7-8 people and they all gave me different answers. After finding the right person, she walked me there and helped me find the tarp - even offering my a free tarp for my inconvenience. I declined her request for a free tarp and went to pay and left the store.Today, I received a create on my American Express for the entire purchase. Im in the CX space myself, and to go through to operationalize my bad experience, find my purchase and make the refund of $40 is truly something special. I buy almost everything I need on Amazon, but I can tell now that Home Depot truly cares about their customers.We often post negative comments, but companies should be applauded when they go above and beyond! You have a customer for life Home Depot.

Just another Home Depot so nothing unusual there.But I visited during the pandemic and so a number of unlikely things are out of stock. For me it was most bird seed and suet are not on the shelves. You should check online before you visit, which the website makes easy (I should have too).More importantly, many of the employees are not wearing masks properly - just covering the mouth and not the nose too.Then far too many customers only wore a mask inside the store, but not in the parking lot, which I suppose is better than not wearing a mask at all, but not helpful to people you are parking next to.This is the sort of behavior id expect in Texas, not Waltham MA.
The prices are usually better than an Ace or local spot, but the service is less than awesome and the quality of lumbar and other raw materials can be suspect. If you need something, they will probably have a few options, but finding it can be frustrating even with assistance. They are good about returns and the stores are generally clean.
Helpful employees, man in garden aisle asked if I needed help and made good suggestion. Woman at self checkout helped me, making it easy. Quick service.
Don’t ever buy any major appliances from this place/company. The staff is horrible to talk to and customer service is non existent. Bought an LG dryer a month ago and it has never worked from day one. Home depot refuses to help in any way and dealing with the manufacturer is worse. Home depot basically told me it’s my problem and good luck. I’ve had numerous people come to inspect, fix, clean, etc. and still no working dryer. Save yourself the trouble and go to a local store where they actually have a return policy and real technicians who can fix the problem. Spent more money on repairman than the machine at this point. Seriously hate this company and the manufacturer. Never again.
