We were traveling from out of town and had a tire issue. We arrived at 7am on the Saturday before the holiday. The mechanics were there, but not the service associates. The mechanic took our car in and put a new tire on. We waited for the service associate to arrive, then were shortly on our way to enjoy our vacation. Thank you!

I have never experienced worst customer service than I have with this dealership. The men that work there are unprofessional and condescending and did not help in any way; particularly in the service department. My car has been at the Watertown Ford Service department for 8+ weeks because of an extended warranty that they are unable to fix because the part that they originally did not make correctly is backordered. They have not been willing to work with me in getting a rental car, they will not even entertain negotiating payments on the car that I cannot drive and they have been rude and unhelpful. This is not simply a Watertown Ford issue as the customer service for the Ford Motor Company has been unhelpful, rude and have not been able to give me any answers in the last 8 weeks that this fiasco has been going on. PLEASE do not buy a Ford and furthermore if you do, do not bring it to this dealership/service department.

As someone who owns and operates a repair shop I am always on edge bringing a vehicle in for warranty repairs. Watertown Ford has helped to ease my tension. After having repeated issues with my sunroof while in warranty which continued after my warranty I was ready for a fight. Shane and Christina helped me through the whole process. Shane went to bat for me and asked Ford to chip in to help cover the costs which they did. Shane covered the rest and left me with a repair bill I felt like I could justify paying. Its easy to get things done when its easy, when its hard the professionals set themselves apart. I trust Shane, I trust Christina and everyone else in the service department is friendly and helpful. We mechanics have a tough time earning respect, Watertown Ford earned mine.

Avoid at all costs. Truly awful experience going there. Made a reservation for service on their website only to show up and be told they wouldn’t honor the reservation and if I wanted my car to be looked at it would have to be left there over night. When I showed the employee my reservation he was quite rude about everything. Frankly for a company that has a lot of local competition, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

The technicians are relatively good, compared to other dealers. But BE CAREFUL: this service center is always trying to charge more on their customers by fixing the wrong parts and checking for unnecessary things. One agent I met was always rude. (I remember her name called Christina.) The experience of mine in this service center convinced me a gold principle when buying car in the future: NEVER EVER EVER BUY FORD. Its really a fix or repair daily Brand, with even worse service like this place.

I’ve had a transmission issue with my Ford Focus and I brought the car in to this Watertown Ford Service Center. They said it’ll be 2 weeks for the wait. And I got a phone called 2 days later saying that my car has already done! That was amazing! Great service ever! I would recommend this place to a friends!

Always fast, honest, and courteous. If somethings going to be a while, they tell you. And its always done within their estimate. Pricier than the guy down the street, but all dealers are, and they fix it right the first time. That way you can forget it, its over, life can go on safely.

I brought my 2016 Explore in for service on the first day of MA shutdown by Baker and the guys were open. They were very helpful and professional. They were quite thorough as they included a couple of recalls in the service that I was unaware of. Shawn and Shane shout out. I live in Marblehead but will continue to bring my car here.

The quick lane isn’t always what I’d describe as quick but the place is clean and the quality of service is excellent. I wish you could get an appointment for oil changes and the paper work tends to take awhile as I’ll notice my truck gets pulled out and is parked for pickup and but it’ll be another 15-20 minutes before they hand me the paperwork and send me on my way.

I used to get my cars serviced there exclusively for many years and they usually did a good job but I was dissatisfied with how they fixed one of the recalls on my Fusion. I ended up buying the $30 part and replacing it myself in a few minutes to fix the gas tank vacuum leak and pass the inspection. Also they refused to honor one of the scratch and save coupons for $18 which they sent to my address every month. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. I sold both my Ford cars soon after and never looked back.

I dont normally write a review and rarely in google but I just have to. I recently moved from California and had to have something done with my car that just got here a week ago. The employees here are amazing and of course Shawn! They were very helpful! Its like a warm welcome here in MA! I was worried I will be waiting forever and was looking for a cafe around the area but didnt really have to since the waiting area is amazing as well! Coffee, water, soda, snacks, tv, comfortable chairs and even a massage chair! Better than a cafe! Didnt wait that long for the service either! I am very happy with the service! Even better than my ford service place in California (yikes)! Im happy I found a good service place for my car!!!

Incompetence — this is the one word I would use to describe the service department team at Watertown Ford.This is not the first time I’ve gone to Watertown Ford for a service appointment and this is not the first time that I’ve left their establishment 100% disappointed.I described, to a T, the problem that I was experiencing with my side mirrors and left my car with them the entire day. This ended up being a complete waste of time because they did nothing to fix the problem, claiming that they could not fix it without replicating the problem. I see this as an excuse for laziness and cheapness as replicating the problem would be entirely unnecessary in this situation.I don’t believe I will be using Watertown Ford for any more service appointments for my vehicle. They’ve proven, on more than one occasion, that they are unreliable and make no attempt at actually fixing problems with their customers’ vehicles.

I live around the corner from Watertown Ford and have been going there for service ever since I purchased my F150. Joe King in particular is easy and a pleasure to work with. Ive never gotten a bad attitude from anybody here and theyve always been upfront, even when they do something wrong (which is rare). Their waiting room is great, stocked with a fountain soda machine, coffee, snacks, a large screen TV and even a massage chair! I could wait around all day in that!

***Update: February 2015 - Another visit to Watertown Ford and another great experience. They fixed everything and made it super easy to use my Ford Extended Warranty. They even picked me up with the Courtesy shuttle so I didnt have to find alternative transportation!***I am now taking my third Ford to Watertown Ford because of the excellent Service theyve always offered. The new facility is fantastic and as always, the employees are top-notch.Obviously with car/mechanical issues, there are times when a problem might not be fixed 100% the first time. But Watertown Ford is always incredibly friendly, professional and up-front. If my car needs to be worked-on longer, Im given a loaner and am always treated wonderfully.I highly recommend their Service Center and will continue using it to maintain my Ford(s).

Highly recommend these guys! Ive brought my Fusion there twice for a recall and the second time I had an oil change done as well. The first time they provided me a free shuttle service and the second time, they had the car finished in under an hour when I expected it to half a day (I did not make an appointment either time dropping it off). Honest staff and great service!

So I had a recall for my airbag. I made an appointment 2 months in advanced ( only time they had available). Dropped my car off the night before and was told they’ll have it done first thing the following day. I called at 1pm for an update and they said they were pulling it in now and they’ll call me when it’s done. 3.5 hours later I get a call saying I need $2200 of work done. I said No I just want the recall done. The guy reluctantly said okay we’ll start the work on the recall first thing tomorrow.... I took my car off the lot with no work done at all. (shame on me for needing a car to get to work) I really hope I don’t get Into an accident.

Watertown Ford Service Center is the only place I will go. I love the friendly customer service representatives and the quality of work performed on my 2007 Ford Fusion. The operations are geared to assist the customer:from the fully stocked food and beverage counter in the waiting area to the rides provided to and from work. The estimates are usually are always right on or less than quoted, which always makes me happy when I pick up my vehicle. Kudos to Watertown Ford!

I rent passenger vans from this location. They are fast, friendly, and their vehicles are always in great condition. Its also about $100 cheaper per day than any of the usual budget, Hertz, etc car rental agencies.These people are great!

I am a longtime fan of Watertown Ford, as they have made a number of major repairs to my 03 Mustang.Recently, a ball-joint failure meant I had to have the car towed there unannounced on a Saturday morning. By Monday, Shawn had the ball joints fixed and had quoted me for other work the car needed but didnt flinch when I declined. I picked the car up after-hours on Monday evening and what had seemed like a fairly major ordeal Saturday morning turned out to be not that big a deal.Ive always been happy with the service at Watertown Ford, and Id recommend them to anyone who needed work done to their Ford.

Every time I go to Watertown Ford, I always feel welcomed, and comfortable having them look at my car. Watertown Ford always finds out what the problem is with my car, gives me their honest opinions on what should be done, and all the employees have obvious knowledge on what they are doing. This place is top-notch! Waiting area has refreshments, snacks and coffee. A massage chair, TV and a lady that makes sure you have alll you need whilr you are waiting! The really take good care of you. The service Manager is helpful and qualified to answer all your questions! I never get the run around here. I bought my car at a different dealer but I service it at this location because they do such an outstanding job! I am very happy with the service I get here!

Overall my experience was great. I did go on a Saturday so I had to wait about 2 hours for 60k mile service but all in all they do a great job of keeping my SUV in good working order. I dont feel I get oversold on services.

Brought my truck in for warranty work (13’ F150 eco boost), when I picked up the truck, it was missing the splash shield as well as part of the skid plate. The wiring harness was left in a mess of wires, and the throttle body was not bolted on properly. The also happen to put a quarter sized ding on my pass rear door. The customer support also sucks. I would not recommend this shop.

Misled - I reached out and let them know I needed tires swapped and a car wash, was given the response we can take care of your concerns. Showed up to find out they dont do wash services at this location. The tech was great (bagged my filthy swapped rims/tires), the information leading up to that point wasnt.edit: they do indeed work with a local car wash and are working out the details with me currently, i just wasnt given that option previously by whomever was at the front desk when i showed up (perhaps simply pre-coffee confusion on their part)

I took my Explorer to Watertown Ford for an oil change. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with no appointment. Staff was efficient and friendly. I have taken my Explorer to another local Ford dealer in Needham and have had an appointment for an oil change. On average it has taken me 2 hours to get it done. Goodbye Needham, Hello Watertown.

The service was incredibly slow and extremely expensive (25% to 50% more than other places in the area). The customer service was the stuff of nightmares, and they began work before getting my OK. I felt tremendously disappointed and frustrated with my experience there.My suggestion: dont go here. Instead, give your business to a local, independent mechanic.

Brought a Focus in for a routine fluids and filter change, along with a tire rebalancing on 5/22/17. After being told that it would take 1.5-2 hours, I decided to stick around and wait in person. When all was said and done, it took 2.5 hours for them to even move my car from its initial parking spot and 3.75 hours for me to get back on the road. Although the work was done eventually, the complete disconnect between what Im told and the reality of this and prior visits will take me to a different dealership in the future.
