I’m in the service business, and my service vehicle needs to be ready to go every day. But when it isn’t, it’s not in there for very long, and I’ve never had to go back for tweaking. Great shop, convenient, with a customer shuttle for maintaining schedules. Can’t really find any better!

These repair guys have been getting it right and for a reasonable price for years. I go there without hesitation. Now, they are not a bargain. They do good work at well below dealer prices. And they stand behind their work.

Totten Pond Automotive has consistently been my go-to mechanic and auto-shop since 2014. With impeccable service and timing, Ive always felt that their service and estimates have always been fair. While other shops could be thought to have unscrupulous practices, I have always had faith in their integrity. Ive brought my car to them for a wide spectrum of services, ranging from oil changes to power steering fixes, and have never picked up my vehicle disappointed. If you work in the area, they also offer to drive you to your offices if you need to drop off your vehicle in the morning. While consistency can often be a concern for service-based businesses, Ive never had an issue here in over 5 years!

Definitely better places to go. Went there once for a repair. Told me I needed to replace the exhaust and muffler, about $1800. Went somewhere else who said I could skip the muffler, knocking a third off the price. Also, they tell you that they can give you a ride to work in the area, but they conveniently dont tell you they wont give you a ride back.Later went for an inspection there and that seemed to go ok.

Great service here. Ive had a few minor repairs done to my vehicle and had the oil changed. They are always busy but if you make an appointment, they get you in. Nice that they have a shuttle to get you to work or back home when you drop off vehicle. Pricing is competitive and they mail out coupons occasionally.

John was so helpful and saved me today when I found a flat tire!! He was able to take me immediately and after about 5 minutes I was on my way. This location is SO easy to get to and so central to the hotels and office buildings in this area. I was able to take Winter street and come around the back where there isn’t so much traffic. There is plenty of parking, and service is great. I can’t wait to recommend them to my coworkers.

I went to get a routine oil change at Totten Pond a few months back and while they were inspecting my car they had noticed that my rotor was rusting. They told me about the issue when I went to pick up my car and was never pushy about selling me the service like most auto shops. I went back last week to have it fixed and they gave me a free shuttle lift to work, which was very convenient. When I first drove my car after picking it up, it felt just like a new car. Im very lucky to have such a reliable auto shop nearby my office that is both cost-efficient and high-quality. Definitely give this place a try!

We came into town at the last minute, and along the way our exhaust corroded through -- dangerous and loud. I brought the car in at 7 am, when the shop opened. Eddie was friendly and sympathetic, and said hed do what he could to help. Well, he did! Just a few hours later, we had a new exhaust using OEM parts, and, rather than take advantage of our situation, he only charged a very fair amount for labor -- much less than we expected! We were on our way quickly and safely.On top of that, the owner followed up with a text the next day to make sure everything went well. That kind of concern for customers is rare. I started working in the area so I came in for the state inspection sticker and they failed my car for a minor issue. Which is fine but then gave me a pretty ridiculous repair estimate. When to my hometown mechanic and had it fixed for a 1/3 of what they were asking for. Dont think Ill be back no matter how convenient it is.

I love them! Ive been going to them since July of 2010. They are extremely customer service oriented and HONEST! Let me say that one more time...HONEST. Eddie goes the extra mile in checking prices (I needed new tires) to make sure I was getting the best deal. When I first went, I had a 2000 Dodge Durango and happily put in his capable hands. I then purchased a Lexus and was just as comfortable knowing he had the skills and the equipment to just as fabulous as he did before. (And gave me a few pointers!) They are the only place I trust my car. I would go there any day over going to the Lexus dealership. I like the fact he gives me a heads up on what I may want to do in the future (rear shocks) and tells me it isnt urgent but I will need it done in a few months.I can not recommend them enough. My entire office goes there now.

Gas is always expensive here price gouging

Went in last summer for an inspection sticker since it is so close to work. Decided to look in to getting my car maintenance there since the dealership was so expensive. They were very honest and up front and told me what my car needed and did not need. I have been taking my car there since and very happy with their service. Also get a free ride to work.

The guys were wonderful in helping me out with my flat tire last Wednesday. It was a few minutes past closing and they still helped me out. Great customer service!

I love this place. I know virtually nothing about cars and unfortunately fit the traditional female stereotype on this issue. However, they were not patronizing or condescending in the slightest and explained clearly what was necessary to repair my vehicle. The prices (upon retrospective research) were more than fair and the work was done swiftly. I fully intend to entrust this place with my car in the future.

Clean shop

I recently went for my first 2 visits to get an oil change and a tire rotation, then to get a wheel alignment. The first visit went great. I actually asked when I got there if I could add a tire rotation, but it was not possible because they are so busy. No problem. On the second visit, I dropped my car off to get the wheel alignment, and I was called a few hours later to pick up my car. When I got there, I didnt owe anything because my car was well aligned already, so they never did any work, just analyzed it first. John and his team were very honest and did great work. I will surely be going back there.

I’ve had my car serviced here a few time and they always done well. I’ve only had oil and brake services so far but they seem to be able to had any automotive troubles. The prices are very fair, service is friendly and fast, and the shop is clean.

When to Totten Pond Auto Service Center for the first time today to have my oil changed. It was amazing. They actually took my car at the time I had an appointment for and were very polite and fast. Much better then the Dealer, I will be coming back again.

I take both our cars to Eddy for service for the last two years. The work is good and the customer service is great. I get a ride to work each time I drop a car off. The Care care club has been great too for oil changes and tire rotations. Other repair work was less than the dealers asked for and was done right. Not much more you can ask for really.

I have been going to the Totten Pond Shell for almost 18 years now and the service there is outstanding. Eddie always takes care of me and my car and I can get an oil change with 1 days notice. They drive me to my office in the morning and then I can pick the car up within a few hours, so it is extremely convenient. I would highly recommend this gas station for service and reliability.

Ive been a customer at Totten Pond Shell for a while now, and I always leave very satisfied. Everyone is very pleasant and efficient. I found this place when I was trying to get a price quote for my brakes. My dealer told me that I need to replace those. This place was very honest and down to the earth. They told me that my brakes still have one or two more years to go and I did not need to replace them right away.I came to this place for oil change and other service since. Totten Pond Auto has earned my business. They rebuilt the front brakes on my Sonata. The left front brake locked up 7 months later. Because I couldn’t drive it that way, I dropped it off at a nearby garage. I called Totten Pond Auto and told Eddie what had happened. Per his instructions, the other garage saved the old parts when they replaced the left front brake. I took the old parts to Totten Pond, and Eddie refunded the cost for the parts and labor, per the 12 month warranty I had received on their work.

I went here for a sticker, and was given full information and options on failure. Was able to leave my car to be fixed for the next day and service was quick and friendly. Would recommend going here as they are informative and helpful, and give you all the options you have to get what you need at the least necessary cost.

I have used Totten Pond Shell for the last few years for my annual inspection for my 4 cars. They are most accommodating to my schedule and finish the inspection when they say they will, and thankfully it usually passes. On occasion they have repaired small problems noticed during inspection, such as wiper blades or bulbs, at a reasonable cost. They are close to my home. I would not hesitate recommending them to other patrons.

Except a 36 dollars standard oil change, I was charged 27 dollars for a battery check and tightening a loose screw on the battery terminal. I dont believe the pricing was fair.Extra star because the service was quick.

Great service! When Ive requested a quote they provide it in writing with detail on parts and labor. When I drop off my car in the morning they give me a lift to work, and call me when theyre done. When unanticipated items came up they called before doing additional work. Everyone in the service shop has been very courteous and taken the time to ensure we are on the same page with regards to what work is being done, timing, and associated costs. Ive recommended this place to a handful of people as a result. They were satisfied as well.

It couldnt be more convenient having this service station located so close to work. I changed by review from positive to negative. I realize they have so many reviews because they give people a discount for putting reviews. Oh and you are supposed to put a review while dropping the car, so you have not had a chance to fully validate their work. Their shuttle drop off service has only certain hours which they dont advertise. They put an oil change sticker for 4000 miles even though the factory recommended us at least 5000. I complained and they claim that there is no Toyota recommendation and they recommend 4000.
