Worst customer service. The printer ran out of A4 paper; when I mentioned it so to the customer service rep., (No prizes for guessing who), I was almost yelled at saying, there is no such thing as A4 in America, and educated me it is not A4 but 8.5 x 11, pretty much slammed the printer door on my face and walked back to her station without even looking back. You know, I am one of those guys who says good evening to everyone just to be nice and polite.
Updated - had an issue with getting my package shipped on time, guy in the location missed it and a day late. I called Penny who was very apologetic and gracious over the phone..... she is getting it to its destination as soon as possible. Thanks for the help.
I get my plans printed here and they make it very effortless. Penny is excellent and super friendly and knowledgeable and Conner is great as well.
The rudest customer service Ive seen in a long time. Unprofessional & rude, both manager and employees. They don’t deserve even one star.
Terrible service. They guy said that I couldn’t send a package to my brothers school keep in Mind I have already done so 4 times at a different location. His tone and demeanor was awful.
The FedEx Agent (elder lady) who processed my shipment was incredibly rude and condescending in the way she spoke to me. When I first came in the store I looked around and asked for a FedEx Express envelope. She spoke to me in a very rude tone telling me the envelopes were behind the counter and I should not be asking because there is nothing to fill out. Her statement baffled me because I never asked for any forms to fill, rather I just asked for a FedEx envelope. I have no idea why she had to make such a remark. At the counter I handed her a piece of paper containing the To and From addresses and the FedEx account number for my work. When I was placing my item carefully in the FedEx Envelope she pointed and directed to me to seal the envelope and place it on the scale with a tone of voice that was unmistakably confrontational, unprofessional, and rude. Her entire attitude towards me and the way she treated me made me feel like she thought it was my first time ever stepping foot into a FedEx store and shipping an item when in fact it is not my first time. I tried my best to keep a pleasant attitude because I am a professional person but had I been there much longer and heard her continue to give me attitude I would have turned confrontational. There is only so much disrespect a person could tolerate. How this person even got a job at FedEx where customer service is important is truly a mystery. I will never bring business to this FedEx location again.
Rude, unhelpful, unpleasant. I recommend making the trip to the Burlington store which is the exact opposite.
Super rude and unprofessional workers. They dont take time to help you and act as though one should know exactly what to do. Im not one to send things in the mail that often, please take the time to be courteous and kind. Would drive out of my way to go to a different location. Never will I ever come here again.
Efficient and generally pleasant staff, a fine selection of shipping supplies and greeting cards nicer and of greater variety than the now-typical CVS offerings. The FedEx options keep you informed about the where and when of your shipment.
I was helped by an extremely nice woman at this location. She was patient with me (I had to run out to my car to get the shipping address) and laughed at my probably unfunny jokes. Ill remember to use this location in the future.
What a horrible place? I got my business card printed here since I needed it in rush. I placed an order for 50 cards and they charged me $37. It took them 10 minutes to locate the card when I came to pick up. I came in the evening when I was the only customer. When I went home and counted the card, it was only 36 card. When I called them, no one took the responsibility and no apologies. I will never come back. Again, unprofessional experience with juvenile type people.
Worst customer service ever. The person running the store is incredibly unhelpful and grouchy.
The people claiming this place borders on rude are being generous. The woman behind the counter is extremely mean and aggressively unhelpful.
There seems to be a new person running the place. She is not nice, bordering on rude. Very slow and also unhelpful. This place used to have amazing personnel previously.
Wow, this place is slow as heck. It doesn’t help that the attendants tend to have a good deal of attitude /snark in helping you .Avoid unless you have to, but yikes .. two stars instead of one because they eventually took my package ..
Peggy is extremely rude.
Please hire more people to work here. One person on staff is not enough. Currently standing in line here while one poor woman deals with multiple orders at once
I regularly get prints here for the company I work for and couldnt be happier! The staff is great and always helpful with my orders. Jim is great about confirming if sizing is right, and has even called to verify what type of prints I am looking for!
I asked a Lyft driver to send my wifes glasses back. He goes into this store in Waltham and they sell him a 8x8x8 box and fedex ground for $15.01 to send back a pair of glasses we were in no hurry for. They took advantage of the driver and made a $20.31 sale where just two doors down USPS gives you the box and would charge $7.95.Customer service sometimes means losing the sale if you cant serve the customer without ripping him off.Back look for this store. Rude on the phone to me as others have mentioned.Buyer beware of course - so now you know.
Me and my girl were assisted by a very diligent gentleman by the name of Jim. We brought in a hand drawn 9 panel layout for a web comic, scanned it, and he was able to figure out how to print the scan on to thick bristol paper we brought in. Made our job a lot easier, and we truly appreciated it. Thanks man. Well always come back, even if its just to use the paper cutter. But any printing or scanning we cant do ourselves, we will be seeing you.
Friendly and very helpful. Not sure why they received low ratings, I’ve always had a positive experience here. Marygail is the best!
Hit or miss experiences here with the staff .. some are friendly, others are pretty dismissive bordering on rude. Most recently they seem to either be understaffed, or the staff is present but busy fulfilling orders from online or other requests and unable to help the front desk consumers, save 1 person at the register . This makes for long lines and frustrating experiences for customers.
Im SO SICK of the FedEx Delivery drivers here. They constantly drop things off in the pouring rain without knocking/ringing the bell letting the boxes and items get SOAKED. Theyve dropped off a pile of packages on the ground at the edge of my lawn. Now theyve dropped off a large, heavy package behind my car. My husband wont be home until late evening today, I have to pick up my son from preschool, and I had surgery two weeks ago and cant lift heavy things. Seriously, get it together guys. I wish I could choose to avoid fedex when ordering products online.
It depends who is working. there isxa nice lady there but sometimes you will run into a grampy grandpa that will show you that wvery question is an idiotic question and more. Staples one block away, nice guys (I do not have any business with staples, but happens I did use both services and thiscare my personal conclusion) 3 starts forvthe nice lady...good luck
I worked in Waltham a couple years ago and always went to FedEx Lexington Street Waltham. I live in Newton and work in Bedford, however, will only go to Lexington St. Waltham, as there is no better customer service anywhere. MaryGail is why I will continue to go there even though it is not as convenient for me.
While waiting in line (which doubled in size due to the glacial pace of service) for Penny, the only employee on shift, to get someones box from the back, I witnessed her ROLL the box across the floor to the customer ahead of me. Poor guy even offered to help, but she declined to opt for her rolling tequnique.I left.
This store has always been very helpful and cooperative. I have been doing business there for about 15 years and they are very responsive, even when I have a crazy last minute request.
The employees give bad services you ask a question and they answer you grudgingly you need help and they do not give it to you and if they give it to you it is of bad way these employees need to know how to treat a client. in my case I say that if you can help me send some papers by fax and supposedly do it and come back and tell me it is very expensive to send them you are going to pay it is like 30 dollars and it does not do anything and it does not send it please the client is the what will he pay? I just did not want to send it because there was no client and they were not doing anything
Wow, just wow - called to ask if they provide notary services and the response was Say that in English?.
Slowest service ever, I have found them rude also.
Sorscha at the ship center was rude and very unhelpful and acted like it was a huge burden to answer basic questions from me and a couple customers in front of me
Omg. sssooooo slow. do not come here.
Rude, rude, rude! Do not want to go there again!
Slowest people ever, they dont even care in see people waiting, they will leave only one register and do other things.
The rudest customer service Ive seen in a long time. I actually heard the manager tell an employee just hang up on them when she didnt know how to answer a callers question 😳
They deliver a package to the wrong place, I called them to deliver to the right one, one guy said ok, but they never do it, I send the package to the right place, fedex enough, no more!!
Counter guy didnt know how to have me email the poster I wanted made.
Careless people working over there dont go.
Some one worked at counter ( Jim ) is too rude, he threw a receipt to me right in front without looking or saying anything back even I said thank you and he walked away .Really disappointed, what a shame customer service!
Very helpful staff with great hours.
Too bad they are closed on one of the two days in the week that regular people actually have time to deal with shipping stuff. Oh well.
Jim is incredibly rude and went out of his way NOT to help.
I went here for passport photos as they are authorized to do so. My photo was rejected in my application because it was either under/over exposed. Needless to say, this was a wasted $15 and now I have to pay another $15 to go to a place that can actually take photos. Not a happy traveler.
The gentleman at the counter was condescending just because I was a first time customer at FedEx.
How slow can you be?
Poor customer service.
