I had heard many negative things about this location but decided to visit anyway. Store was pretty much empty yet the staff was very rude and pushy. I had questions about my pro membership and staff was extremely dismissive and not helpful at all. I left more confused than I entered and will be looking to cancel my pro membership because of this store.

Great staff, friendly and super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful service- never, ever pushy, which is tops for us. They do their jobs and offer you the requisite additional services which they are required to do in a way that makes the company look good and doesnt make me feel like Im dealing with a sleazy used car salesman whose day job is hocking MarioKart.

Totally awesome store for your video 📹 game 🎮 needs for either your kids or yourself like me that has a ball with my 7 year old and I really dont have time to play but if thats what my boy wants then so be it ! This whole covid virus has put so many people at home so if your one of them go have fun and go get some either new games or used cames like I do because money is tight right now !

If you really need to go to a Gamestop.. Which I do NOT recommend... This store is a good choice.

Really nice employees the games are kida expensive but fair, some of the games are really cheap so this is a pretty good place.

Definitely one or our more preferable locations where knowledgeable staff will take the time to casually discuss and answer any questions, even during a rush.

This review has absolutely nothing to do with the current staff, I’m sure they are amazing. I used to manage this store more than 5 years ago. Consistently over these past 5 years I have received multiple calls a year from the local Wareham police department indicting that they are responding to alarms at this GameStop location. Not only is this obnoxious for me but it seems like a huge Loss prevention issue on GameStops part. I have tried to reach out to the current district managers from this district and no one returns my calls, year after year. Tonight I received another call from the police department, and I just really want it to stop. Can someone please reach out to me from corporate so this can be remedied? I just want to stop being harassed by this failing corporation that I willing left and never looked back. Please!

The employees are super helpful and nice and the prices are great. The selection of games is great and the selection of toys is good but doesnt have as many options as other Game Stops as Ive been to. More often than not they have a line at the registers!

Very polite and personable boys when i went in tonight. They were helpful when i was confused about a price, and because i was the only customer in the store we had a great conversation before i had to leave. Probably the best gamestop ive been to! 💚💚💚

It had most of the great popular games with such variety and was a descent size of store. Its in the perfect place where you dont have to walk far between stores.

My boyfriend and I come here almost weekly, the staff is always very helpful and happy to help out. They go above and beyond to make sure we leave happy, much better than any others Ive been to in the area.

Game stop always has friendly employees and they seem cool the games are nice usually and I got some great headphones (stealth 600)

This GameStop is located in Wareham Crossing, and easy to find within the shopping center. The store is well stocked, clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Bought a game last night (11/22/18) specifically Dead Rising 4 Franks Big Package and you guys didnt put the game in the case. Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning to get it?

Purchased a accessory at another location, only GameStop that had the item. I opened the accessory and didnt like it at all. Went to this location, aka Wareham, to return. Junior the lead refused to return it. Straight up said he wont return it at his store but the location I purchased it from could. Wait what? He just made up lies on why he couldnt. Basically said its open and I couldnt return it. Its an accessory? Showed him the return policy on the receipt and he said I was wrong. Worst customer service ever. He just kept making up his own policy. Called cooperate, they told me I was right and was going to look into this and call me. Went back to the other store, no questions at all. Female associate was amazing and polite, mashpee ma location.

I grew up in the video game era so Ive been hooked so some time now. I just wish there prices on used games and hardware where more reasonable prices.. its literally only like a $5 difference between new and used. While if I buy new at a local store I can return if something is wrong yet thru GameStop your xss*d out if you buy he same item used thru them... So your better off paying the extra few $$ and buy elsewhere just to get the minimum basic return policy that GameStop doesnt offer..

The employes are rude I went in this after noon and was harrast by the lady working there and she had a very nasty tone. I regret even going in much simpler to buy a game online.

Gamestop used to be a place you could go to chat with the staff about friendly games make some new friends. That time has passed. Now its strictly about money money money They no longer care about their employees. They hire managers outside the company when good existing employees deserve the promotion. The wareham location has an awful staff now. Rob, the DM I have heard him talk trash about employees and customers alike. Very unprofessional Theyre firing all the good ones, and the others are quitting Theyre bringing in these people that have ZERO clue about gaming These are ex-walmart employees, people with all retail, but no gaming experience. Gamestop is just your average retail chain now, but they care much less about employees. I am not an employee, I have seen and heard all this as a customer. Will never shop there again. Ebay is where its at.

Very helpful and friendly staff that are always willing to go the extra mile to help you with anything even if its something that isnt even required for the job. They have a huge selection of games and always have the game you are looking for. Then once you are done with your game you can sell it back to them aa preowned and they give you a good amount for a product you already bought. They also give you money for used systems, phones, dvds, memorabilia, etc.
