WORST SERVICE EVER. Brand new phone with WRONG sim card that THEY put in. Plus the screen saver that they sold me for $39.99 is peeling off. I called Sprint and was told they would have a new phone waiting for me at the store. After 2 1/2 hours of going back and forth they told me that it was too late as the 14 day return policy had expired.I wish there was a ZERO star.STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTIST

Walked in, asked for help with a specific problem on my bill. Was immediately serviced and answer questions about my bill and how to lower it! Friendly polite employee set me off in the right direction about my situation, walked out happy and achieved a goal on saving money.

If you have any issues with your phone or service (which you will) this company doesnt want to help you. I called customer service and customer service said to go to a store. So I went to the store and they told me to call customer service. The store also will tell you this if its too close to closing time because they dont want to stay any later then needed. So then I called customer service just to be told to go to the store!!!! Aahhhh....worst customer service ever! I had to threaten a lawyer to get what I needed from them. And it was information about MY account. Good luck if you decide to go with this company. Trying now to get my phone unlocked and its taken over 3 weeks now and its still not unlocked....yeah

I went with a friend (Feb 27,2017) who was having problems with her Galaxy 6 phone. We arrived at store near closing, but the customer service/sales employees Kayla and Peter were awesome. They didnt rush or appear to be in a hurry to close, they really wanted to ensure phone was working correctly and we were happy. They adjusted the settings to fix the issues and explained the changes in the settings required. We also were explaining charging issues with various cables and they showed us the new wireless pad charger. Its exactly what she needed and works great!Thanks so much Kayla and Peter!Dan and Stephanie:-)

I just cant begin to say how awful my experience was here. I star is being kind. Long lines. Long waits for service and after returning my phones i never got my money refunded. 2 of our 3 phones malfunctioned the first week. Never again.

10/22/17- Went into the store with my partner and our 2 infants. Was going to add a line and have her come into my plan. No greeting upon arrival by the 2 employees there, Jon and Lem. Looked around the store for about 10 minutes figuring out phone choice. Got in line. Waited 45 minutes in line. No one said hello, acknowledged us, or told us how long it would be. After someone finished, Jon, the manager took somebody who had come in 10 minutes before. When I addressed this issue I was given a generic Im sorry youre upset, Ill be with you as soon as I can. We had been in this store for nearly an hour, talking turnils walking our restless infants around, I dont think we were invisible. Walked out and got a phone and plan with Verizon.Ive never had a worse customer experience. Look at my ratings as a user. If its mediocre I dont bother, that was abysmal.

This experience has told me that I will be upgrading my next phone online. service person ordered the wrong phone, UPS failed to deliver it to the store, I had to pick up the phone from UPS center, when I took it to the store and discovered it was the wrong phone, they told me I should go to a Sprint corporate store, couldnt find a record of my order in their system (save your paperwork!!), out of business cards, dont know who Im dealing with, no followup to tell me status of my order...but, in the end, a very nice person named Justin took me in hand. Kudos to him. Good communication, patient, informative, came up with ideas. It took a while, but I have my iphone 6plus, and I am happy. Thanks to Kati too. !!

I like the store. The crew is knowledgeble. A Sprint store is now the only place you can get help and these guys are good.My gripe is with Sprints customer service in general since they no longer answer customers call. You simply cannot get a person on the phone.

When I called and asked for pepperoni on a Saturday night I was prepared for a good meal. I stepped foot into the door and there it was. But not what I expected. The pizza was slathered on this young mans face and that was when I realized I shouldnt be a sprint customer.

About a year ago, I came into Sprint to switch over and let me tell you; the new manager in this place is absolutely the best (her name is Micheala). You can tell that when you come to the Sprint Store in Wareham you are getting people who really care about their jobs. I have never had a better experience in any Sprint store and would advise anyone who has ever had a bad experience to come back to this store and give them another chance, they are great and DO NOT deserve a 2.2 star rating. These people that work in this store are all absolutely 5 star people, heck if I could go any higher on here I would. Thank you to Sprint Wareham for changing my outlook on this company forever. Cheers to you Sprint Wareham!

First waited in line 65 mins, decided to come back this morning (my only day off this week) and the store is closed even though it says it opens at 10 ( it’s now 1045). What the heck? Yes there was snow last night but ALL the roads are clear. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. How the hell does this place stay open?

This place is the worst. This person who name I could not catch got me the wrong phone. I ordered the iPhone 6 and they gave me an iPhone 7 and told me I had to pay more. This store is a horrible. Im switching to metro pcs. I cant believe pizza face would do this to me

Was given a quote. Lease 2 phones buy 3rd out right. Trade in 3 old phones. Monthly bill before taxes $130. We do just that, not only was bill never adjusted, we handed the iPhone 6 Plus to Jake and he never marked it for a trade! No record of it. He tells us we never turned it in! HE TOOK IT FROM US! He is unforgettable because well if you have ever been there you know why!!! We had to go to the police. Call corporate file a theft complaint. Request videos be pulled from store. Logged a complaint with the better business bureau and atty generals office. New manager Kayla sends me a private Facebook message promising she is looking into but could I please delete my post in wareham matters. I was like are you effing kidding me???? How much managerial experience do you think she has!?!?!? You NEVER EVER reach out to a customer on social media and then ask them to recant their complaint thats informing other customers!!! Then I learn that this kid jake who everyone on my post and on here seem to complain about the most was made ASST MANAGER!!!! He is a thief or he doesnt do his job properly but lets give him more responsibilities to mistreat Sprint customers!!! I also learned how they get paid and so that explains soooooo much!!! Run people dont walk away from Sprint nexgen wireless in wareham. Go to another sprint store. Give them an opportunity to earn their pay and do it with a smile on their face!!!! Worst experience of my life. And Im NOT going away jake Kayla GM and whoever else reads this!!!! Give me my phone, my money or honor the quote that you handed me in writing. Made an appointment to upgrade my phone, but the employees decided to take the day off for no reason. The store schedule said they shouldve been there, but they just put a piece of paper on the door saying they were closed for no particular reason that day.

This place is the worst... Awful in person customer service and even worse over the phone! Very careless and unresponsive to customer issues. No one seems to know what they are doing there either. Save yourself the time and a headache go to another sprint store.

The WORST SERVICE EVER! I was there for over 2 hours and I still had to go home to activate my new phone. Took 3 hours all together to transfer my contact and apps and to activate the phone...I dont believe it should take this long. Dont waist your time going to this store!
