My son received a beautiful zip up hoodie made by this company for Christmas - great quality, nice weight, soft and several nice details. (Yankees with a nice baseball look lining in the hood). Anyway, unfortunately the zipper broke. I sent an email with a photo, and they sent a replacement within a week, no questions asked. Great service to back up their great quality!
