This past weekend on Saturday October 4th my 2014 Jeep Patriot just completely died. It had a Dead battery and I was stranded in the parking lot at the Walgreens at the corner of Watson Boulevard and South Houston Lake Road.I was trying to get in touch with AAA and the number they gave me was for the AAA roadside assistance in Atlanta . I had my support dog with me and I was getting really anxious not knowing what to do with only $80 cash in my pocket knowing that batteries cost well over $100 nowadays. I was becoming desperate to find somebody that can give me a jump start to no avail. So I started Googling places that have batteries and that works with batteries. Due to my anxiety issues that I was having at the time I was completely unaware that I was sitting right next door to Battery Source. I discovered that by looking at the Google Map to locate exactly the address where I was at and battery stores popped up right there behind me on Google Map.I press the button on my phone from the map and it took me right to Battery Source displaying their phone number and information.I simply pressed the call button and on the second ring a gentleman by the name of James answers and I explained my dilemma and told him that I would be willing to push my vehicle over there if he could help me get my vehicle going just to get home. He asked me what type of vehicle it was and where it was located in the parking lot. I explained I had pushed the vehicle into the Walgreens parking lot. He says Ill be right there. Of course I was expecting some truck to pull up but no. No truck pulled up. It was James on a really nice golf cart. And Im thinking hows he going to jump start this vehicle with a golf cart but I didnt say nothing. He gets out and grab this handheld charging device, he hooked it up to my battery tells me okay it should start right up and low and behold I turned the key and it crunk right up. He didnt charge me anything for his service.His simple act of kindness has guaranteed him a customer for life. I have bought batteries there one time but then again I wasnt thinking exactly where I was at because of the panic. My lady is a nurse and I knew that we had to get that vehicle going soon so she could be able to go to work. Thank God James was so kind to come over and get my vehicle started for me. For his act of kindness I would encourage anybody who is shopping for specialty batteries or any type of battery because Im sure hes got them all, to please stop at his establishment located again right behind Walgreens at the corner of Watson Boulevard and South Houston Lake Road in Warner Robins, Georgia.And James if you are reading this, once again I just wanted to say thank you again. My car battery died while I was working and I originally thought it was my starter, the guy came out and tested it right away and had the one I needed in stock, I had to push start my truck to get it there, but on my way out I happily turned my key and went on with the rest of my day, the whole process took less than 20 min. These guys know what theyre doing and Ill be coming back in about 4 to 5 years when I need another one.

Called early one morning headed out to north GA and while I was filling up at the fuel stop I noticed when I was checking my oil there was battery acid on both my batteries(diesel engine) and my battery light was on my dash so Ive delt with battery source in the past and have gotton great service so I called and the manager answered the phone and I told him the predicament I was in and he said we dont normally clean terminals but bring it by and let us check it out so I did and he went over and beyond what I expected him to do! He cleaned each terminal on each battery and sprayed corrosion prevented to slow down the corrosion from coming back and he also checked my batteries and charging system. The manager was great and had a positive attitude the entire time he worked on my truck. This guy is a great example of what great customer service looks like! Thanks again Ill be back again!!

I had picked up this Thomas The Train Train that you can actually ride in kinda like a barbie corvette but this was for my Grandsons first Birthday, the train didnt run at all and they were going to throw it away well you can ask my wife, if I think it might be worth something it aint going in the trash, well I cleaned it all up and looked it up on the Internet to see what kind of batteries I needed it said 40 to 60 volts and I thought about this place right away so I went down there and talked to the manager and told what I had and he said I think that you have to purchase their name brand Battery hook up to make it work, and I had already looked that up and sure enough he was right 80 bucks, I told him thats too much for me and he said hang on a minute he picked up a 40 volt battery and some quick connects and show me exactly how and what to do got home and in about 30 minutes and 60 dollars cheaper that train was runnin to make a long story short if it werent for the nice Gentleman who took the time to help me out, Our Grandsons 1st Birthday wouldnt have been as memorable as it was awesome place Awesome people who work there as well. They may have a variety of batteries available but their lack of customer service would prompt just about anyone to skip the trip and go online to Amazon. (Better prices there anyways) Just FYI, dont act bothered by your customers, theyre who keep you in business and employed.
