I placed my order in drive through. The man taking orders had tons of personality, spoke plainly, and was efficient. Pumpkin spice latte was tasty and hot.Lots of spider webs at pick up window 😳

I dont think this is a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. Dont expect it to be the same but this came with nothing. Usually okay, missed the mark with this one.

Staff is pretty cool there. Everyone seemed nice and in a good mood. Its nice to see people enjoying time at the job. Service was fast too and tasted perfect.

Amazing as usual n pretty fast considering the line to the street and I was blessed to have someone pay for my food n I blessed the car behind me.

I just wish they had a better closing procedure, they leave all the lights on menu on street lamp on and act like they are open and no ones even in there!!! And SO I drive all the way to Macon for sbux because Im angry and Im crazy, and atleast Macon had all their lights off and a drive thru recording telling you they are closed! Now Im in Macon lost.... as usual

My sister and I stopped by to order two of our favorite Starbucks drinks. She ordered a Hot Caramel Apple Cider and said it was delicious. I was going to order my favorite drink, which is Macha Green Tea Latte, but they were out of Macha. So, I decided to try a Hot White Chocolate Mocha instead and was very impressed with how delicious it was. The staff was also friendly and the store was very clean and organized. During future visits, I plan to venture out and try some of the other interesting drinks at Starbucks. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks location to others.

This is my favorite place to buy coffee. I like the time and attention to detail. The beans are always fresh. The espresso is always fantastic, and the place is very clean. Bring your kids and family. Coffee is good for your anyway. Have a rich experience. See you later

Austin was very sweet an patient with me while I figured out what to order for me and my fiance. He had the sweetest voice and honestly made me want to order everything. He made sure I had everything even napkins and stoppers for my hot drinks. Will most definitely come back for more coffee and more politeness

I never order coffee from here. Its the special teas & drinks for me. They follow social media & what their clients suggest. So when you go in & order the media name.... they know what we mean. Great service, drinks & bacon, gouda, egg sandwiches!!!

These guys are great. There was a line when I entered, but it only took about 7 minutes to get my drink from being in line to drink in hand. 😊

While I normally love this location (minus the traffic in front of and around the building), today was finally slow. I normal order on mobile app because its much faster than the drive through. Today that was not the case. Not sure what caused this normally efficient and fast crew to be so slow today. Ill still be back in the future. Hopefully they got some downtime to catch up.

Friendly staff every time I visit, and my order is always correct. They do run out of popular items occasionally (caramel, oat milk, almond milk)etc...

The Chocolate Almondmilk Expresso will really get you going on those blah-say days; try something new and have a great day 🤪😋....

The banana bread shouldn’t be three dollars and some change for the size it is. I was expecting the price to match the size...it didn’t. Not only that, but I was cheated out of my money when I didn’t receive all that was supposed to be on my sandwich. One of the employees (light skinned black girl with the natural hair) can work on customer service as well.

While this is a busy location, they still operate very slowly compared to other equally busy locations Ive been to. Im also growing very tired of getting mostly cream in my nitro cold brew or other coffee and barely any actual coffee. I dont spend $6 a cup for sweet cream and its frustrating to never taste coffee anymore. However, the staff is usually friendly and I think that with some additional training, this could be a great location.

This starbucks always get it right. We mobile order every time as to not wait in the long drive through line. Usually its ready by the time we go inside and tastes perfect.

Not sure what their deal is here but every time i go in I get treated like my business isn’t welcome. My last visit was by far the worst & the last time i would experience such distasteful service. I watched workers act busy while i stood waiting for service & never got helped but when another woman came they almost immediately got to the register to take her order. Her money just as good as mine ! Do NOT visit this starbucks. Try Dunkin’ Donuts instead

Typically, Starbucks has pretty good customer service but this particular place mustve been having a bad day. They were out of breakfast sandwiches... in the morning, which was a small disappointment but not a major issue. Just wish they were aware of that fact, prior to us ordering and paying.So after getting a refund of ONLY the unavailable sandwich item, they failed to make the rest of the order.*In my Spongebob narrator voice* Ten minutes later...No coffee was made 😒 After politely asking one of the employees if they had forgot the order, she dryly asked what it was... without answering the question (or apologizing). Life went on. Starbucks will continue to make money. Stay thirsty my friends.✌

I love the Starbucks every time we go to Warner robins I go to this one. Been going there about five years now and they’ve never messed up my order and the people are very friendly

Do not know what happened to this location lately . I had ordered green tea lemonade for the last few times and it tasted so bland, and the other night I ordered berry berry hibiscus was told they ran out of berries, but they say even without berries the taste would be still the same. Well, by the time I got my drinks it tastes like plain lemonade. Vey disappointed.

I ordered a “complicated” iced blended coffee and three cake pops.Usually, no one can get the order right or it doesn’t taste very good.However, this time, I didn’t have to repeat my self or leave feeling disappointed.They got the order right as if It was an on the menu type of order.Thank you!!Time of order was today at 9:34 am.The young lady that took my order was super friendly and upbeat!When I got to the window, it she was so very pleasant!I couldn’t see her smile because of the mask but I could tell that she was because of her eyes.Why can’t all Starbucks have employees like her?The cake pops were good, as usual.I will come back to this particular Starbucks and none other when traveling through again.

Lately since Ive been to this Starbucks I know they are extremely busy so they are obviously making alot of mistakes on orders. The last three times Ive ordered drinks they were all wrong. They are not wearing gloves when they are working and the cups even smell like they havent washed their hands. One time I told the person in the drive thru NOT to put whole milk in my drink and he lied and said that they dont serve whole milk and they put whole milk in my drink anyway and I got sick from it. I also noticed the customer service has gone downhill as well especially when you walk in the door to pick up orders. They are busy but they can at least acknowledge that you are there and could call out the orders on time for pick up instead people be waiting forever for their orders to be ready.

I have been to both Starbucks on Waston Blvd. Those are the worse two Starbucks I have ever been. They are always out of something. Flies flying everywhere.

Drink/Food is good, but getting transactions and an order right is not, had three incidents with all, plus put up something, so when a customer is placing an order in the rain the customers are not getting wet and water in their cars.

I like the coffee and the customer service is great all the CDC guidelines followed

This Starbucks treats you like family. My husband and are regular customers and they know us by name. So much so, until they already know what drinks we want order and how much extra ingredients that I want in my drink. Their customer service is impeccable. My husband and I love going here and will continue. Keep up the great customer service you guys.

Said they could do my drink.. even though I get it at the Starbucks on 96.

The inside of the store is clean, theyre usually really nice. However theyre not very quick and drive thru moves very slow. The drinks sometimes arent proportion the same. Sometimes you can get more and sometimes less.

Long line in the drive thru but short wait time. Got a Chai latte and birthday cake pop. Everything was great looking and tasting. Excellent service and products!

Always busy and picking up a free coffee for medical and first responders. Staff was very friendly and greeted everyone with respect who came into the store. Drive through was 10 cars back.

I stayed in line today for over 20 minutes beginning at 4:00. I had a young lady come to my car window at 4:23 to tell me noone else in line will be served because they close at 4:30. Piss poor management to allow this. I go there everyday, but after today nope. I know I am just one customer, but it was about 5-6 more cars behind me.I went inside and was told I couldnt be served, yet, I was there at 4 p.m.Just Terrible!

There has never been a Starbucks ANYWHERE that has had a drive thru take as long as this one. No explanation - Zero acceptable reason. Employee was pleasant. Drink was as expected. May or may not try them again. Looking into local spots because I was so disappointed/annoyed.

The new pistachio latte was fan freaking tactic. Very engaging happy staff. Made the wait seem shorter.

Put in a mobile order today and arrived at the time when the app said my order would be ready. Found out upon arrival that the inside was closed and mobile orders were to picked up through the drive thru. Waited in line for 25 minutes since you are unable to cancel an order, just to find my bakery items were cold and my iced drinks had melted and were watery. I understand this is a small problem in the grand scheme of the world. But if the restaurant inside must be closed, than mobile ordering should be suspended.

This place is usually crowded, but the line moves quickly and the staff is super friendly and fast!

I go the this Starbucks every morning trying to give them a chance and they have made my drink right maybe 2 times. The lead cash register woman with brown hair yelled at my husband for his mask not covering his nose (which was a complete accident) they made my drink a tall when I ordered a Venti & I said don’t worry about it and they said they would take care of me next time I came in, we’ll I came in the morning and didn’t even ask for them to fix it and I asked nicely to make sure it was a venti and a younger average height white man late-mid twenties told me in a very rude way he’ll do what the sticker said and nothing more. On top of that each day I ask for extra pumpkin foam and almost pay a dollar extra for a ton of it and have gotten it maybe two times. I don’t recommend this Starbucks. The one in the Kroger off of highway 96 is amazing & they are so sweet!

I drive 8 to 22 hours a week and this is my favorite Starbucks. Everyone is super cool, friendly and gives great service. Ive noticed difficult customers dont throw off their demeanor and the recent remodel looks really good. Keep it up guys!

I went there for the first time yesterday, and the lady was absolutely sweet!! Had a real conversation with me at the window, and made the experience extremely inviting. Going there again today! Great job!!

Keely gets there at the earliest of dawn and maintains beautiful energy throughout the day! Because of Keely, I found my new favorite seasonal coffee! Driving through town because traveling to Florida and stopped here. Used the mobile app to order ahead. Gave them extra time and order was not ready. Both drinks were made incorrectly. Very upsetting and we spent over 30 dollars.

The only bad thing about this Starbucks is the drive through line is so long! They do have fast service, but Warner Robins needs at least one more store!

I always get the salted caramel mocha frappe venti size. They charged me 14 something for two of them. When theyre only 5.75 at Kroger apiece. I dont know if theyre keeping the extra money or theyre overcharging me for what I want. My drinks were good the better have been for $7 a piece but I will not be going back

Drinks are made well, but customer service was lacking. Only one in the store and still took 10 minutes to place an order.

I use to love coming here. I ordered a simple blond with extra half/half. I have seen when this store when it was busy and they used to be friendly, fast and good coffee all the time. I have cut back going to this place. I only go when I put my order in ahead of time knowing it takes them 15 minutes to fill a simple coffee. Waited for over 25 minutes for my coffee that was not prepared correctly. I had to dump some out, because they did not understand the concept of extra cream, it was like they put a dash instead. Starbucks company, please please think about putting in a new free standing location (I dont want to have to go into a grocery store just to buy coffee) Maybe if they had competition they would do better

Starbucks begun a policy to serve a sniff of coffee! What happened??? You cant even see it in the cup! Unhappy with this company. Im a coffee lover (especially espresso) but seems they do not want you to have it.

I asked where do I order because I had never been in this one. There were a few registers so I didn’t know which to go to. Ms Keely had a terrible attitude towards me just because I asked where to order. No one greeted me, unless you call “masks are required” a greeting. Bunch of rude ladies 🙃 coffee tastes burnt 😖

I cannot rave enough about this Starbucks. On top of speed & quality their staff makes visiting their store such a great experience. I usually take my two puppies to the drive through & the staff ALWAYS greets them & shows them so much love, even customizes their little cups for them. From Kelly, Devin, Sean, Erin, Mark & everyone else- they are top notch. They’re truly a great group of people up there!! Will continue to go visit them daily :)

Starbucks has delicious coffee and great snacks. It can be a little busy at times, but that is because it is so popular. They have decent seating, but it could use some more spots. Several power outlets make it easy to study or work in store as well. Outside and inside seating is available.

I ordered one iced tea, and 15 minutes and 5 new customers later asked about it. The prep folks had no idea where my order went and it was another 5 minutes before they got to it, because they put my order at the back of the line. Definitely not acceptable service.

This is the 4th time I’ve come and ordered cold brew and it’s been made completely wrong. ICED COFFEE IS NOT COLD BREW. If someone pays twice as much as they would for an iced coffee for cold brew, just give them what they ordered. I promise they can tell the difference!!
