I like the way they display the games and other materials. There is a lot of other Xtra products to purchase as well. Games, t-shirts, superhero things. Very very much kid friendly. Wide spaces to walk. Very friendly staff. Worth your time and money to visit. Have fun.

Brought back my PS4 pro 2nd one from store. spent over 500$ brought 1st one back and did exchange had first one less than a month. had to pay another 60 for another 2 yr extended warranty . brought second one back manager literally ripped the top off said they refuse it cause a few bugs. he refused to even give me his bosses name . very in professional and I will be contacting corporate and the bbb.

Always a pleasure doing business here. The staff is always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. With the rare exception of their computers going down, they have always put in an effort to find me what I am after. Ive been to Gamestops across the country when I was a professional driver, and while I would love to chalk these experiences up to a brilliant local team, I have had excellent experiences at every store Ive been to. My respect and appreciation to the local store, and honestly to the whole company. My games library would be far sparser without their bargain bins!

Would not let me return Minecraft Java edition, told me that I had to download it through steam and steam doesn’t have it so they are telling false information and they told me they couldn’t do anything which they could’ve wasted $27 dollars for a demo that I could’ve gotten for free

I miss the old GameStop (and even more the Electronic Beautique once at the Galleria Mall) before some new upper corporate young hipster types screwed it all up micromanage it all. Not as many bargains like in the old days and the inventory is very sparce. They dont even sell the video game strategy books anymore that you could always buy for every big top rated game.

Gamestop has a great selection but not as many products as I remember from several months ago. Good to see that they have a mask mandate though.

Love the layout. Very roomy and a lot of great inventory! The store was packed and the employees were swamped being so close to Christmas so I didnt get the best idea of their normal customer service but they were still nice so theres that. I did like being able to go online and order and play for it and just get there and pick it up. Strongly suggest to my friends and family!

Went into the store literally two minutes ago employee asked me if I needed help I told her what I was looking for she pointed to a corner with a series of multiple devices..I asked another employee for assistance literally bypassed me to help someone else. It seems GameStops staff are more concerned with doing inventory, and selling items of a higher price range than the arduous task of Customer Service.When Rhinos was here years ago it had quality, customer service, and professionalism. With GameStop we never receive any of that just staff members working for a paycheck.. No quality, no service just laziness.

The Female manager is rude and only cares about you if you buy something. Has zero interest in helping you if you have questions. I personally will never shop here again.

Very friendly and helpful are they very busy because there was only one person working, she never got agitated and I called ahead she had my purchase waiting right at the register. Great service with a smile under high stress.

Most items you can find at these stores can be found at a better value through Microsoft or Sonys online store if you wait for the sales they change every week or use your consoles streaming service which is more fairly priced. The next gen consoles probably wont even have a disc drive.

Why wont they answer the phone

I wouldnt recommend an ant to go this game stop. The staff are nasty and under trained. If you decide to bring something back like a gaming system theyll accuse you of stealing before even checking the system out for all parts. I really and truly dont like this store after this incident.

This GameStop is so awful. I preordered games from here twice and we were supposed to get items and literally everytime I get there they say they’re out of the preorder items. Might I had I get there an hour after they open. At this point they’re lying to customers. DONT PREORDER GAMES FROM HERE.

Largest Variety of Video Games to browse available in stores. They also have the best prices and deals when purchasing Video Games and Consoles! However, the service is slow, the lines are long on weekends, employees are rude, and they are a bit arrogant when you try to casually converse about Video Games with them. However I still do business with them, because its the best place to fill up my Video Game Collection!

This is a pretty good GameStop, the managers and long time employees here are pretty much always great to deal with, though the younger seasonal/temp people they hire are more often than not fairly crappy customer service people. Its a GameStop, not much more to be said. Im surprised the company is still in business when I can get nearly any game (including most new releases) far cheaper elsewhere like right across the street, especially now that other places are accepting game trade ins. They overcharge and under deliver, guaranteed.

I see all of these bad reviews and Ive NEVER had a single problem from this gamestop. Neither have any of my friends or family. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will try to help you find exactly what you need even if theyre busy. Theyll call other stores and check the back room. They always answer the phones when we call, even if theyve been closed for a bit. I love the staff and the store is well organized.

Always attentive to your needs, seems all the sales personnel are knowledgeable of everything in the store, and for me thats the coolest part.

As always theyre very friendly and quick to help and answer all questions.

Customer service was awesome, but product not so much. Been going almost 6 hours and this game hasnt downloaded and that was after waiting 2 to update the system. Not to mention brought a new copy of a game and the brand new system I spent all this money on wont read the disc. Feel like I wasted my money

I been going to this Gamestop for 10 years It has mainly been good untill we went to try and buy a wireless controller and Xbox Live card was told to buy online another employee who needs to be fired unless they changed there stuff

Youre obviously not gonna see or read this unless you care about the reviews. I only ever spend 5 minutes most in the store, I find my game or gift card, cash my coupons, the people are nice and Im on my way. But if youre looking through the reviews and see someones 1 star rating with terrible grammar and angry words, I just want to make it aware that particular customer was either making it hard for the employee to cooperate, or asking for something that couldnt be done. All any employee wants is to get paid and get home, and when you come in here with the playstation you dropped in the bathtub or something expecting to get a full return, of course youre going to piss somebody off.Used products are not worth the same as new products.For the record Im not employed or endorsed by Gamestop in any way, I just want the nice review reading people to know its not their fault. Just practice a bit of patience and youre going to be fine.

The staff member who tested my ps4 said my controller wasnt functioning properly and took 40$ off the price we had previously talked about. So I left and went to another gamestop location where they ran the same tests and everything went fine. This place has employees that will lie to you to make an extra buck. The gamestop location I went to was off of presidential parkway in macon. The staff were so much more friendly and seemed to enjoy what they do unlike the staff at gamestop in Warner robins

Asia or Aisha (super sweet)...left a VM about my reserved game. So I called the number back, the Caucasian guy that was working around 3:30 (17 Sep) answers the phone. He puts me on hold (just the phone laying down). I hear him tell a customer, I dont know how she got this number! No one ever calls on the number. This number is not listed!! When he finally picks up, I tell him that I heard him and the only reason I called the number because it was left on my VM. No apologies, he says, WELL SOMEONE AROUND HERE ISNT DOING THEIR JOB! We have the stores phone line to use!! He was so unprofessional! I will continue to go to the other one near Sallys.

Bought preowned game and it wouldnt download, exchanged it and bought battlefield also and they didnt put the disk in the case. I cant believe the level of incompetence. Going back tomorrow to get the disk and walk it of Gamestops life forever.

I have had a very poor experience with an employee at this GameStop. The employee was able to help me with my question, but he was very rude and answered my question in a condescending way. His tone and word choice irked me so much that I will never use this GameStop location again.
