Yesterday I went to get a starter for my truck, it was the 1st time I had ever been there. I heard good things about them so I thought Id give it a try. Janos pulled the part I needed, he went above and beyond during my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. I had been having a rough few days prior to going in to pick up my part and his kindness actually made me cry actual tears. Its really nice to know we still have kind hearted people in this world. He made my day, therefore I think I may have found a new auto parts store when I need parts in the future. Thank you again Janos, and the rest of the staff for being so kind and helpful. Its always appreciated.

I use to patronize this establishment at the old location, some years ago. Today was my first time coming to the new location, and the gentlemen were very polite. I needed to have my starter rebuilt, the guy (Dave) took my part and info. and said that they will call me when my part was ready...I dropped it off around,11am, I received a call to pick up my part, around 1 pm the same day. My starter looked like new, and they said that I have a 2 year warranty on the part. These guys are great! and I really appreciate their customer service, and quality of work. I wish I could give this arrogant guy a zero rating. His quality work on a alternator for my Grand Caravan left me stranded on the road 3 times in less than 3 months and twice within the first 48 hours. He must think on site mechanics and or tow trucks are free. I dont think Ive ever given a one star in my life.

Great guys! Offered an awesome price for a self install alternator with a 2 yr warranty! Unfortunately it did go bad, but they came outside in the snow and replaced it on the spot, no questions asked! Very pleased!! I will return and highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable affordable fast service

So today I called and a very nice guy answered the phone. Told him my sons car needs a new alternator. I explained the make, model and year of the car. They said no problem. If I could get it there by noon today, they could have it fixed today. So the car only made it a quarter mile from the house and shut down. I called the towing company and they came out and towed it down to the shop. I walked in and told them I was the one that called. The guy went out and looked at it while it was on the tow truck. He came back in and asked if I had someone installing it. To my disbelief, I stood there in shock. He then proceeded to get on the phone with someone he knew and asked if he would be willing to do it. After looking at the engine, he called his friend back at which time his friend said he wouldn’t want to take this on. Now at this time, the car was off the tow truck. He then suggested 2 other places that would do it. I asked him to call and make sure they would fix the car. I waited 10 mins outside and the guy never came back out. My tow truck driver had to go in and find out what was going on. He came back out and told me the guy apologized for this. I was absolutely amazed. Not only I had the car towed down to his location and he couldn’t fix it or refer me to someone but couldn’t even man up and come back outside to face me. How pathetic. I had to then get it back on the tow truck and find another shop that was willing to do it. I wouldn’t give this place one star. People make mistakes all the time but not having the decency to admit it is wrong. Horrible company.

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND ** I Was referred to them to get my alternator replaced. Called and spoke to Jason and he gave me a great quote and said they could have it done same day. Later on Jason called me and said that I didnt need to replace my alternator, I thought uh oh! Whats wrong with my car? thinking It was something much worse. But Jason told me it was just some corrosion on the connectors from my battery to my alternator and i would only owe them $40, what a releif! In a highly competitive auto repair field its RARE you find a place with that much honesty. They could of just as easily replaced the alternator and charged be $200 and I would of had no clue. These guys are AWESOME and I will no doubt be bringing them future business by referring them to all my friends and family. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed. Thanks Jason!

Honest. Needed a brush lead replaced on a 23 year old starter. Dropped it off on Saturday around 1 PM, done before noon on Monday. Some other well known places told me that they couldnt do it and I would need a new one. I knew it was a lie. Glad to find this place. I will go nowhere else from here on out. Thanks guys.

Above all theyre honest people and your money is staying local. I purchased a starter for $75.00 and blew out the gear 3 times because of a timing issue I had a hard time figuring out. They warrantied the starter each time even though it was my fault. Needless to say Ive been coming to them for the past ten years now. Great guys that work here and they know their stuff.

I went to this place because I thought I needed a starter on my car for them to put the starter on and my car still didn’t start it seem like they made it worser after I payed them for the part and labor they tried to send me somewhere else to only findout it was a alternator that I needed when they could’ve jus told me that instead of making me spend my money on something I didn’t even need and fixing the problem but u guys are suppose to do these things for a living I guess because I was a female they got down

Really good service because when I discovered a fitting issue they were able to help me with an old starter that was not standard at all and they had to rebuild part of the core I provided the techs did this the same day and it worked perfectly thanks!
