This Company is the BEST!! I have Bought several games from them! Chris always comes through and delivers on a timely basis and even comes and sets the game up. He also goes over and beyond to maintain the games that he sells. I had a manufacturing problem with The new Avengers game and he took a part of his Brand new display model and came and installed it on my Machine. Now THATS SERVICE! I would highly recommend!

I recently purchased an Avengers: Infinity Quest Premium pinball from Pascaretti Enterprises. They really came through for me and Ill definitely do business with them again.I stopped by their showroom and was delighted to see several pinball machines ready for me to play. Chris turned a few of them on and told me to try them out as long as Id like. They had many new titles and some classics, too. I played several of them and I settled on the Avengers pinball machine - Amazing toys and a deep ruleset should keep me playing this for years to come.The purchase was straight forward and Chris said they could deliver the next day. Communication was great; he confirmed that our time was still good. He and his team arrived on time and had the brand new game unboxed and set up in snap. He tested it out and answered all of my questions.Later in the evening, the new game started acting strange after a couple of hours of play. Random drains. It got progressively worse until the game became pretty much unplayable. I left Chris a voicemail early the next morning and he contacted me right after they opened. I mentioned I did a software code update. He offered to come out and take a look. He was back at my home before lunch to take a look. He updated the code again to ensure that wasnt the source of the problem. Turns out it wasnt. There were no tech alerts showing in the service menu so Chris went back to his office to consult with Stern Pinball. They made a suggestion to swap out a couple of different boards. Instead of waiting for Stern to send the parts, Chris kindly used the boards on his demonstration model to see if that was cause. Turns out it wasnt. Chris came back over on a Saturday to try to swap out the main CPU board (again using his own parts). Still not it. Finally, he came back with one of his very experienced service techs who did a deep dive and found a partially out of socket wire (hidden within a secure clip to a board). Success!Chris was relentless in pursuing this fix. I knew that they would resolve the issue or make it right. Im glad that I worked with a local distributor, there is no way I could have resolved this on my own by calling Stern directly.Chris, thank you to you and your team. Im thrilled with my purchase and I will definitely give you a call when Im ready for my next pinball machine!
