The store was clean that was polite would not crowded some customers did not apply the six feet rule I had one got customers standing right behind me two feet away with no mask on made me very uncomfortable Im a senior with quite a few health problems they make me very acceptable to the virus and other illnesses thats why I wear my mask also they do not have the newest version of the Google hub that I wanted even though the website said that they had it on hand at the store so I had to set and get the version one which is okay cuz I needed it and I would not about to keep running around on a bus trying to find one and it was only $39

Poor delivery execution. Poor customer service would not recommend them. They would not wait a few minutes for for me to arrive at the delivery location .

Good place to buy the necessary stuffs for construction and household. Its a massive shop.

Home Depot is the BEST PLACE to buy any kind of home improvement items needed. I have been dealing with Home Depot in Michigan since the late 70s and I will NEVER. EVER GO TO LOWES OR THE OTHER PHONY STORE NEITHER. I am also in my late 60s too and been in the trades since I was 6 years. With my father, grandfather, and uncles were all alive teaching me the various trades.

While the store is well stocked it appears that at this point in time they are suffering from the lack of persons working in the store. I was in need of assistance to get a large box off one of those top shelves of which I waited for at least 35 minutes to have an associated assist, hopefully things get back so some kind of normalcy soon.

Went in to get a few things staff was able to tell me exactly where my shop vac was some other items and I was out the door within 15 minutes it is a big store and I am a shopper and Im kind of slow when that goes so it had nothing to do with the staff got to the cashiers they were fast too good job home Depot staff

Unfortunately i dont remember the salespersons name but his ID # is AXF 4640. He helped me by ordering the correct mustee shower stall & matching extended base for my uses. Im hoping itll fit in the confines of space provided where i want the shower stall to fit!

This location tends to be out of a lot of things. Even if you believe its because theyre selling things quickly, its incumbent upon store management to properly stock the shelves. Thats not hard to do.

I went to Home Depot today to look at a lawn mower. Your employee Kim was very helpful. Kim answered all my questions. Kim even went outside with me to see if the lawn mower box would fit into my car trunk before I purchased the mower. My trunk was big enough. She helped put it in my vehicle. Kim was very professional. I think Kim is a great asset to Home Depot

My single item curbside order was inadvertently cancelled by the store. I was Not happy. Spoke with Carlton, Manager, who then told me to come by and pick up item at no charge. He even brought the item out to my car. Thats excellent customer service. Thank you, Carlton.

Walked through the entire store and was not greeted nor asked if I needed help. I passed by multiple store associates who seemed more interested in conversing amongst themselves rather than focusing on customer service.

I really liked the way this store was organized. I had a much easier time locating things here than at other Home Depots.

Not sure if this was a manager training day or what but there were plenty people around very polite answered questions as to where items were one person seem to be a little irritated because he was working on a project behind the blocked off aisle which I can understand by his facial expression but he was still helpful in answering my question..

The staffs don’t clean rooms, I found someone belonging underneath bed. It was dated 2009 the bathtub in the ladies door is extremely rusted an mold around tiles. Also have weird looking flies on shower wall. Women with kids will get better help than a single woman without kids.

I believe home Depot is the greatest home improvement store there ever was made and built the supervisors employees exactly know where everything is in their stores and if they dont they find one person that can help you and doesnt give you the runaround if they dont have it they tell you they dont have it they dont say they have it and then all of a sudden all I forgot they dont have it home Depot is a great place to shop at and I recommend it for everybody I give them 10 stars out of five

Just thought that I can share my appreciation of the manager Mike who work today June 2, 2021 around 2:30pm. I came in today to get some wood cut. but the machine was down so I called the manager and Mike showed up he went above and beyond to cut my board for me because I couldnt do it myself just thought that I can give him very very special thank you for going Above & Beyond for your customers

Staff here is great so they keep the lines moving pretty fast but I’ve never been here with the self check-out open and I come 4-5 times a week minimum. Really do enjoy the easy/ quick in and out the self check stations add

Don’t buy an appliance from Hime Depot!1. The service in the store is extremely slow and you will have to wait your turn.2. The system they use to schedule a delivery is equally slow and difficult for the Home Depot employee to use.3. When your scheduled delivery date comes2 weeks later, they give you a window of 9-1:30. Then in my case they called me at 2:30 to tell me that they won’t be bringing it out that day. Of course after I waited for them.4. The best part is when they tell you that you won’t be getting your appliance that day they tell you that the next available delivery slot is another 2 weeks out, rather than making an effort to deliver it the next day!If you like waiting during each and every step of the process than the Home Depot will make you very happy.

Ordered the Alice Spring ChicKen. It was warm at best supposed to come with mushrooms and onion. Had 1 mushroom no onion. Husband had ribs ate 2 bones no more again warm at best. For the price of these meals will not be returning.

Took grandson to get a tool he needed, saw long line in order to pay for it. Figured we be there for quite a while but at least they had more then one register open & we were in & out in no time. Saw online I could buy a bonsai... but couldnt find it. Other than that, really nothing horrible I can say about this place. I like going to Home Depot just to look at the light aisle and make renovation decisions for a house I dont even own yet. The aisles inside were a little crowed and dark by the grills but I wasnt down that way for too long so it didnt REALLY bother me. Just thought I would throw that out there.

Great experience with my mom here on the evening of 03.19.2021about an hour before closing. The woman working in the electrical outlets aisle that night was very very helpful, and quite knowledgeable. We were looking for some new gfci outlets and wall plates.

Had a flooring quote from here thinking it would be cheaper. Mind you they charge for a quote never had that before. Getting charged for a quote. Anyway I had already had a quote for real hardwood floors though my whole (small) 1200 Sq ft house home depot quoted me 3,000 more to get there cheapest laminate and cheap tile. I was so confused. The added on things that were already done at my house. Waste of time for a flooring quote dont go here.

I arrived early at 7:30 and was looking for a gate lock and needed assistance and walked up to associates who were all standing around talking and asked for help and all they could say is they didnt work in that department. One associate said she would page someone and I stood waiting as multiple people continued to go by and no one stopped to help me.....one guy I flagged down and asked for help he says that he doesnt work in that department and pointed me to the person who does and she says shes too busy to help pure rude.....I get confused in hardware stores and need help and they were no assistance and made me feel worse especially since I was coming for the lock because my grandmas yard was broken into and ransacked but instead of the associates helping they let me know as a hole they are too busy as a company to help their people

Found what I wanted easily. In and out really quick. So quick my Chinese food wasnt ready yet.

Finding it yourself is easier than finding a person who works there. But great selection on stuff.

I went there to get some paint and quickly became overwhelmed and found out the process is not as simple as picking the color. I wish I remembered her name but she was amazing, patient and knowledgeable. I felt like I was paint expert by the time I left and I was very satisfied with both the purchase and the experience. If I had to nitpick there was a door greeter who did not acknowledge me at all, no biggie but is worth mentioning. Overall the experience was stellar.

Called a daybefore my visit and was told the garden center opened at 6am. I had to ask the associate on the phone several times about opening times because she kept repeating what time the store closed!Arrived at 6:30 am the next day.The garden center was open, but had to walk through the entire store as it was not open from the outside. This was an errand specifically for and with my elderly mother who has difficulty with mobility, so I wish I had been told about this. Not a great variety of outdoor plants, and some of them looked like they were in bad shape.

I like this location for it’s convenience only.. But service here is just a complete flop.The employees seem super annoyed if you ask them for help. And some of them will just straight up ignore you!There was one day in particular when I was here with my mom. We kept calling out to an employee for help, but it was so obvious he was ignoring us.Eventually, we were able to get his attention, but, it seemed like he was hesitant to help us.. Even though he had no issue helping out the other customer before us.I’ve noticed that with a lot of the employees here at this specific location.. not sure why.I did, however, have a pleasant encounter here with two very sweet employees during another one of my trips (didn’t catch their names, unfortunately). But it seems as though those kinds of employees are rare at this location.

They did have all items I was seeking...please expect long lines due to Covid-19. Also, they trying to minimize the cashout flow option as best as they can. I do enjoy shopping there and the service representative are always helpful. I believe that HomeDepot is the new place to hang out because it doesnt matter what time of day or what day of the week they are always busy...

Not to impressed. Stock on shelves is a mess. Not organized at all. Or out of items. And staff not to helpful. When you ask an employee for assistance they act as if you inconvenienced them. Not all, there are some that will help you with a smile.

The only reason im giving this a 5 Star review is because of the manager name Chris! Very nice man did his job by helping my father and I out with a problem we had regarding about a Christmas tree. Now my children can finally have a big tree this year thanks to him.
