They did a great great job on my windows ....Great Amazing..customer service was great and understanding ..here are the only pics i have but it shows the gist of the tint.

I have used Sun Shades services for my last 4 vehicles, and never had a problem. I have also referred many people to Sun Shades over the years (including my father who has taken 3 of his vehicle). However, I purchased a new vehicle and wanted to bring it to Sun Shade. Well, I do not know what happened, but their services has drastically changed. I have called 4 times in the last 6 days attempting to schedule an appointment. Each time I call, it is at 9:30, as soon as they open, since they apparently no longer schedule appointments more than one day out. If I am lucky enough to have someone answer my call, I am told that they are booked and I will need to call back another day. Again, I ask if I am able to schedule an appointment at that time...and am told no, I am only one person, you will have to call back another day as soon as we open. I continue to due this each morning, only to keep receiving the same answer sorry, call back another day. I find it extremely odd that a business can conduct themselves that way. How can you not schedule appointments more than one day out? Most folks have to work for a living. So each time you open at 9:30, I have to stop what I am doing to call, if you dont answer at that time, I have to wait a few minutes and call back until youre able to answer the phone. Again to be told were full, or Im busy today, callback another day. Well on the forth day that I called hoping to schedule an appointment, I called at 9:30am, than at 9:34am, then at 9:41am. At that point my call was answered, and I was again told call back another day. The gentleman became very rude and said I am not more important than anyone else and that I will have to call everyday as soon as they open to see if I can get in. Well, my money is good anywhere and I will begin taking my vehicles elsewhere where I can schedule an appointment and not have to call every morning to play games.

I Love this place. Very reasonable and great service. Very business like and professional.

Only place I take my vehicles (since 93 ) and only place I ever recommended.. I still own a vehicle they tinted back in 96 and the tint still looks amazing. No bubbles and none of that purple color change. They only use quality products. Very professional and work in a timely manner. They also do house hold applications too.

Good luck getting an appointment. I have called multiple times over the last week as soon as they open at 9:30am and each time I am very rudely told they arent available, callback another day. They will not make appointments. At one point I was told by the guy that answered the phone that Im not important and that hes just one person. Needless to say, Ill be going elsewhere.

Called Sun Shade, was impressed with conversation due to time I couldnt make it into shop. Person referred to call on Monday at 930am sand set up appt, called, got appt. I arrived early enough to get all details that was gonna happen. I got my Chevy traverse 2 front windows tinted in about 30 min or so. Im impressed sofar, and would recommend any of my friends if they were interested.Woody was my tech. Super cool guy, even during covid times.

A horrible experience, I’ve gotten tints before in all my cars.... they rush here I left and as I’m driving home i look at my drivers window and there’s wipe streaks all over It, I never seen this before he wiped It down leaving those streaks I call to let them know why It was left there he gave me a attitude and just told me to get a rag and wipe It it’s a big deal, if I’m paying you to do It you should do it the right way he then asked me to come back so he can get rid of It because he knew It was bad but i refused due to being on the freeway. Horrible customer service I’d love to have a talk with a manager

Met the owner in a store purely by accident. He gave a good impression so I stopped at their place as Ive never (in 30 years driving) had my windows tinted. Tremendously knowledgeable, patient and courteous salesman (Eric?) had a no-pressure approach which led to having my entire car tinted with the premium (ceramic) tint. Ill never have another vehicle w/o tint and Ill never venture elsewhere.

I called them at 9:30am. They got me in the same day, by 2pm my truck was done. The tint looks great!Woody the installer was polite, and knowledgeable regarding the tint.I will go here in the future to have other vehicles tinted by them

AVOID this place! Took my wifes car in a few months ago, looks great and had a very fast turn around. I referred a friend and he had a little issue with setting an appointment but it worked out in the end. I wanted to get another vehicle tinted so I called Friday to see about coming in on the following Monday, I was told they wouldnt be available Monday, thats fine I can do Tuesday, he said to call on Tuesday morning. I called 15 minutes after opening and was told they were booked up and that usually appointments are made a day ahead of time but he could probably get me in on Wednesday. I asked why I they didnt offer to make an appointment for Tuesday when I called on Friday, he deflected and started complaining about being short handed and to call back around 2:30 to see if there was an opening in the evening. I called back at 2, nope they didnt have time. I asked to make an appointment for Wednesday, I was told to call back Wednesday morning (earlier the better). So appointments are made a day ahead of time, but you cant actually make that appointment?! I regret referring anyone here. Too early to tell if the tint I did get will last, but I can tell you that the way this business is ran its likely not to last much longer.

Called around noon and asked if he accepted walk-ins because all the shops said they were booked for the day and I needed to make an appointment. He kept me on hold to call to see if his other customer was still coming. He told me that i could come and when I got there his prices were super high 209$ for basic tints? Was a little disappointed but fine since he was nice enough to let me come in I agreed on the price. Dropped off my car around 2ish. I get a call at around 4:45 telling me I needed to hurry and come get my car, thinking it was done already. When I got there I was shocked that it wasn’t tinted??? I asked why he said my windows were dirty and that he “called me multiple times” when I didn’t receive any call. He said he couldn’t do it and if he did it would be and extra 50$ so I tell him I fine do it and I’ll pay the extra 50$ on top of the 209$ which I was basically getting ripped off big time. He gave me another excuse that he couldn’t do it because he had to leave somewhere. So not a place I recommend the person there shows he doesn’t want to work.

Straight up honest good work, paid 70$$ for 2 windows @ 18% tint to match rear factory windows and the look is perfect you couldnt tell that it was aftermarket... Has a perfect factory look... Rember good work aint cheap and cheap work aint good so if you want youre tint done right the first time go visit these guys

Whomever owns this place needs new employees in shop. I have been trying to get in here for 2 weeks. I keep getting the run around. They obviously do not want to work. One guy Will seemed ok. Havent seen him since my first stop in. The other guy a complete waste of money. Dont bother with them. I have gotten cars done here since my early 20s. This has been the worst experience here recently
