I visited with a friend to help get them a car battery and just like that I committed to Advance Auto Parts for my future auto needs.. Thanks to this store and their helpful staff... The atmosphere seems sad and depressed in stores Ive visited lately..noone wants to bee there it seems so when I walk in Im looking for a comfortable and everything is going to bee alright atmosphere and that is exactly what I got. It started in the parking lot one of the workers was helping a customer install windshield wipers and they were laughing and appearing to enjoy what they were doing. I walked in and my customer service experience was just as memorable... And I was not even there for anything but just that interaction they had with anyone in their store... that is what I enjoyed most.. I am thankful for their kindness and I encourage anyone to seek stores with employees I described because that type of atmosphere does wonders for your soul. Thank You to this store

Terrific service! I walked in and was acknowledge by 3 different people right away. They were able to help me with a light that came on in my Jeep and helping me figure out what steps to take. Extremely helpful, will be going back there again. 😊

Ordered engine oil online and went in too pick it up, noticed it was the wrong oil and they wouldnt let me return or exchange it and told me to come back in an hour, what!? In addition I needed to purchase an extra quart of oil, but they only accept cash in store during corona season (great philosophy) so I couldnt purchase that either, overall I accomplished nothing and got stock with something I cant use 🤦‍♂️

It was a complete waste of time coming here. My check engine light came on at a time when the dealerships were closing and I was told to come here to have the codes checked for free. I walked in and the girl was helpful and checked them for me but was uncertain of what the message meant so we went back inside so she could look it up. Meanwhile, the 2 other guys (who were doing nothing) asked her what was going on and all 3 proceeded to talk about what it could be. They talked to each other more than they did me and I had to jump in and say Im sorry but what is the problem now? The one guy just said if you dont get it fixed itll go bad fast. Very helpful and comforting considering I have to go the whole weekend before I can get it fixed. What irritated me the most is it was my vehicle but they (mainly the 2 guy employees) were discussing it like it was something random without barely making eye contact with me. TALK TO ME! Since I had no idea what they were saying and they barely talked to me at all, I left. Would NOT recommend this location.

Sean and Mark were amazing to work with. They helped me install wiper blades, head light bulbs and brake light bulbs in the pouring rain. They went above and beyond with their customer service skills and for that I will always go to them for anything! Thank you

Great service knowledgeable staff I purchased the wrong item yesterday they helped me get the right item made the price lower so I could afford it help me out to the car I would recommend anybody go here. I called another location that said they had this in stock the gentleman was pretty rude I told him I purchased from the other store he told me I had to return it to the other store cuz he was not going to take a return from a different store and if I wanted a discount I had to do it online because he wasnt going to give me an online discount. I had spoke to Tony at 13 Mile and Ryan great guy he didnt have the item I needed and stock but he directed me to the right location also 13 and Ryan 14 and Schoenherr two of the best locations you guys have

Check their website. They often offer a 20% discount for ordering online and picking up in store. Then they also have an email and text msg program with offers of $40 off 80 and $5 off 10 whether based on previous purchases or not can definitely save some money.

Had the part I needed more inexpensively than anyone else. I was in and out the door in 5 minutes. Theyre generally always very helpful.

When you need a certain part for your vehicle just go there and ask the helpful staff, or if you have time, you can do as I do and browse the isles. I have a K&N air filter and I needed a can of filter oil because I had just washed my filter, no other auto parts store near me had the oil in stock except Advance Auto Parts.

This place and the while chain is overpriced, same oil and filtets, not too mention tools are cheaper at autozone or OReilly, if you really want to save buy your air and oil filters at Walmart or meijer, same with oil, but service is good, guys working there cant do anything about high prices and cheap tools

I needed my battery checked to see if it was dying or not. He was super rude and acting like every question was not in his job requirement. Then he said he couldnt do anything for me and said it was my fault for owning a H3. Worst customer service ive had. Wont be coming back.

Every time I come here the staff is always friendly, and helpful, unlike a few other auto stores I go to. Not to mention the quality at Advance is always superb to others.

Kind of dirty and unorganized...but they did have what I needed and at a half decent price.

Cut in and out within a few minutes with help getting lug nuts that lock. Needed them desperately for the day after and they had no problem help me out. Even with only 10 minutes still open.
