Ordered a complete 3rd member rebuild for my 741 case 8 3/4 rear-end. Sent wrong yoke. The over nighted it. All good. My install mechanics move forward......wrong bearings......drive down to get them.....come back....wrong pinion bearing....place is a joke. Didnt offer anything for my inconvenience. Car has been tied up for a week. What a joke.

Got the wrong parts was told he had new warehouse guys that didnt know what they were doing that he would go to the warehouse and look never called back so i called him back to say can you go check if you have the right parts he said he had to check his emails and doesnt know if he has any in stock and i said i need the parts overnighted and he hung up on me terrrrrrible service mind you we spend about 2 thousand each time we purchase we make there

These guys are awesome and really know their stuff. This will be the second time I brought them a truck to have the differential gears swapped and I couldnt be happier! Theyre knowledgeable but communication horrible. Dropped off a part for a driveshaft on Friday lunchtime and said they would call me with a quote. I had to call them Tuesday morning to finally get my quote, which took 10 minutes on the phone. After getting everything okd to order, they said they would call me as soon as it came in. I called on Thursday to see if it was ready and they said it was here yesterday. The product looks good but havent tested it out as I needed to reschedule the installation with the shop.

This place is the best if you have axle problems or need a driveshaft. Erik and Rich are awesome. The team is built from Car guys who are extremely knowledgable. I myself am an ASE master Mechanic but when I needed a driveshaft made I knew just where to go. Were lucky to have such a great shop in Metro Detroit.

Great shop. I had them install new gears and a limited slip rear differential in my Ram truck. They were all great to deal with, especially Robert, who was very professional and knowledgeable and polite. They were prompt, on time, and kept me updated throughout the process. I definitely recommend this place for driveline work of any kind.

Eric is awesome. I bought an aftermarket driveshaft assembly from Amazon for my vehicle which started vibrating badly. Eric gave me alot of information on how to get things fixed, either by him, dealer or the after market manufacturer. Great!!

Had a problem with my driveshaft when they installed pretty much said I was on my own didnt even put lock tight on the bolts my whole driveshaft almost fell out and shook at lot of my other parts loose because of it not happy at all

I guess if they wouldve acknowledged me sitting at the counter for 10 minutes other than being worried about taking their break, I could give a review of the work. Guess Ill find somewhere else.
