I’ve recently purchased a Full & Queen mattress set from this establishment. First, I’ll like to say Chris is an amazing salesman. He was beyond knowledgeable about his products and was very personable and friendly. I am so pleased he assisted greatly in choosing the best mattresses for me and my family.Tevin, and Meech my superb deliverymen were beyond helpful, polite, and they truly went above and beyond to get my mattress settled into it’s new home! Good quality box springs, they were out of the $100 option when I went, so I had to upgrade to the $150 option.

Second visit. Needed a new mattress top and a new rug I absolutely love all products I have received from them. I would definitely recommend them. If you are looking for a new mattress or a new rug this is the place to go I have gotten two area rugs and live them both. And also have gotten a box spring a mattress and today I got a serta mattress top and overall I spent nearly half as much as I would have at another company

Just bought a pretty good King size bed for myself and it’s not bad, it’s pretty smooth so far. My kids like sleeping in it when I’m not. Service was professional and they’re reasonably priced!.

Understaffed. 2 people in the store guarantees you AT LEAST a half an hour wait. The one guy tries to be informative, but really just rambles on unnecessarily. My wife had to help them deliver the King mattress because they were understaffed. Tried to return mattress in plastic next business day due to bad description of the product over the phone and was given the worst explanation and options imaginable. Ive purchased a few mattresses from them in the past, but this will end my relationship with them. Far too many other stores have more products with the exact same prices

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! They have terrible service!!!! Bought a bed and box spring for my daughter (she wanted to redo her room for her sweet 16) I sent my wife and my daughter to pick it out. They changed the price from what was previously discussed, then purposely overcharged for delivery. Then once they did deliver the mattress and box spring, they just put it on the porch, did not put it in the room. Unfortunately, we immediately discovered that the peices were too small, so we call and notify ( to Chris the mgr) who promptly agreed to switch it out and proceeded to do so at almost the origanal price of the first mattress set with an additional delivery charge.....OMG!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!! After this experience, I felt so bad, i felt violated for not having another option in a crisis situation. Next time i will just buy from VCF, who also delivered this morning, took time, put everything in the room, set it up and wished my daughter a happy Birthday (they were a class act). NEVER, NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

I love this store. My mattresses are very good quality. The price was amazing and the delivered them to my house within an hour of me leaving the store. I recommended them to everyone. My coworker purchased hers from them and she lives in Westland, but she said it was worth the drive.

Weve bought two mattresses and a futon over bthe past few years and have had wonderful service with great quality. This time around been got several area rugs.Love this place and I drive cross town to do business with them.

I purchased an 8 futon mattress today, and was all excited to get it home and feel the difference. I feel a difference alright; I feel the middle bar MORE with the new one! Since I use the futon as a bed, I set the new mattress atop the old one and am hoping for a good nights sleep. If you need a futon mattress for sleeping on, DONT get it here. Very poor quality! 😡
