Good experience overall, wait to be serviced at the desk was a little long. Other than that, they serviced my vehicle in a timely manner.

Waited at the desk for 20 minutes to schedule an oil change. Had to go to sporting goods just to find an associate to help me. Finally got in, I was told a half hour. Tried calling repeatedly, was put on hold for another 20 minutes (while on the clock at work) just to have to go into the store. I understand you can get behind, I work in the service industry. But there is a major lack of customer service and communication on their part. Ive never experienced anything this difficult when it came to vehicle maintenance and Ive been to every automotive shop in Warren county.I will not be back. You also have the most expensive oil change Ive ever paid in my life.

I was literally the second person in line 20 minutes before they even opened and was told we were all already 3 cars behind from work they didnt do yesterday. Talked to the manager who said no first come first serve. They do not have appointments and I would be in after the first guy. I was told 45 minutes came back and my car wasnt even in the garage! They had 5 people total working! Over an hour and 10 minutes after that they had me ready. I was getting 4 summer tires off and winter on. My first attempt to have them do this I was there 32 minutes after opening and was told there were 4 ahead of me wait time would be between I kid you not 6-7 HOURS! Unless you are truly desperate do not come here.

Cheap, get what you pay for. They need to have high turn over, and theyre often swamped. Id recommend overall

I was only told there were 3 cars ahead of me. Ive been here for 2 hours and the people ahead of me havent even been serviced yet. Just getting a basic oil change.

They do good work, when you can get in. I used to get oil changes here while I did grocery shopping. I quit when I could never get thru without a 2 hour wait.

Slower than molasses! They tell you on the phone that it takes about 30 minutes, which is ridiculously slow for an oil change in itself. Once youre there the drag it out much longer. If you watch them work, everything is sloooow mooooooootion. I suspect they want to keep you shopping in the store and they train their service workers to work like a herd of turtles. No need to lie to me on the phone about how long youre going to take though.

Wish I could give this NO stars. December 8, 2018, they “claim” I told them I had an oil leak, which I NEVER stated that- I told them I didn’t want them to use their blue goop. But....let’s go with me “claiming” I had an oil leak. They should’ve fixed it, right? February rolls around and my check engine light comes on. I DO have an oil leak!!! I had a mechanic look at it and he said I had a cracked oil cooler. Got a second opinion, same results. Was told the last person who changed my oil cracked my oil cooler. I filed a claim, but Walmart denied the claim. They are the only ones that have ever changed my oil. I’m livid. They just lost a customer!
