I been going to SVS Vision for last several years, and was pretty happy with their service. I’m diabetic patient and needed a diabetic eye exam. So got a appointment, the doctor decided to dialysis my eyes. Once the doctor put the drops in the eyes. Normally, there is an wait for 15-20 before re-checking. But, she checked my eye within a minutes. The doctor said nothings have changed but feel free to look at new pair of glasses.Keep in my, They all my records. I do need a new pair of glasses and have order previously, bi-focal lenses. I order a new pair, assuming everything is same getting new lenses with everything i had previously. Well, the doctor did not put bi-focal and i got new pair of glasses. The problem was that I was unable to read anything up close. So, I went back at the store, and they want to charge me additional $120 to get it right. They should give me the whole glass for free. Well i had to call their customer service and was able to get the additional charged waived. But the doctor, should be gone.

The staff was friendNot crowd- loved I went right back at my scheduled appointment time..The service was fast.. Doctor was very NICE”only thing for me” (my opinion) they need some better style -more up to date glasses

2nd time at thus location. The staff are friendly and personable. Efficient processes in place for equipment disinfection.

I went here about a year ago or so and asked for a replacement shield for my glasses. A lady there told me they dont make the shields separately from the glasses, thus I would need to purchase a whole new pair. I thought this didnt sound right so I checked with another SVS person not from the 12 and Mound SVS Vision place. She not only confirmed I could get a replacement shield without getting all new glasses, she gave me the replacement shield without charge. This doesnt shine too brightly on the 12 Mile and Mound SVS Vision store. Either the lady I dealt with there was poorly trained, not too bright, lazy, dishonest, or some combination of these. Beware if you go there. They seem not to have all their ducks in a row.

My salesperson, is the best in all the years we been coming. He has shown to be very aware of my husband and my needs. We are very upset that he is leaving but he is the best. But we will continue to be his guest even after he leaves.

Staff was super friendly and was in and out with new glasses in 30 minutes.

First time going I got good service, second time bad service they lost my glasses and then called saying they found them. I don’t feel like the prescription is accurate.

Their glasses are insanely over priced. After them asking me to spend $850 on my glasses I found them online WITH my prescription for under $80. The doctor that brought be back to test my eyes seemed to be in an extreme rush, barely giving me time to look at the different slides. I never even leave reviews but I was so dissatisfied I felt the need too. 0 stars.

The people at this store are so FAKE!! One of them claims to be so religious - and then talks behind EVERYONES back!! Customers sit and talk with her, and then she makes fun of them and insulting their children once they leave! I HEARD IT FOR MYSELF!! I turned and walked out - and call the corp office, and got my glasses mved to another store!! INSULTING and makeing fun of little kids???? she needs to get back to that church she is always talking about!

TERRIBLE waste of time!! my fault.. thought I was customer, however since it was company related I was completely unappreciated even with Cartier frames on..

Literally had everyone tell me I made a mistake coming here. Over paid, just like everyone said. Dont bother. The staff is friendly enough but they dont set the prices. Just go online or literally anywhere else tbh. Nothing personal, just SVS as a corporation.

It was my first time coming here and i was impressed! The staff was friendly and informative. I was taken for my appointment right on time which was great. Much better than the other place i have been going to for so many years (Americas Best). I would recommend coming here for your vision needs! :)

Very nice clean and got me in and out

I went in for an annual eye exam and the Dr. was very cold. She did not introduce herself nor did she even greet me with a simple hello. She went through the exam without explanation of what she was doing. As I was picking out new frames I said something to the young gentleman about how cold the Dr. Was towards me and he explained that it was her last day there. Last day or not you should treat al patients kindly. I will never go here again.

Always friendly service... never had a problem.. ever!! Glasses are always back fast.. eye exams are always on schedule rarely wait!! Would highly recommend them to anyone who needed an eye exam or glasses... Ive even sent family to them!! Keep up the great service!!

The Ladies at SVS Vision are nice, friendly and helpful! I had the pleasure of working with Brianna.There is a wide variety of frames to choose from. If your like me and not sure what style of glasses look good on you. No worry, the ladies are excellent at help you choose the perfect size and style that suits your face! The Dr. is very knowledgeable in Optometry and makes you fell at easy during the Eye exam.

Where do I start. The people in there are friendly and the store has many glasses to choose from. I was very happy with my glasses and such a affordable price! I would definitely come back again!

This place is wonderful! All of the women here are amazing and helpful. The doctor who did my exam was very nice and thorough and my prescription was perfect. The woman helping my pick out my glasses was honest with what looked good on me and what didnt. I ended up with a gorgeous pair of Tiffany glasses, but there was so many to choose from and range from cheap to designer. I will always come here for my vision needs!!

I love SVS vision. The staff has always been helpful to me and the ladies always help me pick out the right glasses and try and give me the best deals. But! This is the first time I’ve been there since they changed eye drs I’m not sure what her name is but I’m not a fan of her. She is extremely nice I will say that but I didn’t feel listened to or taken seriously at all. I also checked the box stating I have high blood pressure and that I’ve been experiencing eye flutters and she never once addressed that I told her I’ve been having an issue with headache again and she kinda just shrug it off. She cares more about what her computer says about your eyes and your age than what’s actually going on. She was really nice but I did not feel listened to at all nor taken seriously. I miss the other girl that use to be there.

The worse place in the world to go is here..I played out of pocket for lenses that are not correct on one side so I made a appointment and took them back only to be told lenses are only for down the middle not sides...wth lenses should be for a viewing sides

The young lady was VERY HELPFUL in helping me decide which glasses I should choose. Very pleasant to talk to. Kudos to all of you there. I would definitely recommend this optical center. There wasnt much of a wait at all.

The staff was so helpful! They gave me real opinions to the frames I was trying on! Not just yes those all look fabulous on you but things like those could work but maybe Im a different color, hold on and grabbed the other color! I would recommend coming here to everyone!! Even their phone etiquette was phenomenal!

I do not recommend them at all unless you like being ripped off. My son was give the WRONG prescription by THEIR DR & they won’t refill his new script unless I pay!!!!

I have been going here for about 6 years now and I keep coming back because the staff is AWESOME! I was assisted by Theoni and Rebecca today and they were amazing. Im very picky but they took the time to help me find something that I would love! The staff there has always been super nice and nothing has changed in the 6 years I have been going here.

My experience was very wonderful! I arrived 30 minutes late, because I went to the wrong location. The nice receptionist informed me that they were all booked up for the day and I would have to reschedule for a later date. Once she spoke with the doctor she was still able to fit me in.

They are helpful and great service. They also well help you pick out the right flame for your face too. Very respectful too

They are expensive. I was looking for a specific rayban frame which they were selling for $229, which in fact was $163 on raybans website and on other leading optical centers. They dont give you the complete breakdown of the lenses they charge you for, therefore you end up paying more for things you dont need. They also lied to me on two different occasions which I am not going to go into, but was a good enough reason for me to return my glasses and go someplace else. I got the same frame + better authentic rayban lenses from lenscrafters for a 100 dollars cheaper than SVS.

The staff is extremely friendly and in my opinion,have gone over the top to see to all my eye care needs. They have made sure that I was properly taken care of and that my glasses have been made perfectly. Plan on going there whenever I need glasses.

Had an appointment set and they called to cancel it due to “doc needing to cut his day short” and then the soonest they could get me in was a week and a half later. I really need to see an eye doc and will be taking my business elsewhere permanently. Thanks SVS for nothing.

Hi our Vanessa purchased glasses at this optical store.They were very friendly to her, talked to as a person didnt look at the fact she is in a wheelchair. The staff and service was fine. The product, absolute worst lenses I have ever had! The Eye Definition lenses are expensive but I was happy to pay for good vision. Here it is a few months later and they have so many hair line scratches that I have blurred vision! I have had glasses for YEARS and never had anything like this happen. This product is garbage! The lenses also get a film on them no matter what approved cleaning method I use.JUNK. Absolute JUNK!

First time going to an SVS vision since I changed insurance and I will not be going back. I went in for a normal eye exam, then someone proceeded to try selling me on frames. I couldnt find frames similar to my current ones so I told the lady I would take my prescription to go and only buy sunglasses at SVS. She proceeded to tell me that I didnt look good in the frames I was wearing and that I really should be buying new frames from them. What the heck? Embarrassed, I still bought a $300 pair of sunglasses and was treated very rudely for the rest of the transaction. Months later and now that the weather is nicer, I got new glasses and started wearing my sunglasses. Turns out, my prescription is completely wrong! What a waste of time and money. I dont even want to go back to tell them the prescription has been wrong all along because the experience was so bad.

While the Dr was awesome the staff leaves a lot to be desired - rude and short all I had to do was pick up glasses and was told to wait my turn they should have someone there that takes care of people that are just in and out instead of making them wait 15-20 minutes just to pick up glasses - going back Henry Ford Optimeyes

Took my family here...found out a couple of months later when I had to take one of my children to a specialist that all of us had been prescribed incorrect prescriptions. Yes they did replace the glasses with the correct prescription after, but the prescription thru originally prescribed ruined one of my childs eyes! Do not go here!

Check out SVS Vision 12 Mile Mound in Warren. First exam in 10 years, so i wasnt exactly in the mindset to make an appt, but it was a simple appt process on their website. Text reminder was convienent. From start to finish, the staff were awesome, caring, and funny! Took me a considerable time to pick out the right frames and they were troppers with their honest opinions and humor, making the process quite enjoyable! The Doc was so informative, literally explaining every part of my vision, taking extra time to answer every question I could ask. I was just being curious.. Happy customer, would highly recommend!Tell them Tim Jones sent ya!

I had an appointment with the SVS vision in Warren MI about three weeks ago. Unbeknownst my appointment was cancel without my knowledge and someone else was put in my spot. They told me that I can be seen after they take care of the patient that they put in my place which was unfair because I did not CANCEL my appointment. After I told the manager that I did not agree with the way they treated me she turn around to walk away and while doing this she reached in pants as if she was pulling up her underwear and I saw her butt..I want an apology.. I called corporate about my horrible experience and nothing was done about...Disappointed patient

The staff at this location has gone above and beyond my expectations for eye care!!! Not only do they care about you as a patient but as a person as well. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by all of the staff members at once, it was quite pleasant! Their doctor, Dr. Roula is very personable and very good at what she does! I have NEVER seen this clear in my LIFE!! I am recommending all of my friends and family to come here. Even when I had a minor mishap and I decided to change my frame, they were very happy to help me! This group of women at this location made me feel so comfortable and well educated me on exactly each lens is and does. I will be forever grateful for Theoni, Tes, Rebecca, Brianna, and Robin.
