I went here after I saw all the good reviews. The doctor ia very helpful and answered all the questions I had for her about my contacts and glasses. I would recommend to family and friends.

The staff and Dr. are amazing! They are all so helpful, patient, caring. The Dr. took time to listen to all that was going on in my health that could be possibly related to my eyes. Was extremely thorough in my exam, explained everything she was doing, explained in the inside of the eye like it’s never been explained before. She put me at ease. The front desk was so helpful in helping me pick out my frames, explaining the cost of everything, very kind. I will be coming back and will also bring my children.

Of my 25 years wearing glasses, my visit to Warren Optometric Clinic was by far the best experience I had getting an eye exam and picking out glasses. Dr. Ellie is so nice and knowledgeable and the front desk ladies made me feel at home immediately. The office atmosphere is very laid back and they have the absolute cutest office pup named Benji. Picking out frames has always been something I dread because I never know what looks good on me and it just always felt like a chore. Not here though. We went through the entire store looking at frames and narrowing which had the best size and shape for my face and I got so much useful feedback that the process was actually fun! I’m so excited for my new glasses to come in and I will absolutely be going back when I’m due for my eye exam next year.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. They usually have a dog who greets you, but this visit he sadly wasnt apart of the experience, but looking forward to seeing him next time. Dr Elle is great to work with, and is diligent with answering and all questions. Staff and front desk are very helpful in deciding on glasses and confirming insurance and cost, as well as very friendly.

I called the office couple days ahead of visit to find out if my moms insurance is accepted. I was by the secretary that the insurance is accepted. We go in the office and after the visit we were told to pay 300$ for the glasses and even the picture is not covered by her insurance. Be aware, not a professional place to go to for your eyes.

I have been a patient with doctor Ellie daneshvar since July of 2020. I think she and all of her staff are fantastic! She examined my eyes and also treated me for dry eyes - that is her specialty. She is very thorough and explains everything that she is doing. She had me take we love eyes and also z o c u l a r eyelid gel and an eye mask, daily, which you warm in the microwave. Before I started doing that my eyes were very irritated and they would run frequently. I have now been using everything for one year and my eyes feel so much better. I had an exam today and things have improved! I was not expecting that! Also, I always have problems picking out frames and I had looked at them ahead of time and did not see anything that I liked. Angela, who is so nice, asked me what I like and I told her and the first pair that she suggested were the ones that I got! That has never happened to me before. Dr. Ellie daneshvar, both ladies behind the desk and little Benji made my visit a very pleasant experience.

Love Dr. Elly. She is the third optometrist I have had since going to this location. Shes very kind & thorough. I drive from Jackson to see her!

Beautifully designed and laid back office atmosphere. The staff and Dr. Daneshvar were all very friendly, and made me feel at ease, which is really appreciated in these unusual times. They have the prices listed on every pair of frames, and they have a wide selection. Dr. Daneshvar herself helped me pick out the pair that worked best with my face, and I never once felt pressured to go for anything more expensive, or add anything unnecessary to my lenses.

Where do I start? This place is nothing less than AMAZING. The customer service is PHENOMENAL... My eyeglass optician was Ms. Candi. She is very knowledgeable on her recommendation of what’s best. Before you even see the doctor (Dr. Ellie) who is super amazing and friendly. I got a pair of my high-end eyeglasses lenses replaced. Ms. Candi worked my frames.... she provided insight on the color and shape. This place is AMAZING. I definitely RECOMMEND “Warren Optometry”. I recently moved to the area and went to see Dr. Ellie during their trunk show on 11/11/19. Ive never really thought much about going to the eye doctor, but I was extremely impressed with the whole process. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an adorable dog Benji who was so well behaved. The staff was warm and accommodating. Dr. Ellie was very professional and thorough, but also very fun. Her office is very high tech including an amazing exam area that moves so you dont have to (See pictures). While I was there they had representatives from Fendi and Gucci that helped me try on glasses and they really helped me pick out glasses that fit my face shape and style. This was definitely the best experience ive ever had at an eye appointment and will definitely tell my family and friends!

Had an 10/10 experience,starting from the examination, Dr Ellie explained the procedures to me very thoroughly, also explained to me some cool things about the eyes! Learned some new things!Also, Gave me the correct vision lenses for my eyes and their technologies are very advanced, they had a table where the machines came to you! so you dont have to keep switching seats, very friendly environment and the front desk lady was very polite and nice, definitely makes you feel home for your eye wear needs, Also not to mention.. they have the Greatest Eyewear Glasses Selection around!I absolutely recommend this place for any of your eyewear needs.

I am truly disappointed in my visit there because I relied on all these great reviews. Everyone really was very nice and friendly but the equipment is rather old, the lenses were scratched up and difficult to see through as well. The exam was standard and per my request I was given my prescription at the end. Today I received my reading glasses and honestly I see better without them! They are absolutely the wrong prescription. Made an appointment elsewhere to get tested again. Sadly the lenses I paid for will go in the garbage.I couldnt find a way to respond to the owner so I will append. The reading glasses prescription according you to was OD -0.50 and OS +0.25. The correct prescription turned out to be OD +1.00 and OS +1.75. Ive omitted the cylinder and axis. With such a significant difference no wonder I couldnt see. Contrary to your claim I have NOT received any messages from you and have not contacted you because I simply chose to go elsewhere. Sadly youre not sorry that you made a gross mistake, youre only sorry that I FEEL like I didnt get a quality exam....

Dr. Ellie and her outstanding staff at Warren Optometric Clinic literally changed my life! I never even knew about “transitions” contact lenses - lenses that become like sunglasses - until Dr. Ellie set me up with them. They have made a huge difference for me on sunny days. Driving is certainly more pleasant and I feel much more capable of attaining a high level of athletic mediocrity on the tennis court. Not only is my vision restored but gone too is my anxiety about high lobs into the sun and my backhand. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

Very friendly and professional with modern equipment...thorough exam and nice variety of frames...little sticker shock but you get what you pay for and dont want to be too cheap when it comes to your eyes I guess. And dr. Benji makes you feel at home. Tail wags and scratched bellies.

The staff was friendly and very efficient. I found this office through Apple Maps looking for an appt after a year of not wearing contacts or glasses.The Doctor has an excellent bed aide manner. She was gently, efficient, friendly and more important very knowledgeable! She found my script fast and explained everything! I WILL be bringing my kids here and we will now be a faithful patient to this location!Solid 5 Stars! Thank you! 😄

Loved everything about this office! I had such a terrible experience with America’s Best at 12 and Gratiot I ended up waiting years before making another eye appointment...assuming all places must be similar to them. I wish I had come across this practice sooner! The office was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly! I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. Dr. Daneshvar was friendly, professional, patient...she even helped me pick out a pair of glasses! I don’t make it a point to do reviews very often and I would recommend this place for sure!

This is the nicest eye clinic around! They have just remodeled the inside! More importantly the staff are extremely nice. I was in a predicament where I needed a spare set of contacts. The staff were so accommodating. They got a me a new set of contacts to hold me over. 100% recommend this place!

This was a nww place for me and I was a little nervous but they were wonderful! Very patient! Dr made sure all my questions were answered and showed me with an eye model of exactly what was going on with my eyes. I had been having so many issue with my contacts prior to this. Dr. Daneshvar was truly the first optometrist that addressed my concerns. Previous Drs had shrugged it off when I said wearing my contacts were uncomfortable and always felt like something was in my eye. She did a thorough exam and explained what was going on and how we were going to get me back into my contact lenses. I also needed a new pair of glasses to wear since my contacts were irritating my eyes. She looked at my face shape and pulled a few pairs for me to try. Can I just say her frame selection is the best! Instead of walking out frustrated without having selected a pair of frames, I had three pairs that I had a hard time choosing between. She carries all the great lines, with ton of styles, I almost bought two pair because I loved her picks so much. I would highly recommend Warren Optometry and Dr. Daneshvar to anyone who wants great frames and amazing customer service.

My wife goes here but my son does not as he sees a specialist. Recently he had a headache and eye issues at school and the specialist was closed for the day. Dr. E and the staff said they would fit him and to come right in. They did a very thorough exam to make sure nothing was wrong with his eyes. Very nice and very good at what they so.
