Every single time I go here they mess up my order. Wrong drink, wrong bagel, butter instead of cream cheese, egg sandwich instead of bagel, wrong smoothie flavor etc. The coffees are always so watered down with milk and creamer too. I live very close so its super convenient when I want something quick and on the go but now I actively drive past sip n dip to spend more money and go to dunkin instead. I understand that the masks make it hard to hear but they should be repeating the orders back or have a drive thru prompter to verify the orders and mitigate mistakes.

Good coffee and donuts and ice cream

Friendly staff. Fast service and amazing Pumpkin Spice coffee roasted in bean so its low carb, keto friendly and sugar free!

I asked for a lightly toasted onion bagel with egg and cheese and a lightly toasted bolo (Portuguese muffin) with bacon egg and cheese and I got a burnt onion bagel with bacon egg and cheese and a burnt bolo with egg and chesse. So it sucked. Probably wont go here again but I do like their iced coffee.

A local coffee/donuts chain, similar to the nationally known biggie, but more focussed on the staples than on the sandwiches. Always good for a quick stop for drive-thru coffee and jelly stick or other snack. Try the iced coffee.

Sat in line for over 10 min with 1 car ahead of me. When arriving at the window a little girl about 11 was learning to use the cash register. She was sweet but didnt belong there. Its my favorite place but frustrating.

Best coffee and muffins around. I do NOT suggest the donuts. They are too similar to the franchise up the street and taste stale. The breakfast sandwiches are also good. The staff is friendly and the drive-thru is very quick.

This is the worst sip-n-dip Ive visited. Service was terrible, they were out of coffee flavors and told me it wasnt worth her time to restock them, and donut choices were slim at best and all stale.

Food is more like home cooked than fast food restaurants

Sip-n-dip on metacom ave is my favorite coffee shop. The girls there are always so friendly and always know my coffee order without my having to say anything. I love it there.
