We dont have Tim Hortons in Philly, so we decided to stop by while visiting a college friend in Warren. The staff was friendly and donuts were tasty! Definitely would eat here again if were ever in the area.

I order a pumpkin spice told them hold the pumpkin and what did I get a plain coffee. The only good thing was the tim bits. I think tim Hortons is using illegal Canadians in there drive thru.

This was my first time at Tim Hortons and I loved it.Its like the McDonalds of bakery.The coffee which is from Juan Valdez was excellent. I also tried the cream bagel, munchkins, apple fritter and Boston cream donut. All of them were really good.The shop was open for takeout and we could not seat inside. Outside tables were comfortable and we enjoyed our time there.Its a pitty we dont have TH in Philly.

They used to be fast but now they’re so slow, and idk what they were hiring but they swore over the speaker, i work at fast food and your supposed to be pleasant and supposed to give them your 100% attention, but they did not, the lady started talking to other people over the speaker while talking to me.

My husband and I went here yesterday morning. The two girls up front were arguing and yelling at each other. The donuts were stale. I ordered a latte and the girl did not froth the milk. She just poured cold milk into a cup of coffee. Terrible customer service and products.

Not sure whats going on. Used to be fast service. Hours are inconsistent. Staff is always friendly, though.

I love the Warren, Pa Tim Hortons. The staff are always diligent and polite. I am so happy they finally brought the maple flavor to PA.

Get wrong food often, have to ask for a sleeve for hot coffee to keep from burning fingers. I would think they would want you to be pain free.

The lines have been insanely long, which Im sure is in part due to the Covid regulations. The donut we got was put in a bag in which all the chocolate frosting came off the donut and was smudged on the inside of the bag. My app keeps crashing on me and wont work to collect points. Staff is nice and helpful during this stressful time. They try to do the best they can in these circumstances.

Food was decent and fairly priced. Location was very clean. Staff were not the most polite and kind of rude. Especially to one another. My cashier was super friendly, polite, and helpful, her coworkers were rude to her. I was not pleased with that.

We enjoy the coffee and bagels or sandwiches from Tim Horton’s. We were excited when this location opened a while back. It is reliable and we have never had a bad experience. Our order has always been correct and same quality we would expect from Tim Horton’s. The staff has always been nice and accommodating at the busy drive through or inside. We stop here often.

My timbits sucked (compared to other Tim hortons Ive been to. Too gooey) or they arentready ontime. But my sandwich was good

SLOWEST TIM HORTONS EVER!

Really sad, I’ve been a couple times since things have been relaxing in Warren only to be created by a gloveless Employee who also had their mask down under their face. Twice this happened. The second time I also saw the employee who handled my food have NO make or gloves on! While handling FOOD! I was very upset and will not be going back.If they won’t even wear gloves to cook during a pandemic, ending or not, I doubt they wore gloves before it al started or will after it ends.

I usually love the place the last two visit werent great. Apparently they no longer have peppers and onions that come on the farmers wrap yet no one told me upon order. And lately the people havent been as friendly as before. May have to stop going there. It is a clean place though.

O my gosh I am in love with this place. I like my hot coffee but man I am in love with this places iced caramel coffee. Great prices and always friendly. Usually fast. Great location.

My first time getting breakfast food at TH was last week, really enjoyed the sandwich but the hash browns were cold. Today I ordered the same thing and requested that the hash browns be hot as the last time I ordered them they were cold. The woman re-assured me that she would personally make sure they were hot. Less than 2 minutes later I take a bite of the hash browns and they are cool- room temp. I WILL NOT be supporting this chain in the future- how difficult is it to ensure you are serving warm food?

Used to be fast and efficient. Now the drive through takes 10 to 15 minutes on a good day. And more often than not a machine is down.

I have always got exactly what I ordered in a very appropriate time. Their specialty coffees are very good but a little pricey for the area. Staff has always been very polite, friendly, and clean, the work area appears to be very organized and clean as well. Good job! Keep it up!

My coffee is never consistent - its either black (because the cashier isnt listening when I say that Id like cream) or watered down. The quality of the coffee is abysmal. My son & I do like the Tim Bits on occasion... and their egg & cheese mini wraps arent bad. But if youre looking for a place to get good coffee, skip Tims & go to The Arbor Coffeehouse!

Its embarrassing how slow this establishment is. I have been going here for years and it has now become impossible to go through the drive through without waiting 15 minutes. Yes 15 minutes. For a coffee. Their turnover rate is so big you rarely sill see the same people working. Jamestown Tim Hortons completely blow these guys out of the water. They actually time their drive through experience and work on making it better. The Warren Tim Hortons? They removed the clock!!!This morning I stood inside for yet another 15 minutes thinking it would he quicker. Man was I wrong! Line to the front door and one person working the register while the other employees stare at the ceiling and pick their nose.Unfortunately the culture of the store has dramatically gone down hill over the past few years. Im done with Warren Tim Hortons after 6 years getting coffee every day. I would rather go without than have to wait 15 minutes for bean water.Im writing this review in hope it wakes the owners up and have them realize they need to change. I have heard more than a handful of people complain about it lately and today was the icing on the cake!

There is always great service! My friends and I come here after school to get a snack and to hang out. The menu has so much to offer and the employees are extremely nice and helpfull. I highly suggest this place for hanging out or just getting a donut!

I moved to Virginia where there are NO Tim Hortons.:( Every time I come back to Warren, my first stop is always this Tim Hortons. They also happen to be one of the best run stores in the area. Food is always great and service is super speedy.

Tim Hortons is a typical chain-store coffee shop. This one is rather small with a cramped seating area that doesnt easily accommodate a crowd. Its noisy. Seating is near the entrance and receives cold winter air when the door opens. On the plus side, its clean. The staff are fast and efficient but theyre also loud. The day I was there, it was 7:30 am with many staff on the front line. Drive-thru line was enormous. Every one of them was moving. Donuts and muffins were delicious. Coffee was fresh. If I could change one thing, I would provide more seating space and sensible seating. Also, I didnt see many charging drops for electronics. They might have been there, but out of my line of sight. The store looks nice, but it isnt comfortable. Regardless, Warren is lucky to have any type of trendy coffee shop at all. Drink up!

Tim Hortons coffee? Um, is there any better? Of course the donuts are wonderful but so are their sandwiches. The staff is always so very pleasant, too, which for me makes ALL the difference.

Nice store, well stocked whenever I have visited. Its a little tough to figure out where to turn in off the main road to get to the parking lot or drive thru. Many people end up in the grocery store lot and walk over.

Great place! That is, if you arent holding the place up to such an impossibility high standard. But its awful to see how rude some of the customers are to the employees for things they cant control. Also, I noticed the web says its open 24hrs which its not. Its open 5am-11pm.

I was at Tim Hortons in Warren, PA this morning at about 6:30am and this is the 3rd time I have come into this Tim Hortons and there has not been any Timbits available. This get very old after awhile..... I just wish I lived closer to Jamestown, NY because everyone of their stores in get in and out in no time and you get want you order ALL THE TIME. Not a very Happy camper t;his morning when it happened again. Plus I will make sure other people know that this happens alot.

I am only giving this place a 2 because of Andrew. He was the only person there that was genuinely nice, had a smile on his face, and had stellar customer service skills. As for the others there, they need to take some lessons or find a different job that doesnt involve working with the public. Andrew told one gal that he needed 2 dozen donuts and it was very obvious that she was not happy about it by the deep sigh and the slumping of her shoulders which in turn made my husband and I feel that we were a bother and an inconvenience. Thankful Andrew came over to pack up our donuts for us. We also ordered regular food with a drink which we did receive in a timely manner but did not have my drink with it which I asked for and the girl looked at me like I was stupid then told me that wasnt her job. But again Andrew was super nice and got my drink for me. So a big thank you to Andrew for being pleasant and just a suggestion for the others, maybe a few classes in customer service would be beneficial.

We went there look at Sunday for breakfast. We were the only ones in line, 6 people behind the counter. We stood there 5 minutes. Nobody came over to wait on us even when my husband yelled at them for service.We left & went to Bob Evans where we got great service.

Never get the same tasting coffee even tho its ordered the same. Get told we should have called order in before hitting drive thru up for 3 simple sandwiches and 3 coffees

When this Tim Hortons first opened, it was phenomenal. Clean, pleasant interior, staff really paid attention. That seems to have changed.Im a regular at this particular Tim Hortons, and anymore, Im not sure why. Ill chalk it down to the fact that its the only place in a 15 mile radius that I can get my pre-work coffee and not have it taste super bitter and low-quality.Staff does not seem to pay attention, listen, or care about your order. Missing or incorrect items are a regular occurrence anymore, and when you DO get what you want, its often sloppily handled. Not to mention, 90% of the time theyre out of something.Today, I stopped before work and ordered:1) Large Chicken Noodle Soup2) Large Double Double3) Lemon Poppyseed MuffinI was informed that they were completely out of Chicken Noodle, and only had chili in stock. Im not terribly picky, so I tell them thats fine. I get to the window, and now theyre out of Pumpkin Spice Muffins when thats not even what I ordered. I get to work and open my soup, and its Broccoli Cheddar. Luckily, I LIKE Broccoli Cheddar. But didnt they just tell me they were completely out of everything but Chili? Explain that to me, Tim Hortons.By some grace of God my coffee was at least correct.

Some are gaga for the coffee - it isnt bad. On the other hand, the breakfast sandwiches are real food and delicious!
