The ladies at the store where wonderful help to me! I needed to find the right lids for my canning jars they assisted me in finding everything that I needed. It was super fast and convenient

Very helpful staff, although sometimes a bit too helpful in that they wont leave you alone to let you think. They have just about anything youd need from plumbing to gardening. They have reasonable pricing on their merchandise as well. They practice social distancing, require masks, and have plastic shields at the register.

I was able to get in and out quick. Within a minute of walking in the door somebody asked me if I needed something showed me where to go and otherwise didnt pester me. The staff was very friendly. Its got quite a selection, if you are a do-it-yourselfer you can get most of what you need here without having to head deep into the city to a larger store

I just moved into town not to long ago, and this is a good local hardware store ! I love it here, the Red headed girl is very sweet and so is the Young Man with The Glasses . They have a lot of items that other stores don’t carry. I will be coming back here !

This establishment is intentionally price gouging and ripping off the public for Covid-19 face masks. Trumbull County went to level 3 and ordered the face masks to be worn everywhere today July 8th, 2020. I went to buy more masks and stopped in Ace. They want $69.99 for a box of 50 masks. I can buy these on line for $29.95 and can get them at other stores for that price and even less! Ace was selling them for half that price before. As soon as the order came for Trumbull county came, up went the price. When I asked the lady behind the counter about the massive discrepancy, all she said was, the price is what it is - people are paying it..... I am all for supporting the local stores, even if it is a little more expensive - this is robbery during a crisis at the expense of the victims! I will never shop here again! The owner should be ashamed and apologize to the community that has supported them. Totally disgusted!

I tried useing their fed ex last Christmas, Mike, isnt pleasant at all. My package was supposed to be delivered by fri, it was wed., paid 56.72 for 2 day . It didnt come fri, for our party, I didnt mind paying that much when mike and employees, it will be there, No Problem. I called Fed Ex, they told me to call owner since its a third party fed ex. Mike said he would call fed ex, after I did, and refund will come to his store, Ace Hardware, in Champion,Oh. I have called, Mike about 20 times, he wont help me. So plz give your business, to someone who Cares about their Customers, Not Mike

Walked in, asked about what I was looking for took me right to it. Store was neat and clean. Customer service was great!

Rich ordered me some special appliance cords and they were there in just a few days.

This was my 1st time going in to Ace hardware at this location. I filled in the ridges on old paneling to make it look like a wall. I used spackling compound. I painted over the excess compound. I didnt like the way it looked. I tried scraping it off. That didnt work well. I explained to the clerk what I was doing. After looking over a few things he suggested using goof off. It worked very well, but the smell was overwhelming. To cold out open the windows. I took a cloth outside & sprayed it with the goof off until it was pretty wet. It worked very nicely. Just used some good old fashioned elbow grease and goof off. Clerks do seem to be knowledgeable about a lot of the products they sale. I appreciate the young mans help. He was quite patient with me.

I walked into the store met one salesman slender bearded man who completely talk like the store didnt have anything in there that I need it and I should go home and try to do a home remedy I was looking for bird repellent to stop birds from coming around my house it was a real turn off I dont know if Im coming back or not
