We have been patients here for more than a year. Can’t say enough about Dr Elizabeth Shobel and the staff. They are genuine and work with us any way they can. The products that they sold my husband are amazing!! The advancements in this field are phenomenal. The newest addition to their group is Mallory the receptionist. I found them to be very helpful with my hearing loss. I was given a pair of hearing aids to try. After a couple of weeks I decided I liked them, I purchased a pair in June 2019. I am very happy with them and their service. Everyone in the office is pleasant and helpful.I highly recommend this office.

I cant even begin to tell you what a wonderful experience I had at the Howland office. Joanna is the most soul. Dr. Shovel is caring and always stops in the say hello and Donna has ensured I hear well with my new hearing aids. Everyone is patient and makes me feel so comfortable.

I am ever so grateful for the Howland office! The staff and audiologist has been a life saver for my parents. My Dad has since passed away but his hearing with his aids till then was great. My mom is 97, the office was extremely patient with fitting her with aids that were easy to handle and benefit the most. I can stop in any time for batteries and feel welcomed by Joanna and if Dr Shobel sees me always asks how my mom is doing. Im so happy to have a phenomenal office nearby, always willing to help! You dont realize how important hearing is until its gone!

I received new hearing aids with Megan Annis as my Audioologist. She was very professional and very thorough in her training on the new aids. I appreciated her help, and very caring and pleasant demeanor. I look forward to seeing her again with any questions.

My mother has nothing but problems with her hearing aids! This place only wants to make money on selling hearing aids, and cares very little for their clients it seems! Its a very profitable business! My advise....go elsewhere where quality of product and care for the client are #1!

The staff and Dr. Shobel were very polite, helpful, and explained everything very well. Any questions I had were answered right away. I felt very comfortable with having to get a hearing device! The office was also very clean and organized.

My experience here has been wonderful! Saw my Dr continuously as she wanted to make sure I’m completely satisfied with everything! Staff is always very friendly and helpful! To top it off, they want you to feel at home by always having coffee and cookies on hand! Highly recommended!!

The staff are always very professional and friendly. I never feel rushed when there and my concerns and needs are addressed in a timely fashion. There is exceptional follow up regarding my hearing and equipment to make sure any changes that may have occurred are corrected.

I am quite lucky that I was able to find this place. My mother is older, hard of hearing, and English is not her first language. Dr. Shobel and her crew have always been curious, kind, and utter respectful manner have totally calmed my fears in bring my mother her for help. The overall experience has been phenomenal. My mom had gone to some other place before, and the quality of care and the price were both far worse which added to my initial trepidation. Dr. Liz Shobel proved those fears to be unfounded. Great place!!!

At this Thanksgiving I am thankful for, among many other things, The Centers for Hearing Care Howland. I never knew how much I was missing.All of the staff are so friendly, its like family. I would advise anyone who has a problem hearing to visit the Howland Centers for Hearing Care. They are the best in my opinion!

Very nice people, was very patient with my grandfather and even interrupted thier lunch to let us in early (it was raining and my grandfather is disabled making it hard to get in and out of the car) even offering him a coffee and a donut. Very informative of his hearing solutions and proper care for me too!

O,wow ! Did you hear that grandma ? No honey I couldnt hear it . This is just a very small example of the things that I couldnt hear. I didnt even know that I couldnt hear certain things ! I had heard some good things about the Centers for Hearing Care and decided to give them a visit. They immediately knew that I needed hearing aids. I actually left that day with the hearing aids. The staff at the Howland office are beyond compare, every little thing I needed was dealt with in the most knowledgeable and courtesy ways. I had a problem with the hearing aids conflicting with some of the equipment at my work and when I advised the staff at the Howland office, they worked very tirelessly long hours to insure that I could hear. My sincerest graditude to the entire staff. Thanks for all you do!
